What are the operating hours for the fishing? Site says nothing about seasons or hours and yelp shows they are closed.

I am sorry, but we no longer offer public fishing. We operate as a commercial Trout farm supplying local high end restaurants and also sell at local farmers markets.

From our very first email, Maddie stood out as the most personable, welcoming, and attentive venue coordinator we met during our search. Hachland Hill is a small, family-run business in all the best ways, with owners and staff who genuinely care about helping you create your dream day. The natural beauty of the venue allowed us to keep decorations to a minimum, which helped keep our budget manageable. Our guests loved the uniqueness of the property, and the valley setting even protected us from the stronger winds and rain that passed through on our wedding day. The staff thoughtfully brought out heaters at the last minute without us even needing to ask. And the food--you have to experience it. Carter is incredibly talented and intentional in everything he does. Months later, our guests are still talking about how amazing the brisket was. We also had our closest family and friends stay on-site, which added so much excitement and connection to the wedding weekend. It gave our guests a chance to experience a different side of Nashville while creating unforgettable memories together. This venue truly checks every box. Every time we drove onto the property, I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and peace. If you have questions and would like to hear more about our experience, Maddie can provide our contact information. We're already looking forward to future date nights back at Hachland Hill! Came here on a sweltering day for lunch with a coworker & client, who we'll call Dennis because…read morethat was his name. Culamar is drenched in natural light and decorated simply - nothing too loud or busy about the place, thus perfect for a working lunch. The menu was odd and we all struggled to understand the categories it was broken up into. Each item read as a series of arbitrarily listed ingredients. Our (half asleep, disinterested) waitress informed us the dishes were, in majority, "tapas style", a term I find exhaustingly passé. I began to dream of restaurants down the road we could have selected, but we were here and we must stay the course! I had to keep it together for Dennis. We ordered 6 dishes for the three of us to share, and you know what? They were all excellent. Really such outstanding bites. I was stunned by how much I enjoyed the beef carpaccio, the calamari was the best I've ever had (amazing tempura fry!), the Gnuddi (basically a massive gnocchi) in browned butter and crisp sage was a pillowy delight. In spite of my initial concerns -- the hiccups of a confusing menu and our less-than-energetic waitress -- we all left with pleased palates.

The food itself was absolutely delicious. The bread was AMAZING and honestly one of the highlights. We also ordered the oysters, beef carpaccio, and duck, and everything tasted incredible. My biggest complaint is the price for the portion sizes. I really don't mind spending money on a nice dinner, but every dish we ordered was gone in what felt like less than a minute. Everything tasted amazing, but for the amount of food you actually get, I just couldn't justify the prices. We actually left and ended up going to another restaurant afterward because we were still hungry, which was pretty disappointing considering how much we had just spent. Overall, the food was delicious, but between the extremely small portions, high prices, tight space, and slower service, it just wasn't worth it for us. I'm glad we tried it, but I wouldn't go back.

I didn't want to share this bc it was so darn good. The frosting was divine. *French Toast - 100 stars. One of my favorite things. The buttermilk whipped cream was DELICIOUS. This is small. Not your typical huge French toast. And the plating & presentation was darling * Biscuits & Gravy - 5 stars. Delicious. Clearly made from scratch. Set a new standard for biscuits and gravy. *Catfish & grits - 3 stars. Not my favorite. Not many grits. It just wasn't the traditional "shrimp & grits" *Bear Creek Farm Beef AKA steak & eggs - 5 stars. I would get this again and again. Very delicious, cut and quality meat. * Cheeseburger & Fries - 4 stars I love the ambience & decor of this place! I love that you can look into the kitchen and see everyone at work! My service wasn't the best when I went for brunch. But my dinner service was excellent. We went upstairs to check out the bar. Really cool space..

We didn't realize they also bring complementary gluten-free cheese, puffs turnovers, and mini biscuits . Those were out of this world!! The cheese puffs pull apart and have white cheddar inside! The biscuits were perfect!! Our main course was the club carbonara pasta( house made pasta with chicken and bacon) and the steak frites (with chimichurri sauce). Nashville became a clear exception to the rule, delivering a world class, contemporary steakhouse experience into Nashville's more traditional steak scene. Yes, the views are remarkable. Yes, the design of the interior is elegant. But, those criteria would never be sufficient to rank an establishment as world class... Egyptian born celebrity chef Michael Mina has unquestionably become a restaurant mogul at this stage in his career and winning two Michelin stars in his flagship San Francisco restaurant. Expanding into Nashville, he did something truly extraordinary: creating a modern steakhouse concept that delivers on par to the best traditional steak joints of America, but with unique twists and in a special atmosphere. From the incredible trio of fries with homemade sauces, to the appetizer of prawns, to the beef itself, everything is prepared at a level of perfection. Staff are professional and attentive, with a clear level of polish that one would expect to find in a high end establishment as such. Thus, whether for special event or a nice evening out, there is little doubt that Bourbon Steak is the place that will impress with quality and ability to deliver a satisfying meal.
