I did not know Norton my husband clearly that this was a non-returnable dress but I'm so thankful that she was so sweet and really went above to help me out. I was not expecting this level of customer service and I definitely will be shopping here in the future due to how polite this woman was.

I had everything in a text of the color (the groom requested) and sizes for jacket and pants that my husband wears. I walked in and told the gentleman exactly what I needed. He walked over picked up a suit and said here you are. I even said, "Wow, that was easy!" I was very thankful. I asked if the jacket was the incorrect size what would we do? I was told jacket could be switched out if needed when he picked up as they weren't doing alterations. But I had to have the pants altered. I was thrilled it was so simple and easy. And that the salesman was so fast and knowledgeable. Mix up in the suits and unfortunately the store wasn't able to do anything about the mix up so we had to purchase another suit. But now my husband has 2 very nice suits. Do get your details on your sales ticket/receipt of what you order, color and size just to prevent confusion.

As I parked my stroller to put my baby in the car an associate accosted me in the parking lot accusing me of stealing and threatening to call the police. Long story short I ended up calling the police to help me in this situation. I had not stollen anything and these women were cruel.
