They transfer the everyday pizza into a work of art. Bound to please the most demanding of tastebuds. A most enjoyable place to eat a pizza. This pizza was $11. It was a small and he ate all but three slices. I did not want pizza so I checked out the menu and ordered a Build-Your-Own-Burger. It was one half pound of Angus Beef, grilled to my taste and served on a toasted and buttered, Sheila Partin's jalapeno Bun and topped with my choice of cheese, thick applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, and jalapenos. It was served with fries. I also had a choice of chips, slaw or fruit. It was excellent. I always say you can taste good quality meat and this burger was grilled with great quality meat. It was packed with flavor and freshness. A delicious and perfectly prepared burger that made an impressive presentation. A burger-lover's delight. This sauce was just as good as the highly touted restaurant in Nashville. My dad and stepmom devoured their plate and had nothing but good to say about their plates. My daughter like the Cheese Bread, she liked that the bread wasn't hard and was flavorful. I personally wasn't a fan but maybe cause I prefer more garlic. The Pacific Rim pizza was excellent though, fresh mozzarella cheese, nice soft hand tossed crust, tasty toppings, only negative was the jalapeños weren't spread out, sometimes a cluster of jalapeños on top of each other, I also didn't taste any of the bacon but in general it was a very tasty pizza.

Went to Mama Tia's recently and was disappointed. My dining companion had the Cajun Noodles…read more Reported it was a bit bland for Cajun. Since this was supposed to be an Italian Bistro I opted for the lasagna. Start with service was sluggish. The lasagna was not very good it was chewy (Gum like) noticed the carrots in what tasted like pizza sauce. I believe it was done with leftovers. Only tasted the mozzarella no ricotta or other cheese minimal seasoning. Also, it was seemed to taste like microwaved leftovers. Meat was a hamburger. It had the texture of a flat topped burger and repurposed to lasagna no sausage flavor no seasoning as is usual in lasagna. Also the hamburger was like leftover burgers chopped up. The noodles lacked texture and there was no appearance of ripples on the edge. It seemed to have a lack of seasoning although the bread had a definite red pepper flavor not the expected garlic butter. I think I'll skip the lasagna if there is a next time. The Cajun Noodles were with a healthy serving of Chicken and a few (three) shrimp (Medium) and 8 little scallops (Bay Scallops) and andouille sausage and chicken strips. Not very seasoned per my dinner companion. I will note it was not very busy at this bistro. Perhaps concentrate on either Mexican or Italian and ghost the fusion.
