We have bought washers, dryers,…read morerefrigerators, microwaves, a microwave drawer, gas stove, upright large freezer a Nantucket sink a Zepher ceiling fan and will be buying a Kitchenaid Dishwasher in a couple of weeks. They are my go to place. I have never had problems with my deliveries. The delivery guys have always been very nice and have went the extra mile. If I have needed a little extra help. Lee Cook is my regular salesperson. He knows what I look for in my purchases and guides me accordingly. If Lee happens to be out when I go in, Shawn and Roy both have been very helpful with what I am looking at. I just have not had problems of any kind. I love doing business with this company. They will also match prices with other stores if you find your purchase for less somewhere else. Ask for Lee when you go in. He is great to work with and he always follows up with you if you have a problem of any kind. I love their merchandise! Regina Williamson

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY…read more The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. I built a $3MM house, I bought the best of everything they had. I spent well over $100,000 on appliances doors and windows. We moved in in May, 6 months ago. June 1st I told tri supply that my big expensive freezer doesn't make ice, neither does my outdoor ice maker. No one has ever come to look at the outdoor ice maker. Someone came to look at the one in the freezer but they can't fix it. So I guess there answer to me is, "Too bad for you. We got our money so we are done helping you." My front door is severely warped, cold air pours into the house. The back door too. The doors also have wooden panels at the bottom, instead of making the panel out of one piece of wood, it is made of five pieces and they are all separating from one another. They have known this since June as well, and refuse to fix it or replace it. Every single window in my house leaked and ruined the paint and wall paper and warped the window sills. They did send someone to put some JB weld type stuff on the crack where they leak. My nearly $3000 coffee maker is broken My kitchen vent hood fan arrived broken and was installed broken. It makes a crazy loud noise when you turn it on. They don't seem to have any plan to fix it. I can't get good customer service out of Tri Supply, imagine what kind of service a customer gets who just spends $20,000 or maybe just buys a new fridge or oven. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service.

They are doing absolutely nothing to help Harvey Victims (probably same for Irma Victims) but adding payment onto the end, but still have to pay the interest (approximately 25% of the Payment amount). However, as I read the many reviews online regarding Conn's I thought that many of them would probably not have taken the time to document their experience to as many channels as I plan, and I wanted to be thorough. I have never been one to complain without action. Even if my efforts go unnoticed, I take comfort the fact that I at least spoke up. Thank you for replacing my damaged pedestal and for sending Jeremy and his assistant to my home. Upon arrival, Jeremy immediately assessed my situation and was able to pinpoint problems with the prior team's installation. As lay persons, my husband and I had no idea how incorrectly our washer and dryer were connected and appreciated someone with apparent expertise coming to our home. Granted, we did have suspicions when the December 22nd team installed our equipment in a puddle of water and did not open a pack of hoses we were instructed to buy. But, as homeowners, we trust that the contractors who come to our home are knowledgeable and would treat our purchase with the same care that they would treat their own. Jeremy and the gentleman who assisted him used extreme caution with swapping out our damaged pedestal and even took the time to remove the garage door to further ensure no additional damage. Jeremy properly installed the hoses that were left off by the previous team, reinstalled the plastic cover that affixes to the wall in the back of the washer (also not done by the previous team), and ensured that I was happy with the placement of the washer and dryer prior to leaving. Additionally, the he explained which detergent would work best per manufactures instructions, correctly adjusted the "feet" on the washer to ensure minimal rocking and confirmed that the dryer was properly connected. His customer service and expertise almost makes up for the comedy of errors that has ensued since Saturday. I have been a customer service professional for more than 25 years. This is also the case for my husband. Do we expect companies to go above and beyond to please us? No. But, following the simple tenents of customer care are expected and should be required when you are in the customer service business, such as Conn's. I suggest you take a look at the many internet reviews on Conn's and reassess your customer service practices. Here are some of the customer service errors that we have experienced: 1. INCOMPETENT INSTALLERS- Between my two emails, I believe no further explanation is warranted. 2. Inept customer service employees: When I called in to express my displeasure with the fist delivery team on December 20, 2014, I was immediately cut off and advised that there could be a number of things that are wrong, such as my home not being able to support the new load of the equipment and because the team could not successfully complete the installation did not mean that they did not know what they were doing! The manner in which I was cut off and the tone of the employee was totally unprofessional. I have a new home and was replacing a similar washer/dryer so I knew her suppositions were inaccurate. When I asked if she was an electrician, she said, "No but my husband is." I promptly informed Marissa that she may want to listen to the customer completely and try to diffuse the situation before cutting them off and implying that the customer (not the installation team) was wrong. As it turns out, the team was incompetent. 3. Ineffective customer service channels. Trying to get someone on the phone is an exercise in futility. The phone at the warehouse either rings constantly; you are put on hold for extended amounts of time, or just simply just hung up on. Note: if someone is asked for their number to retrieve their account information and the call is disconnected, call them back and apologize. For extended holds, come back to the phone and give the customer a choice of a call back or to continue holding. Admittedly, my demeanor went from annoyed to furious simply based on your poor customer service. Call your customers back. The longer the wait, the angrier an irate customer will become. Because of the before mentioned personal experiences, and the information I have uncovered while conducting my research, I will never purchase anything from Conn's.     Anyone who cares, I…read moream writing a review on a recent interaction with Conn's corporate which was VERY disappointing. What started out as a decent experience has ended in disaster. Today was an epic fail with a feeling of what I will now refer to as "Conn-ed". From a bait-and-switch on delivery dates, to less than stellar customer service. DETAILS: - [2/15] I had a decent web experience ordering an item, I received an email confirmation with an order number. It mentioned that I will receive a notification when it's ready for delivery. - [2/16] I received another email with a different order number and an updated status of Delivery Scheduled and a scheduled date of 3/7. It also mentioned I will receive an automated call the day before to verify and inform me of the time of arrival. - [3/6 - 11:30am] I received an email indicating you are headed to my address and that I needed to confirm the delivery address by 5pm which I did. - [3/6 - 7:16pm] I received another email indicating my 3-hour window was between 10:30am and 1:30pm. It also provides a number to call for questions (972-225-9973) which doesn't work. I took off of work to receive this item. - [3/7] I received an email today indicating order number has a status of Awaiting Inventory and is out of stock until 3/13. - [3/7] I called the last number provided (972-225-9973) to get an update which failed. I then tried 844-894-0717 and was asked for my phone number. When they couldn't look me up by the number I provided the agent started to give up. I asked if they could use an order number instead. Reluctantly they looked up my order number. As I was giving the last order number provided they indicated this was not valid. After searching through email I pulled out the first "order number" Conn's had sent . They told me this was an online order and would need to transfer me. I again went through the same process which was now getting frustrating. The agent told me the order wasn't actually scheduled for delivery even though I had already received multiple notifications stating differently. After an exasperating experience I told her to cancel my order because I had no faith Conn's would honor the reschedule. I then called the General Customer Service number listed on your web site ((877) 358-1252) to make a customer service complaint and found it interesting your phone tree will not allow me to speak with someone. This is a terrible customer experience in so many ways. I rarely spend time following up on these types of interactions. This has been so incredibly bad I had to let others know. I'm doubting they will do anything to "make it right" or use it to improve their customer service improvement. Buyer beware when making an online order lest you be Conn-ed.
