Jim exhausted every possibility of the problem before doing any costly work that I didn't need and willingly showed myself and my wife each step of the way, which I appreciate because I have changed a couple heaters when a was able. However, after the third thing, I called the owner, David, to tell him how dissatisfied that my p trap literally fell out from under my sink, soaking and ruining my brand new kitchen cabinet. I had to leave a voicemail. I would think that a Christian-based company, or at least one with good customer service would AT LEAST call back to apologize for messing up every single thing they did. However, he did not call me back and I actually heard that David has said he "doesn't call back angry customers." I honestly would have been satisfied with a simple apology. However, I never got that. I had to call someone else to fix their mistake, since David seemed to be ok with leaving me without a usable kitchen sink. Absolute worst customer service ever. I will not only never use them again, but I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to use them either.
