Seinfeld My insurance made a reservation for me two days before I started at this location. I was told there were no cars, but they'd call me in an hour. I went back home. I'd taken off work and got a ride to go there. Not cool. 3.5 hours later, I called them. Nope, no car and none in the pipeline. The person spoke with impatience and seemed incredulous that I'd called, even though I told him they promised to call me. If shrugs were audible, I'd have heard his. They'd call me if/when one showed up. When prompted, he said I could try other locations. No suggestions as they would all be out of cars in the area. Egads. I called the one up Havana and got a very helpful guy who told me more in two minutes than I'd learned from two people here. No cars, but he promised to call me back at 5pm either way. He did, but I learned later he actually works at this location. Staffing again. I got a car the next day up the street, but both locations suffer from a lack of staff and of cars. I heard several people being told that the complimentary ride Enterprise promises simply wasn't possible. I watched one poor guy try to run his entire location alone on two consecutive days. He deserves an award and a raise. When I dropped the car off, I saw a full waiting room, but he--same guy on his own again--offered to take the keys and leave it at that. Currently, I would avoid Enterprise locations in the Metro until they stock up on vehicles and staff. This is not my experience in other cities. People often skip past one-star reviews, but I want people to see this. Two stars.

My car is in the shop for a while and I wanted an upgrade to what the insurance covers. I'm happy with the Dodge Charger I chose.

Pricing is a bit higher than chains BUT it is worth it because you get the vehicle you are promised with no hassle, and you will be dealing directly with human beings that will answer questions you have in a timely manner. Then, while waiting in line at the Rapid Rez/Fast Break booth, the lady behind me told me they gave her the wrong car and she had to return to the Rapid Rez booth to have the car reassigned to her. Turns out the same thing happened to me because the lady in the booth sent me to the wrong car. I didn't know it until I was not able to exit the lot. Three cars behind me had to back up so I could return to Rapid Rez booth to stand in the blustery cold again and get the car reassigned to me. When I tried to exit for the second time, the man at the gate told me this car was not assigned to me either. I refused to go back to the Rapid Rez booth, so he personally ran back and corrected the issue. Turns out my Rapid Res rental took over 1 /12 hours! I have been a Rapid Rez member since 2013-- This is totally unacceptable! I rented from this Budget lot one year ago and had no problems so it appears someone needs to be retrained and management needs to pay attention....

I can say that the people here at this location were perfectly decent to work with and seem to have…read morehad the general intention of being helpful. However, they did deliver a car to me with the flat tire indication on, which I took a picture of just to have as backup, just in case. As it turns out we drove from Denver to Keystone and later that same night the tire pressure was 26 psi, so we filled it up. The next morning we went outside before going to the lifts and discovered the pressure was down to 23 psi, so we went and tried to fill it up again. In this case the tire air machine didn't work (probably because it was -1 degrees). Regardless, we called roadside assistance who later had a driver meet us to change out the tire. Upon arrival the driver, who was great btw, said it was probably safer to fill up the tire and drive back to Denver than to install a doughnut spare for that drive through the mountains. So, that is what we did. Because of the air situation I was not comfortable driving the car the rest of our trip so I delivered it back to the location one day early. Calling Hertz Customer Service was pretty poor. All they would say is that I had to fill out a form, which I did to ask for the credit. The response from Hertz was nothing more than, paraphrasing "Thank you for being a valued client, we apologize for the inconvenience. Anyway, I'm not going to upend my life to try to get them to do anything differently, but I will not be using Hertz for my personal car rentals, and I am removing them as a vendor so our employees can no longer use them for their travel. It's not out of spite, just that having such an impoverished customer support system is too much of a tell that my staff would almost certainly be treated similarly should they ever have such an experience whilst traveling for work.

The service was quick and great, the gentleman who helped us during pick up and drop off was friendly and helpful. The car, however, could used better maintanence. It looked as if the inside surface had been basically dusted but the nooks and crannies could use a good clean. To me, service is mainly what keeps customers coming back so it's a plus for me. I'll use Hertz for future rentals.

They do not offer children's seat but connected me with a service that did at about half the cost of what it would have been with one of the national rental car companies. The owner picked me up at baggage claim and took me to a hotel close by where is fleet is located. He coordinated getting the car seats so they were on site before I was. Did the paperwork and I was off. Very easy process and nice guy. The vehicles are a little older but my Suburban was in great shape. I had 6 people in it for a week and drove it through the mountains of Wyoming and had no problems. They maintain their fleet well. I will definitely use these folks again and highly recommend them.

Enterprise turned me away today - I am a TEN-year loyal customer of Enterprise, but today thet turned me away (after Ybering to their location, taking time to book online etc) because I only had a physical debit card (and not a physical credit card)! Stuck in city away from home without a car is a terrifying prospect - especially for a woman. Enterprise forced me to go to their competitor as I had no choice - and I found Joe at Avis - Avis takes physical debit cards and not only that but he put me in a better car and allowed me to return to a different location at the same rate! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Joe at this location. Thanks to Enterprise for forcing me to find someone else who provided me much better service and deal all around. And most of all Thanks to Joe! Call Joe at this location if you want a great customer service experience.

The staff was kind. All of the gentleman working were very helpful & customer service driven. We were in and out within 40 minutes. Our return was a cakewalk. In fact, Chris Morris was amazing. They always greet you upon entry and not your typical, "Hey ya doing? greeting" - a nice warm greeting asking about your day and how they can genuinely help you. They also offered water while we were waiting & honestly, there was little to no wait whatsoever upon handing over the keys, and getting a quick inspection of the vehicle. The F150 Ford truck we rented ran fabulously and was in perfect condition - zero issues. We would certainly do it again. We would highly recommend this location for their customer service and we'll definitely rent from them again based on our experience with Chris and the team on E 6th Ave in Aurora, CO! 5-stars
