I must say after coming here weekly for a few months and getting to see other elevation locations,…read morethis spot has dramatically declined in service, sanitation and overall quality. Hygiene issue: It's pretty disgusting that the bathroom sink and toilet have gold rings around them and they sometimes do not stock toilet paper so a used roll is sitting on the top of the toilet. The tables are rarely wiped down and even if you wanted to sit outside, there is so many spider webs by the chairs and windows. It's embarrassing to bring friends here because of this. Service: it went from excellent to total embarrassment. I had walked in on a Saturday and the lights were off and no tables and chairs were placed outside. The baker was making coffee and it was CLEAR she was in a bad mood because the barista was TWO hours late. How did I know? They had an argument outside after I left and waited 45 mins for my coffee. So given the dirtiness and unprofessionalism, I'm done with this place This is absurd, absolutely unprofessional and not right. 2 stars for the coffee

I walked inside and the girl working greeted me and asked what I was having today. I ordered a matcha with oat milk and honey and I also decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches. After I paid I only waited a little till everything was ready. The breakfast sandwich had spam, egg and cheese with BBQ sauce and pineapple chunks and it was delicious. Perfect sweet and savory moment for the morning. For my drink it was okay unfortunately they added way too much honey for my liking.

So, I had an appointment in Wesley Chapel, and checked to see what was open early. Up this place came on Yelp and I was immediately intrigued: the cute donkey, the Hawaii aspect, the merch... let's do it! And I'm so glad I did! The morning drink menu was big... and there was a not so "secret menu" board that offered even more options-including the caramel matcha that I chose. It comes with caramel lava (cold foam) and a swirl in the cup. What a cool combination of flavors! And let's face it-I'd order anything with the word lava in it! They had some breakfasty items in a case-and grab and go snacks and a whole wall of cute merch. The clerk was so sunny and friendly-and patient with my first-timer rumblings. There's lots of indoor seating, shared with Taco Bus patrons-and outdoor patio tables as well. There was also plenty of parking, on a Thursday morning at 9. It's a fun spot to stop at when gassing up-or even as a destination on its own. Hurro your burro this way.

The parking is very funky, water to walk to. If homey is what you are looking for for this is the place. I prefer outside cafes and enjoying the sunshine. The inside of this home is pretty cramped, nowhere to stand while waiting for drinks. If one of the employees actually told me I could wait outside and they have a window they can call your name and give you your order that way, that would have been stellar customer service. Also know that if you would like a nice ceramic mug like I do, they won't ask you for here or to go, they will just give you a paper cup. I asked if they ever make drinks in mugs and the kind gentleman said yes if you are staying inside. He didn't ask so I didn't know. Miscommunication problem here on the business side. But whatever. The outside could be more pleasant and comfortable and almost return business from me if they actually had their employees CLEAN THE OUTSIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS! It wasn't enjoyable to hunker down with a table full of bird shit, ( I love nature and ima free hugger) I tolerated it to try to enjoy the I e vanilla latte. I asked if they use real extracts or puréed pumpkin as most establishments just use simple sugar syrups and I was hoping g that because they weren't big corporate chain they would strive for less processed especially because of the price of their drinks. There seemed to be a lot of downtime after a rush so there's really no excuse for not cleaning up crumbs or bird shit off the surfaces where their customers are supposed to eat and drink. For me to return here, I would really love to see clean outside, one more shade screen they don't cost much, and more hanging plants and flowers on tables or plants in general would make this space beautiful, add some bamboo for privacy and voila I might show up again. For now, I'll stick to businesses that stem e not only for friendly customer service but a clean environment as well. Bummer wanted to support local. Quemaria coffee does it right!!!! Boho but clean and nice global music playing, that would be nice here as some peoples conversations are loud. Something to drown out the traffic as well. They could add a few more tables just purchased from thrift store. I wanted to LOVE but this place is probably best for students that don't have higher expectations.

We went to Latte Vino and I had high expectations. I've watched their social media so I was looking for what I saw. We had Latte Flight which is 4 different Lattes. Our flavors were Toffee Nut, Salted Caramel, Mocha, and the Coconut Vanilla Matcha. Flavor wise was ok. Kind of watery but the flavor came through. We also shared a piece of the blueberry lemon loaf. It was delicious. Super moist. My granddaughter also had the chocolate cake pop that she enjoyed. This is a really cute place. Nice vibe. Can't wait to go back. Side note: back to my expectations. The Flights that are shown in pictures is not what we got. No cold foam or whipped cream. It was disappointing because that is what I saw and really wanted to see and taste. I think it would have add to the taste and the esthetics of the lattes. Bummer for sure. Editing my review: Thank you Laura for your reply. You definitely have made a difference in my review. Now I know and will make sure to be more specific. Trust me when I say I will be back. You have created a great place with an awesome vibe. And I can't wait to do it again. It makes perfect sense on how you determine which drinks get all the fixins. And it does not take away from the deliciousness of the other drinks. Kudos to you and your awesome spot!!

I absolutely loved the setting at The Vanilla Bean Coffee Truck in Odessa!…read moreThe fall decorations were so pretty, and the Spanish oak trees were dreamy. The whole setting was beautiful and had this Lowcountry/Southern feel that almost made you forget you were in Florida. It's such a cute spot for pictures and a relaxing coffee stop. The pastries were delicious -- definitely the highlight for me! The coffee was good, but honestly, it wasn't anything particularly special. The one thing that put a bit of a damper on my visit was something I overheard while my friend and I were taking pictures. I had asked if my pastry could be warmed up and whether they had plates. It was my first time there, so I genuinely didn't know what they offered, and I simply asked. I later overheard the baristas talking about me and my questions. I didn't make a fuss about anything, so it was disappointing to hear customers being discussed that way. I know it's a super cute food truck and the atmosphere is lovely, but if I were the owner, I would remind the staff that customers can overhear conversations and that it's best not to talk about them, even casually. Overall, I really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and those amazing pastries. I just wish the customer-service experience had matched the charm of the place because it would have made the visit so much better.

I'm sure on future visits I will get more creative. The flavor of the coffee was really good. I love when you can taste the espresso flavor in the latte as well. There was the right amount of syrup and sauce to give it that perfect sweet taste. All in all this place is a 10/10. And did I mention..... the service is Amazing. Such gracious people.

I always test drive a new (for me) place with a chai tea latte and a toasted sesame bagel. Oh! That bagel! The seeds on top were next level! Are they pre-toasted... are other seeds added? I dunno that-but I do know, this was an epic sesame experience. The rest of the bagel was good, too... nice chewy-to-crunchy ratio... soothing, comforting... everything you want it to be-and I liked the way it was packaged and served, on a little wooden tray. I loved the peaceful early morning vibes in here so much, I stayed almost too long, to get to an appointment on time (almost). I'll go back (for sure) when I'm not on deadline. There are so many other things to try, from boba tea to pastries and crepes.
