    Again the need to justify your actions as well. First off…read moreyour not the only one that was in the military. Using that as your justification for this is an embarrassment. Yes you are correct in stating I already had the boot and you would not warranty it. That is a correct statement. I DID speak to you. The scheduled time was not by you but by the person that called. You however stated it would be done in at least 1-2 hours once started. You did say you could pull your tech from another job. You were told originally I had to leave by 4 when I called you to see why no one had showed up. Not go to work but to leave. I had taken off work to wait on the tech. It was just after 3 pm at the time of that conversation and it would take approximately 20 minutes to get to me. So it would not have been done before I had to leave. I wasn't risking having it taken apart then having to leave with it apart because I wasn't risking not going to be back for several hours. Price wise you stated nothing originally about a discount nor explained diag fees and etc. You were told up front make model and I had the part. I asked how long and how much. You replied with how long and price. Which is very comparable to others. Honestly it was a hair cheaper. 9 bucks cheaper with NO discounts from the other companies that quoted me. Yes he is correct I believe in my google reviews. Because thats all he can find under that name. Im not leaving a 5 star review for anyone because they answered the phone or did the job requested as they should. Now issues, or going above and beyond then yes I will leave a review. And again he did offer to pull a tech. He did state he would do that. However that was after our initial conversation and I told him I would have to find someone else because I couldn't wait. He called me back to tell me that. By then the timing was not going to happen and I definitely did not want a rush job. And as I stated before he nor the girl was rude in any way. I do believe he was professional in handling himself over the phone. ORIGINAL POST Does not schedule or communicate with clients well. Appt for 2pm. I had to leave by 430pm. Was told not a problem and will be done by then. Took off work half a day to wait. No show at time scheduled. Made contact 1 hr later after waiting on hold to be told tech is behind. No communication to inform me. Get told he can be there by 330. When setting up appointment I was told 2 hours and it would be done. Offers 20$ off to reschedule. Already lost 4hrs work to loose another 4 hours work to see if they show up again. 8 hrs for 20$. Insulting. Do not recommend using this company.

    7H was called out to my house by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My fridge stopped…read morecooling at the end of August, it is now the end of December. The first time they came out, the repairman didn't even use a tool. He said something about the damper and used his hand to move it and said it was fixed. It wasn't. It took them 3 call outs to finally get it cooling. Because they only come to Orange County every so often (maybe once a week?) it would take at least a week to get them back out. Once it was cooling our food, it began freezing our food. The fridge is too cold now. They have been out 3 times trying to get it to stop freezing my food. He mentioned that the reason food is freezing is because the top shelf is the coldest place in the fridge. Well, it's not just freezing on the top shelf. It's freezing stuff on the second shelf and the door as well, including my husband's insulin and meds. The repair man most recently came out a few days ago and said there's nothing else he can do, he doesn't know why it's freezing, and he'd let American Home Shield know. He reported to AHS that it is 'customer misuse/abuse' and that I'm putting stuff on the top shelf of my fridge and customer wants a new fridge. I was livid- this is basically a fabrication. I am not misusing or abusing my fridge. We have only been kind to these people, even after 4 MONTHS of my fridge not working properly. I have never asked for a new fridge, I just want a fridge that works and doesn't ruin my food. I see many reviews on here that tell reviewers to basically treat others that way they want to be treated. I'm wondering how you would feel if a member has been without a properly working fridge for 4+ months and they find out their repair company put it down as 'customer abuse/misuse'. Even if the problem was only the top shelf, I should be able to use my top shelf in my fridge. I've used that top shelf for the last 12ish years since we've had the fridge and nothing ever froze until 7H 'fixed' it. Although everyone I spoke with at 7H was kind, I do not recommend this company. After speaking with friends, 2 others immediately said they had the same experience with multiple call outs to get the problem fixed by 7H.
