What are the operating hours for the fishing? Site says nothing about seasons or hours and yelp shows they are closed.

I am sorry, but we no longer offer public fishing. We operate as a commercial Trout farm supplying local high end restaurants and also sell at local farmers markets.

Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, with fresh ingredients & rich flavors that made our time there feel truly special. What elevated the experience even further was the service from Lisa L. She was warm, attentive & knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Her recommendations were spot on & she managed every detail with professionalism & genuine Southern hospitality. We ended up going back for dinner upstairs that same evening. The standout draw is options starting at just $5. The burger was easily one of the best I've ever had -- juicy & flavorful. The hushpuppies were delicious: crispy on the outside, soft inside & paired with two sauces. Between the food & the atmosphere, this spot is definitely worth coming back to. Thanks to the incredible chefs--- this was easily one of the highlights of our time in Nashville.

I came back with my sister for breakfast and ordered half the menu. I loved everything! Follow my IG Lillypulitzerstylist where I review three Nashville restaurants each week Here is what I tried : * Deviled eggs - 4.8 stars. Only wish I had more * Carrot loaf - 100 stars. I didn't want to share this bc it was so darn good. The frosting was divine. *French Toast - 100 stars. One of my favorite things. The buttermilk whipped cream was DELICIOUS. This is small. Not your typical huge French toast. And the plating & presentation was darling * Biscuits & Gravy - 5 stars. Delicious. Clearly made from scratch. Set a new standard for biscuits and gravy. *Catfish & grits - 3 stars. Not my favorite. Not many grits. It just wasn't the traditional "shrimp & grits" *Bear Creek Farm Beef AKA steak & eggs - 5 stars. I would get this again and again. Very delicious, cut and quality meat. * Cheeseburger & Fries - 4 stars I love the ambience & decor of this place! I love that you can look into the kitchen and see everyone at work! My service wasn't the best when I went for brunch. But my dinner service was excellent. We went upstairs to check out the bar. Really cool space..

Famous for not having a sign, finding it may be part of the adventure, but once you do, everything else is effortless. Parking is simple--just pull up and valet takes care of the rest. With a reservation, we walked right in with no wait. The most difficult part of the evening was deciding what to order because the menu offers so many tempting choices. I selected the Kvarøy Arctic Salmon, while my wife chose the Springer Mountain Farms All-Natural Chicken. Both dishes exceeded expectations. The salmon was cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. It rested on a bed of greens with a subtle lemon flavor that paired beautifully with the fish. The chicken was equally impressive--moist, tender, and packed with flavor. What stood out most was the incredible smoky aroma that hit before each bite, making it even more irresistible. For dessert, the Blackberry Lemon Bread Pudding was the perfect finish. Soft, warm, and bursting with flavor, it was a standout ending to an already exceptional meal. From the outstanding food to the attentive service, Urban Grub delivered a fantastic dining experience. Make a reservation, enjoy the meal, and see if you can find the place.

They were not what I was expecting but they were good. They are more like a crab hush puppy. The Alabama white sauce that came with set the beignet off!! The grits...the grits (chefs kiss). Very flavorful. The steak was good. Didn't even really need an additional sauce. White linen type of vibe. We got to sit in the VIP area/chef table. I will definitely be back!!

I've been there 1 million times, because my husband and I live about 2 miles from there, but yesterday was special. So thank you thank you thank you guys. It was terrific!!

It was a welcoming and comfortable environment. My son received so many congratulations and appreciation. He was overwhelmed with gratitude. The card on the table was a sweet touch. Sean was a fantastic, helpful resource to help us navigate the menu. The complimentary fries were the kick start to a great meal. Such a variety between the nacho and parm/truffle (which is always my go to with lemon aioli) were our favorite. The pickle flavored fries were also good. Not a sour taste it was more of an herb taste maybe like the pickling spices. We all loved our dishes. The steak were properly cooked, great cuts, hearty portions, and seasoned just right to let the meat shine. My brick chicken was huge, tender, and juicy. The delicious lemon notes came through and the au jus is velvety, creamy, and full of flavor . The bed of potatoes were like clouds of creamy, buttery goodness. I didn't want my bite to end but knew I had another ahead. The mac and cheese was delicious. The noodles still had a light chew and the cheese choice was excellent. It wasn't a heavy carb on the tummy. Brussel sprouts were out of this world. The char is everything to me. A little sweet hint and lime coming in the end to refresh the palette again. I'd go back solely for these. Creamed spinach was also fabulous. The crispy onions on top is brilliant texture. There is a perfect veggie/cheese ratio. The presentation of the smores dessert was fun and intriguing. All of the chocolate components were airy , not extremely sweet. The marshmallow ice cream needs to be sold everywhere. There just aren't enough good things I can say.
