Would give 6 stars if I could! Fast response to my inquiry through Yelp, and then came the same day to check out our dishwasher that wasn't draining. I'd been meaning to replace our cracked garbage disposal for a while so asked if they could do that at the same time and "yes, no problem." Showed up on time and quickly found the issue with the dishwasher (piece of glass stuck) so he didn't even charge for that. Showed me how to fix it myself it it ever happens again, swapped out the disposal for a new one, cleaned up and was on his way. Super honest, friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Not sure what else you'd look for in a repair company but we'll be using these guys again! read more

Zero stars if I could! After diagnosing my refrigerator issue parts were ordered then nothing. This company has my parts and have no showed 3 times. It has been 3 weeks and water is leaking out of my fridge now for weeks. They have made 3 appointments and no showed everytime. We cannot get them to answer the phone, return calls, return texts. They are not answering our warranty company either. We even came home a day early from vacation for our appointment and they no showed. I would stay away from this company! UPDATE within an hour of posting this I was contacted by the owner who apologized for a scheduling mix up. There were issues with the office. He came right over and made the repairs. read more

Well I used Parts Hub about 6 months ago and I left a review but I guess it was only a Google maps review. So as for the service repair 6 months ago on my refrigerator, I received excellent service and even though the part I needed was one of the more expensive ones on the fridge he made it as painless as he was able. He knew I was already very upset because I had spent 700$ buying a very nice fridge from an old acquaintance which unbelievably turned out to actually be stolen from the guys brother! Who does that? Stealing from your own brother? Anyway when I found out I of course had to return it and the man was actually still paying notes on it! So not only I was out 700$ but had spent money to rent a uhaul trailer and all my labor cleaning it...Anyway I had to fork up another 500$ for this new to us used fridge and can you believe iv only had it like 8 weeks and the dang thi g went out! Uggg! I can't even make this stuff up. I have the worst luck or I just make very bad choices... anyway Ron knew how upset I was and really was wonderful fitting us in quickly and trying to charge me as little as possible on the part. He even fixed the flap on the icemaker door for free,only charging me for the part. Well I am now writing this review in the middle of the night 6 months later so I can say so far I highly recommend them but I'm afraid I will have to give yall an update after I call them back in the morning because as usual as my luck would have it my freaking fridge went out AGAIN! Only 6 months after having it repaired. I Google the symptoms and it sounds very much like the same control board that they replaced 6 months ago. He said there was a warranty which was either 6 months or a year? I ca t remember and I don't even know if that warranty even covers labor. So lucky for all of you reading this I will have to do an update showing what kind of service I will receive when there has been another problem most likely with the part they replaced. I understand if it is the part they replaced that it isn't their fault and it could very well be a completely different part. If it is a different part I'm not even sure how much more money I want to invest I. This used fridge. Anyway time will tell. Look for an update after I get back in touch with them. About a year ago, we called Ron to repair our refrigerator. Ron came to our home and diagnosed the problem with the help of a LG agent who he contacted to help interpret the error codes. The recommended repair was made, and the refrigerator worked. But the following day the problem reappeared. Ron came back to our home and addressed the problem again. Surprisingly, Ron did this with no additional charge. He spent quite some time reassessing the problem which turned out ultimately to be a unique , difficult to detect flaw in the system. Ron did ultimately repair the refrigerator and it has functioned fine since then. The bottom line is that Ron was sufficiently skilled to find the flaw, and he was sufficiently ethical to not overcharge . In fact, I suspect, he actually undercharged given the time he devoted to the problem. We called Ron about a week ago to repair our washing machine. The error code indicated that a specific control board needed to be replaced. Ron accessed the new control board and replaced the old one today. After replacement, the washing machine still didn't work, ... in spite of the specific error message given by the washing machine. Ron was able to pursue an alternative option and he replaced a different control board with success. Once again Ron did not charge us for the first control board nor for the extra time it took to repair the machine. In short, Ron is skilled, personable, and ethical. (A trifecta of a sort!) I fully trust that when we call him, he will address the problem successfully and he will not take advantage of the customer. Obviously, I highly recommend Ron and his company. read more

I highly recommend this company. They helped me out of a really bad jam when my refrigerator stopped working in a house I had just bought. Ron made some special trips out to my house which was a long drive for him I think, and he fixed the problem. I fully recommend PartsHub Appliances. They provided great service, were informative on the repairs and friendly. Our refrigerator went out, the compressor was backordered for 3 weeks. Ron would check in with an update and let me know he was ready as soon as the part came in. During that time, our dishwasher stop draining. The next day he came and made the repair. Few days later the refrigerator part came in and he stayed into the evening to make that repair. Two days later, he made a follow up call to make sure we all was working to our satisfaction.
