The food was good, the staff was polite. If you are going for the food or for takeout, it's nice. However, if you are going to have a companionable meal with friends or family, not so much. The music was so loud we had to shout to be able to hear each other. I asked if the music could be turned down and a nice lady smiled and said she could turn it down a bit, but if she did, there was no difference in the result. We still had to lean to the person we were speaking to and shout. I couldn't understand the very nice waiter so he had to repeat everything he said until he got loud enough. I don't live in Beaumont but have lots of Family, While visiting one day I asked my niece where was the place to get some really good seafood and she told me to go over by Market Basket on Highway 105, to BB's Seafood, don't waste any time going to other seafood places, she said you want some good seafood and I replied I want some good tasty fried crab and some snow crab legs she told me to go there if you don't like it I'll give you your money back, so I went there with about six people and we all ordered I'm telling you I will never ever go to any other place, and the Broccoli, yes the Broccoli in the butter sauce is seasoned to perfection. Whenever we come to town I order on the way in and pick it up before we see any Family, once it was 8:45 at night, I was coming thru Sour Lake, my ETA was 22 mins out I called and they were so nice they took my order over the phone, which ended up being around $80.?? I told her I'd pay now over the phone and they said that's a okay take you time, we wait for you and you can pay when you get here, Nw that's customer Service you do not get these days. I have tasted this place several times and ordered to-go. It is his go-to for quick seafood for me. It's been consistent every time! Reasonably priced for the seafood and is very tasty and fresh. Beware of the boiled Seafood. I ordered the 2 snow crabs and sausage. The were very generous and gave me 3 whole snow crabs and some single legs. It was too good to be true, as soon as I popped opened the first crab it had a rotten smell mixed with bleached. All the crabs had the rotten smell with bleach. I was looking for some boiled shrimp, it was suggested that I go to BB's. I ordered 10 shrimp & 1 Dungeness crab ($15.95) I was actually charged for 2 Dungeness crab $21.95. I will deal with that later but this is my new favorite place for boiled seafood. It was the best boiled shrimp and Dungeness crab. I got the mild spice and the flavor was the Bomb!!! Was passing through Beaumont on my way to the Houston airport and came upon BB's Seafood & Wings passing by this strip mall on New Years Day. I had been looking for another seafood restaurant listed online, but that one ended up closed - which turned out to be my good luck as that's when I spotted BB's on the way back to the freeway. I was hungry so I thought I'd give it a try. and was hungry so I checked it out. I'm so glad I did as it was the absolute best Boiled Shrimp that I had ever had!! I ordered the shrimp medium spicy. I like spicy and this was perfect! The sauce was amazingly delicious and the shrimp were large and very fresh. Wherever you come from, this place is worth a trip to Beaumont! I'll be coming back!!
