Elmer was so polite and told me don't worry will check your car and let you know up front if we can help you. 2 of his mechanics spent a hour diagnosing my car they determined all I needed was a new distributor cap and spark plug wires. Here i thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars when it only cost me $250 to fix my car complete the price included the original diagnosis to. I would defiantly recommend Elmer auto repair shop. He was honest upfront no hidden charges didn't make me wait hours or days. He also told me he wasn't sure how long the job would take cause Quote " We know your busy and want to go home" We will never let you leave here in till we know you can leave with your car safely.

When paying, it was about $20 cheaper than my quote. I was surprised because they could have charged the higher amount and I wouldn't have known the difference. I called JA insurance rep was rude when I asked to speak to someone else said I could hang up, call back and maybe I would get someone els. JA insurance has terrible customer service who don't listen and become rude if you challenge their reply. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to have my Oil changed and tires rotated. Arrived at my appointed time and was quickly processed by Bryan. He was friendly and told me my wait would be around an hour. I chilled out in their waiting room, (Literally, as it was the hottest day of the year thus far) drank two complimentary H2o's, ate some free Popcorn, and my car was ready. Way under the 60 minutes! (Pays to have an appointment) They reviewed with me the all points inspection they conducted, explained they did not need to rotate tires ($25 savings) and they sent me home a very satisfied camper. I had sufficient funds in the account. called my bank . first time my bank said i am not seeing any trouble on our end . so I was confused at why it would t work called the bank again to find out I was issued a new card . 7 min after closing said I found the correct card was indeed using the wrong card . bit had the right card . with me . they took my tires back off the. car and did not put my old ones on. I begged the owner please use this card. this is the right card . he yelled at me refused . begged him saying I promise it will work and give you an. extra $20 to just run it. he locked up his shop as yelling at me he left me with no one there . left my car with NO tires.. he even would not put my tires I came in with back on.. I hope I never treat any customers they come through my doors like this ... I was left ny myself unable to take my car . I came with an officer the next day. Not comfortable with how the owner treated me. Now the one employee was excellent. And he needs to be working somewhere else . His first two questions were service or sales department and if I had spoken with anybody yet. We spoke for a minute and I informed him that I say the car online and wanted to test drive it. With out hesitation we went inside to fill out the ID and insurance paperwork so I can drive the car. (all covid protocols were followed, and were throughout the whole encounter, great job on CF-FV BTW). Filled out a quick survey of what I was looking for in a car and then a few minutes later, keys in hand, I was off in the car Now due to the previously mention covid protocols, you drive the car alone. The salesman stays at the dealership. This I thought was great as I could hear the car and even taking the time to pull over to make sure ALL the buttons work. When I arrived back I mentioned that I would like to drive a non plug in hybrid version, boom keys were there and I was off again. Got back and the $$$ talk started. LONG story short, we by no fault of Mr. Ds we were unable to reach a deal. Great experience, never really felt pressured to make a rash decision.
