    I had a rental from 1898 Havana location. There was a hail Storm. I parked the rental and my 2018 Ford Escape under a tree when the advisory came out. My Escape was more exposed than the rental. My Escape had 3 hail dents. I looked at the rental and did not see any dents. At 6 pm that evening, I got a call from Enterprise, telling me there was a bunch of hail damage. I drop the rental off at the body shop at 11 AM. There was bad weather in the around throughout the afternoon. I feel the Enterprise office is scamming me. Plus, weather created damage, which happen on their lot, should be covered by their insurance.

Enterprise turned me away today - I am a TEN-year loyal customer of Enterprise, but today thet turned me away (after Ybering to their location, taking time to book online etc) because I only had a physical debit card (and not a physical credit card)! Stuck in city away from home without a car is a terrifying prospect - especially for a woman. Enterprise forced me to go to their competitor as I had no choice - and I found Joe at Avis - Avis takes physical debit cards and not only that but he put me in a better car and allowed me to return to a different location at the same rate! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Joe at this location. Thanks to Enterprise for forcing me to find someone else who provided me much better service and deal all around. And most of all Thanks to Joe! Call Joe at this location if you want a great customer service experience.

I wanted to try a Nissan Rogue as I am in the market for a new car. Central reservations promised a Nissan Rogue was at this location, and I booked it. I arrive to find out there was a recall on Nissan Rogues for the brakes and they could not rent the Nissan Rogue on the lot. I explained to Marcus and Lake my situation. They gave me a different SUV AND started searching for a Rogue, in the area, which had the recall repair completed. They said there is one Rogue due to be returned later today at a different location. They are working to get that Rogue for me in a few days so I will be able to drive one for 3-4 days. I thought it was great they went above and beyond in customer service to find a creative solution to my situation. I normally use another rental car agency when traveling. He said he had a Mustang GT. I of course asked if it was a manual. He said it wasn't, they do not rent manual cars anymore. I said OK. He said that car was rented out for hail damage also but expected it back on Friday so it would be ready Monday. My car was scheduled for Tuesday (6/13). The Mustang was not available. I called to verify on Monday (yesterday) to confirm. He said everything was setup for me to be picked up tomorrow. There was NO mention of the Mustang NOT being available. I drop off my car at the body shop and wait for my pick up. He came without a mustang. He informs me as I get into his car that he doesn't have the Mustang he only has 2 trucks and a small SUV to choose from. He said he would call when the Mustang GT comes in. I'm not holding my breath because he failed to call Friday to inform me of the cars availability and on Monday when I called to confirm and change pick up time he still didn't tell me that it wasn't available. In short, there was a lack of communication and a lack of effort to get the desired car. I got the bait and switch. So this customer is unsatisfied I called customer service to file a complaint on 6/14. They said someone from the corporate office would call me. On 6/15 I got a VM stating that my insurance coverage for rental would be 6/20 and I would be responsible for rental after that. Assuming this was based on estimate and not actual, I inquired at the local office on Evans. Jordan expressed the same sentiment. I asked him when the Mustang was due back. He looked it up and said it should have been dropped off today. Hopefully, it happens and it doesn't get rented to someone else. I would be so pissed if they didn't reserve it for me. Got the call the Mustang is back. Or as Devin said we have a "A Mustang" here for you. Excitedly I said I would come in and swap it out. I called back and asked if "A Mustang" meant the Ecoboost and NOT the GT. He acknowledged that it was NOT a GT. What a let down again.... I don't see how that's equivalent other than it's the same name. Even the website states Chevy Camaro SS and Dodge Challenger as equivalent. I would like to give a lower rating but Devin was very professional. I still haven't received any communication from corporate as of 6/17. And still waiting for Mustang GT

However, they did deliver a car to me with the flat tire indication on, which I took a picture of just to have as backup, just in case. As it turns out we drove from Denver to Keystone and later that same night the tire pressure was 26 psi, so we filled it up. The next morning we went outside before going to the lifts and discovered the pressure was down to 23 psi, so we went and tried to fill it up again. In this case the tire air machine didn't work (probably because it was -1 degrees). Regardless, we called roadside assistance who later had a driver meet us to change out the tire. Upon arrival the driver, who was great btw, said it was probably safer to fill up the tire and drive back to Denver than to install a doughnut spare for that drive through the mountains. So, that is what we did. Because of the air situation I was not comfortable driving the car the rest of our trip so I delivered it back to the location one day early. Calling Hertz Customer Service was pretty poor. All they would say is that I had to fill out a form, which I did to ask for the credit. The response from Hertz was nothing more than, paraphrasing "Thank you for being a valued client, we apologize for the inconvenience. Anyway, I'm not going to upend my life to try to get them to do anything differently, but I will not be using Hertz for my personal car rentals, and I am removing them as a vendor so our employees can no longer use them for their travel. It's not out of spite, just that having such an impoverished customer support system is too much of a tell that my staff would almost certainly be treated similarly should they ever have such an experience whilst traveling for work.

The service was quick and great, the gentleman who helped us during pick up and drop off was friendly and helpful. The car, however, could used better maintanence. It looked as if the inside surface had been basically dusted but the nooks and crannies could use a good clean. To me, service is mainly what keeps customers coming back so it's a plus for me. I'll use Hertz for future rentals.

If you do decide to book here, there is no signage to help you figure out where this place is. It is inside the Hyatt Regency at a small desk in the lobby which also has no signage. Yea, because that makes sense. When you show up there probably won't be anyone there. You have to call or have the hotel call for someone to get there. That means that if you are like us and took the train, you have to wait another 20 minutes for someone to show up. When they do show up, don't expect stellar customer service. Our rep seemed like she just rolled out of bed. She was also painfully slow getting us set up with our car. Not wanting to deal with the hassle of coming back here I called Hertz to see how much it would cost to change to the airport. I was told it would cost us $1400! $1400!!!! Insane! There's a google review of some guy saying he didn't get a call back which I find very hard to believe since I've never been left hanging and I've rented from these locations 5 times within a 3-4 month time frame. You probably don't get the selection that you find from some of the main/airport locations but I'm ok with that as long as I don't get Pinto ride at a Cadillac price.
