My AC unit went out on a Monday last week and that Tuesday morning at 8:00 am there was a crew at my house installing a complete AC unit with furnace. They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. The (4) techs and mechanics he had on the job knew exactly what needed to be done and worked together in getting me AC that night. It is this kind of company that takes care of the customer and will keep that customer. Thanks again to Ed and his crew for a fantastic job.

The price was about 650$. Then we asked where the leak was because it's a little ridiculous to do that without knowing where the leak was. So we got a leak detection price. $1350.00. I almost croaked. We asked them to leave and called another company. Their leak price is $100.00 and will come off the price if they do the repair. Worse part is it was for my daughter so if I wasn't there what would have happened. Last week they told her she needed a new unit. Oh and she has a service contract with them. Canceled that too. Highly unethical to try to rip of a young lady.

They have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and offer very reasonable pricing. My AC system is not a straight forward system, so it took these guys a bit longer to figure out just exactly what the problem was. But they stuck with it, and didn't try to blow smoke up my butt with all kinds of technical terms and explanations. Once the issue was diagnosed, an estimate was provided very quickly, and we were given several different options, including financing. Overall, the best AC company we have ever dealt with. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

chose this company specifically because their Google listing advertises free estimates. I could not…read moreafford a service call fee, so this was a deciding factor for me. The HVAC technician came to my home under the understanding that this was a free estimate. After the visit, the technician called and quoted me $429 to check the leak and cover labor, stating that everything else would be covered under warranty. Based on that explanation, I agreed and paid the $429. Shortly afterward, I received an emailed estimate for an additional $2,437, on top of what I had already paid. This was never clearly explained beforehand and felt extremely misleading. When I called the company, I spoke with Drake, who was polite and professional. However, I was disappointed that the manager would not speak with me directly. I could hear the manager instructing Drake on what to say instead of addressing my concerns personally. I was later told that the charges were for a service call and the equipment used to find the leak. While I now understand that a service call and a free estimate are not the same thing, that distinction was not made clear prior to confirming the appointment. Customers should be explicitly informed of any charges before a technician is dispatched. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I feel misled by the company's advertising. Transparency is critical, especially when dealing with costly home repairs. The manager, Brandon, later called and stated that after reviewing the recorded call, he understood where the confusion occurred. However, the only resolution offered was to credit the $429 back only if I proceed with the repair through their company. I do not believe this is an appropriate or ethical way to handle the situation. A refund should not be conditional, especially when the confusion stemmed from unclear and misleading communication. For transparency, I was informed that calls are recorded. What I found concerning is that the call had already been reviewed before I even formally raised my complaint, which suggests this is not an isolated issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company. The owner promised to send me the recorded call of where I misunderstood but once he saw my review he called me to argue with me about the review and said he will no longer send the recording. I promised him that if he sends me the recording and I am wrong I will remove my review but he declined. Which proves my Point that this was intentionally done.

After looking at our air conditioning unit realizing that it was 19 years old and had been through…read moreseveral hurricanes and floods, I decided a new unit was needed. Contacted Thermacon and our salesman Lance Leslie came to our home and educated us on different ac systems with no pressure. One side of our home was hot the other side cool but our old builder grade unit was not efficiently doing the job. Lance recommended that our home was not balanced and a separate return was necessary to pull warm air from the hot side of our home. I chose a new unit and agreed to the updates he was recommending. Three days later, first thing in the morning as promised, a crew of three men arrived: Kevin being lead technician, Brent and Sam also assisting. Drop cloths were distributed through our home, work began on the inside and outside. Our new unit outside, was leveled with a new slab and a rock base for our wet environment. All new electrical boxes, breaker and connections were installed. Inside a new drip pan and all connections were replaced with new wires, copper and fittings for the new attic unit. An insulated tent device for attic door was installed to keep hot air in the attic not in our home. These men did not take a break and finished the job by 2:15pm. Our home without AC never had a chance to get warm on a 95 degree day before our new unit was up and running. Kevin, Brent and Sam cleaned all areas and removed all debris, could not tell they were ever there. Lance called to follow up if we were happy. Another technician was scheduled by Thermacon five days later to follow up with quality control of job. Erich, our follow up technician called that morning to let us know he was on his way, showing up well before 9am. Erich checked the entire system , even though is was pouring rain. Then he took the time to explain the system and the new controls to both me and my wife.He did a great job and spent a lot of time with us. All warranty information was explained along with two more seasonal visits that come with unit to make sure it is operating efficiently. This new system and return has made our home comfortable in every part of the house, I am looking forward to saving money on our electric bill, and love how quiet this unit is. No doubt we purchased a quality product but we feel we were treated as family. Excellent professional service was received from the ladies scheduling, to our salesman, and the wonderful technicians that did the job. I researched the Lennox equipment and Thermacon before I ever contacted them and I made and excellent decision on both. Thanks a lot Thermacon we rate our experience as an A+++++++. Regards Robert A.
