WHYYYY did I find the gourmet peanut butter sandwich cookies thata are $10 at Treats Unleashed here for a fraction of the cost?????? OK, walking is a good thing. I had no tags, no receipt, BUT the purchase was on my Kohl's credit card. I was offered a refund or a replacement. I went quickly to the men's department (which is quite adjacent to Customer Service) and found a better size of the same short. That was so painless, the clerk was so friendly and knowledgeable. Even worse, now my Mom goes to pay and swipes her debit card. She accidentally did her PIN backwards, and the card declines. Staff members write your name in chalk on the door of the fitting room when you go on to try clothes and will grab different sizes for you if you need! That being said, clothes here are definitely on the pricier end (shorts for $36, tops $50s, dresses from $70-120s) but the dresses are really good quality. There is a section towards the back that is clearance/sale where you can find stuff significantly marked down (from $78 down to like $30). However these are often XS or XL sizes.
