Quick service, good prices, and great food!! I fully recommend you trying them out...no dining in as you can probably tell from the name.

What can be said of RO's Seafood? I will start with the setting, which was simply sublime. The…read morefloors were a diagonal faux wood work of art. The pieces fit together perfectly, and were enhanced by years of roach-spray stainings and Big Mac drippings from the 1990's. The artwork displayed on the walls gave one a sense of whimsy. It made me feel as if I were at an estate sale in a double-wide trailer, or perhaps at the bottom of a disorganized Walmart bargain bin. I can only compare the pieces to those now housed by the Louvre in Paris. The ceiling tiles were in disparate states of caramel coatings which reminded one of the barnacle-laden hulls of 16th century Spanish ship wrecks. Just like those ships, this restaurant carried its own ornate treasure chest - the food! I ordered a grilled catfish filet and a small crawfish dish. When the food was gingerly placed in front of me by the very attentive (and well-dressed) staff, I first noticed the beautiful presentation. My still smoldering catfish slice lay upon a cracked middle school plastic plate. I sensed an amount of reverence and respect for the animal. RO's truly understood that catfish are complicated creatures, and their true desire in life is to be rested upon discarded plasticware in death. The best was yet to come, however. As my filet ceased its smoldering, a veritable smorgasbord of fried crawfish was placed in front of me. The crawfish were arranged on similar plating, but slightly larger (a high school instead of a middle school dish perhaps). The crawfish were piled into a pyramid design that would have impressed even the Egyptian Magic Goddess, Isis. The clever chefs at RO's created a three-inch thick crispy batter around the tiny crustaceans, causing a crunch in the mouth reminiscent of a hot pork rind with tiny squishy meat inside. A cup of salad and a cup of coleslaw completed the dish. The salad was compiled of the brownest romaine lettuce one could purchase from a neighborhood gas station, and the coleslaw's cabbage was so soft, it could have been confused with mashed potatoes. The two sides were topped with buy-in-bulk ranch dressing and mayonnaise, respectively. This was actually the key to the entire meal. RO's brilliantly understood how intimidating the rest of the dish was...something had to bring it back to earth, so a person could eat it without feeling as though he or she were destroying a work of art. In closing, the meal was simply divine. If I had been hit by a truck when leaving RO's, I would have died at the pinnacle of my life: with RO's seafood in my stomach. Brava RO's! Brava!

She said, "Oh no....they have a little bit of everything there". Man, was she right!!! This place looked like a shack pulling up, bit the parking lot was full! This is a good sign. Upon entry, we were created by the friendliest host. In 7-min we were seated at the table. The very lovely Aubrey took our drink orders. She was so amazingly patient because 4/5 of our party members are very hard of hearing. Bless your heart, girl. My parents shared a fried 12pc shrimp basket with fries and hushpuppies, more than enough for them My aunt had the Cajun Popcorn Shrimp Po'boy. It was spilling over with shrimp and there were 4 more hiding under the bun. She opted for the combo with amazing potato salad and and a cup of the seafood gumbo. My sister had ordered the bowl of seafood gumbo with potatosalad and and (2) extra hushpuppies. She was in awe how good the gumbo was along with the potato salad. I struggled with ordering.... so many options. I ended up ordering the Cajun Girl Po'boy combo with fries and seafood gumbo. I wish I would have chosen the Chicken and Sausage gumbo, because we all shared and I wanted to try EVERYTHING! This Po'boy was delicious and super rich. We're talking shrimp, sauteed green peppers and onions, a 1/4 pound of pepperjack cheese (don't quote me boy,..I didn't say $hit) mixed with shrimp sauce. I'm a dude and almost had a "When Harry Met Sally" experience. We really wanted to dig into dessert, but we're so full! If you leave here hungry, that's your fault. I'd consider this a family style and family friendly place. Family style -portions are large and shareable. Family friendly....the kids will love the food and interior design. A little bit of everything here that appeases they eye, nothing offensive. The interior is warm, cozy and whimsical. Backwoods shack mets modern everyday life with movie motif with great food and bar with depth. I thought for 5 people, an $85 -less tip was an exceptional value! Back to Aubrey....what an absolute rockstar! She's sweet like tea should be, attentive, patient and definitely a looker. The food and restaurant can survive, bit sheade the experience happen. Thank you, Aubrey! Next time I'm in South Texas or even Lumberton....I'm stopping! 5/5 Oh...don't forget to get a T-shirt or sleeved shirt...they are badass! PS...I would have taken more food pics, but the family looked split between pitbulls and ex-cons. Didn't want to get bit or shanked taking photos of their plates.

The cheese was burned onto the shells, and the oysters were gummy and tough. For my entrée, I ordered the grilled fish and shrimp. The shrimp and rice were well prepared, but the fish and vegetables were undercooked. For me to say the vegetables were undercooked is saying something, because I normally prefer them with a slight crunch.

The food did take a minute to get to the table.... But we were one of the first tables, actually THE first to be seated that evening. 3 out of the 4 people at our table said their food was horrible. One had chicken fried steak and complained that it was 'all breading' and couldn't taste the steak. One had a Philly cheesesteak type sandwich and complained that the steak was cubed as opposed to thin sliced like a cheese-steak should be. Also said it tasted nothing like it should've. The third person ordered a seafood dish that wasn't thoroughly cooked, as well as a side dish of a vegetable (can't remember which one) that tasted as though it had been soaked in pure vinegar. My plate was fine. But, I just had a plain ol' hamburger. The restaurant didn't even have the manager come over to discuss the issues at our table, which I thought was odd. Due to the multiple issues with the meals at just our table -- I doubt my family will return.
