This is usually my go to wing place as they cook them PERFECTLY!! But this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong !!! I use DELIVERY cause I don't have a vehicle so I'm paying extra for that and then the order is WRONG!!! So I'm just told I can come pick up whatever was missed..BUT I'm not able to ... so im basically SHIT OUTTA LUCK and without my food ... well they should have SOMETHING IN PLACE FOR INSTANCES LIKE THIS !!! Cashier kept rolling her eyes and acting like I was washer time. Ordered 10 bone in wings. Expecting equal distribution of legs and flats, was disappointed to see only 2 flats, which are my favorite. It's my first time to order and will be my last time. Attentiin to the management of this establishment in Dowlen Rd. Beaumont, TX. I came in this place since my husband told me he never had Wingstop for a decade. So I went inside the store and the staff told me that they're not taking walk-in orders and that if its pick up they will cater. My husband placed an order at 8:45 pm. It says 16-21 minutes to wait then the food will be ready. Time check as im doing this review its already 10:21 pm. My husband is still at the store waiting for the wings along with other customers waiting pissed. How can a management tolerate such business if they can't serve their customers well. Unprofessional and false ads on their wait time. I will never order from this place ever!!! read more

Doing shop on college when I tried to call him and make a order the phone hung up so I called back then she tells me you have to come in to make an order then when I get my food employees to the front counter is very rude. I've eaten here many times and they have batted 1000! Always had a good attitude from the employees, orders are correct and excellent. I sincerely wish they'd bring the "Thigh Bites" back bc they were amazing. But bone in/boneless wings and tenders are fantastic. read more

We can never order from here over the phone, they always put us on hold and get bothered when we ask for un seasoned fries(they huffed loudly) one time before they put me on hold, I heard them talking bad about some one! Also always double check you're order because we're always missing fries or our bread rolls. read more

My first time inside this location and im really impressed, you can see all in the kitchen from the register and it is super clean.

We were excited to see a wing stop so we came in for chicken right when we came in we had a feeling we would have a bad experience by the approach of Broshonda but that didn't stop us from having some good chicken. When we sat down I noticed broshonda working register taking cash/card and then going back to the kitchen and touching food. That's disgusting this place needs to be managed better I don't think I'll go to another wing stop for a while read more

Honestly it was just the attitude from the girl at the register I should've gotten her name but I checked my Togo order usually the carrot sticks aren't in boxes they put it in a box but I was missing my extra ranch went back inside and the girl asks are you placing or picking up with a bad attitude I explained what happened and she said well I put everything in there but what do you need with a condescending tone and then she walked off and another girl that over heard what I was saying brought me my extra ranch but I really hope they don't treat everyone like that read more

I ordered through the app for a delivery. I got a text saying food was delivered. I looked outside and no food. So I called the restaurant a girl answered laughing and said please hold. Put me on hold for 5 mins then when I told her my food said delivered when it wasn't. She tells me my food left and they use DoorDash so there's nothing they can do about it. I ordered through Wingstop app not through DoorDash and I tried to explain to her there's no way for me to contact them. She passed me to her manager that said the same exact thing. There's nothing they could do about it. I was upset as this was a $50 order and they didn't want to help me resolve this. Manager didn't offer any resolution and as I was asking her her name she hung up on me. I called 3 times and she kept hanging up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. She told me (manager) she didn't have to give me her name. Still didn't offer no refund or anything no apologies nothing! The Teryaki sauce tasted like dirt smells. The Spicey Korean was a good flavor, but the chicken was dry. There are NO NAPKINS!!!! At the register you see a roll of paper towels on a dowel. That is your napkin. You tear off what you need. If your hands get messy, you and everyone else will be tearing off towels from the same roll! That is a deal-breaker for me. They do have good ranch and bleu cheese dressing. read more
