The HVAC technician came to my home under the understanding that this was a free estimate. After the visit, the technician called and quoted me $429 to check the leak and cover labor, stating that everything else would be covered under warranty. Based on that explanation, I agreed and paid the $429. Shortly afterward, I received an emailed estimate for an additional $2,437, on top of what I had already paid. This was never clearly explained beforehand and felt extremely misleading. When I called the company, I spoke with Drake, who was polite and professional. However, I was disappointed that the manager would not speak with me directly. I could hear the manager instructing Drake on what to say instead of addressing my concerns personally. I was later told that the charges were for a service call and the equipment used to find the leak. While I now understand that a service call and a free estimate are not the same thing, that distinction was not made clear prior to confirming the appointment. Customers should be explicitly informed of any charges before a technician is dispatched. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I feel misled by the company's advertising. Transparency is critical, especially when dealing with costly home repairs. The manager, Brandon, later called and stated that after reviewing the recorded call, he understood where the confusion occurred. However, the only resolution offered was to credit the $429 back only if I proceed with the repair through their company. I do not believe this is an appropriate or ethical way to handle the situation. A refund should not be conditional, especially when the confusion stemmed from unclear and misleading communication. For transparency, I was informed that calls are recorded. What I found concerning is that the call had already been reviewed before I even formally raised my complaint, which suggests this is not an isolated issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company. The owner promised to send me the recorded call of where I misunderstood but once he saw my review he called me to argue with me about the review and said he will no longer send the recording. I promised him that if he sends me the recording and I am wrong I will remove my review but he declined. Which proves my Point that this was intentionally done.

Have been having problems with our sewer line since Hurricane Harvey. Finally called Premier…read morePlumbing. They had come out a couple of months before on a clogged toilet. They did a great job and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. After days of rain - Wednesday afternoon: We kinda knew where the problem was so they started digging with an excavator. Within 45 minutes they were at the sewer line that was broken - severely. They stopped and called the city to come look at the city side. There was a question about the city tap and they didn't want to mess with the city side. I completely understood that. It was nearing 5 so the city said they would come out "bright and early" the next morning. Thursday morning: Premier was here. City wasn't. So, we waited... and waited... and waited. Calls were made and they kept saying "We are on our way". Premier guys went to lunch and 5 minutes later, a city truck pulls up. He went to check the sewer line and in a less than 3 minutes was back telling me they were going to lunch! Said they would be back "1ish"... Thursday Afternoon: Premier is back from lunch before 1 and we are still waiting for the city guys. It was well after 2, the city guys show up and the talking starts. Premier was firm about replacing the city tap. They finally agreed and started digging. When they got to a stopping point, Premier guys went to work and never slowed down. Got the line repaired and back in service in less than an hour. Friday: Premier comes by to pick up their excavator. The city had brought one of their own to dig out their part so Premier left theirs overnight. Darrell, one of the two that worked the job said, "I'll clean up this mess a little so the ruts won't be so bad". And, he did. All the way out of the backyard to the street. We were very nervous about this repair. The cost, the displacement it might cause, and the cost. Did I mention the cost? Premier did an excellent job. They were professional and fast. I won't go into pricing because I know every job is different and it varies. I will say this - it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. The office staff was prompt and courteous. I hope we don't have any more sewer issues, but if we do we will be calling Premier

My husband took a shower this morning and it backed up the toilets in both bathrooms and the smell of sewer actually woke me up. I had to wait until 8am to call anyone and the first 2 I tried couldn't make it until tomorrow (I should also add that a plumber I had previously used recommended Gulf Coast to me so that is why I took the risk). They were here within 30 minutes and an hour and half later they had the problem fixed. They had to find the drains outside because I had no idea where they were, dug it up, cleaned it out, ran a camera on it and even installed something so the next plumber wouldn't have to spend the time to find it again. The price was incredible, I expected to have to pay way more. I will definitely call them first next time (although I hope there isn't a next time)!

Forcing us to use them creating emergency. Then charged me a $929 bill to fix both my sewer line and the water line they cut. The water line is less two years old. Claimed it had cracks and leaking, a bald face lie. The hole they dug had no water in it. They turned the water off first never said a word and acted like it was an accident. They took advantage of us, decietful business practices, i will never use them ever again. They cut my water line then made me pay them to fix it.
