Saw Sorbo all over social media for their matcha lattes, so I had to try it when I was in the area…read more It's an Asian-inspired coffee shop with matcha drinks, teas, coffee, and desserts. The space was smaller than I expected and really busy during weekday lunch. Lots of people studying inside, and almost everyone seemed to have a matcha latte. I ordered the matcha ube latte and omg, it was one of the best matchas I've had. The ube flavor paired so well with the matcha without overpowering it. It was perfectly sweetened while still keeping that strong matcha flavor. Super creamy, smooth, and not watered down at all. Definitely lived up to the hype and I'd absolutely come back.

Not loving on the ambiance. Kind of dark and the main focal point is the one area with rocks and the clouds. Everything is jam packed tables. This is good for them because they are all full of patrons. It's quite squishy and doesn't feel homey. Wish they had more space. Drinks are yummy. My drink this time was the mango sticky rice matcha. Tasty, a bit sweet for me but still enjoyed it. My friend had the Pandan latte. She loved it. I tasted more coffee than Pandan. This place is so popular and is a must stop for these fun flavor matchas and lattes. It's just too cramped for me. I want to enjoy my drink with friends with less echoes and hear less of others conversations. I do like this place and perhaps it's just a pick up a drink and go kinda place if I do see it pretty packed. It was a Friday day, not a weekend visit.

The staff at the front were super friendly, which made the experience even better. I went with my mom, and since it was a really hot day, she asked for a recommendation for something refreshing. She ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and absolutely loved it! She mentioned how perfectly balanced it was not too sweet, just right. I ordered the lychee green tea, and it was also really good! I personally enjoy sweeter teas, and this one hit the spot for me. Just a heads-up it might be a bit too sweet for some, but if you're into sweet teas, I definitely recommend giving the lychee green tea a try. We also couldn't resist trying the matcha crème brûlée croffle. I've never had anything like it before, and wow it was so good, I'm already planning to go back for another one. Overall, I had a great experience here. Next time, I'd love to try one of their milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for something light and refreshing, their teas are a great choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

I would not come here for food or a snack again but the Boba is amazing everytime. I got the Ube Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk tea half sweet and this was the best drink I've ever had here. If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. Had I not gotten the food I would have rated my experience 5 stars!
