I'm not really the biggest fan of this location. Especially after trying to check out one day and their self check out wouldn't read my card. Instead of helping me, I was just told "oh well!" And when I tried to walk out I was accused of shop lifting even though all of the things were left in the bag at the self check out. It was insane honestly and really embarrassing. They don't have the best selection of clothes and they seem to always be disorganized when I'm in. Target is always a little more than other places, but when you're in a decent store it's worth it for the better selections. I've just never had a good time at this particular Target store. read more

I love shopping at Target, whether in person or on the app and using their free drive up service. The customer service at this location is very good and they promptly have fixed any problems I've had. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. I am a regular here and I just wanna say that Angie is absolutely amazing. Anytime I come and she greets me right away she works at self check out and also great people when they walk in. If I ever need help and she is unsure of where the item is she was always prompt in getting me help right away. read more

Target is my favorite store and I have been to almost all of them in the area. I don't discriminate when it comes to Target. I popped in for a return because I was in the area and then did some shopping. I love Target. read more

I should have just kept going and went to the Dardine Prairie location. I always buy the organic bananas at Target because it's a great deal at 2 pounds for 1.39 as opposed to .29 per with the normal bananas. (This review will have the word banana a lot in it, just a heads up). I got to the register today with a cart full of items and when Jennifer went to ring the bananas up she punched in the .29 per price as opposed to scanning the upc on the tape wrapping the bunch which signifies bulk pricing. The price difference is a dollar, but it's my dollar. I tell her it's actually 1.39 for the bunch and she tells me no, all bananas are the same and shows me the Target code list which only shows one code for bananas. I tell her I know what the sign said and that I don't want them. We're walking to our car and my kids tell me they really wanted bananas. So, despite having ice cream I go back in to get them. I take the attached picture of the rack holding the organic bananas 2lbs for 1.39 and head to the register. I end up back in her line which is fine, I'll let her know that you have to scan the upc and show her the picture if she has an issue. What happened next is....interesting. She scans the upc and the system asks her for a quantity. It's asking for how many bundles of bananas I have, not the individual quantity of items in the bundle. She enters 8 when I only have 1 bundle of bananas. My total is $10.50 for this bundle of bananas, as opposed to the 2.32 she was going to charge me earlier. I tell her that's the bundle price as the sign says 2 pounds for 1.39 and does she really think the bananas cost 1.39 per banana and she tells me yes that's their price. After hearing her sigh after looking at the long line, which we've waited in twice now, I had enough and start walking out as the ice cream melting in the car cost more than the bananas. She says she can get a manager and I tell her no, but that she needs to learn how to deal with this so it doesn't happen again. Next time I need to go to Target I'll keep going to Dardine. That store knows how to take care of business. read more

So much better than the Wally World. Cleaner store, wider isles. Target is known for the private label clothes. Even their private label food products are getting national attention.... Better quality for a better price. This locations is just opened a full line grocery department......watch out Wally World. read more

A girl with a brown ponytail was very rude today at the self check out. I was walking towards an empty self check out when an employee shot over and got in front of me to check out her chips and drink. I politely smiled and waited there for her to finish checking out. Then The girl working at the U-Scan says, "The line starts back there!". I explained to her what happened and she said that the employee had waited in the line as well and then went over and was talking to her before she went to the checkout. She probably should have just apologized to me instead of being rude for something that was the employees fault. The cashiers at this location are great but the people with the radios doing other things in the store are typically pretty rude. Maybe I'll take my business else. read more

I am a Target loyalist. Other than my grocery store, I spend more at Target than any other place. The past couple of months, this Target has taken away checkers from 8-10 am, a time when many of us moms like to shop. The self-checkout is fine when I have a few items, but when I have a cart full of items, I need a checker. I feel especially bad for the moms with little ones in the cart trying to manage it all. With the amount we spend here, Target can't afford to staff a checker for the additional 2 hours??? Ridiculous. If I want horrible customer service, I can go to Wal-Mart. Target has always been better than this. Please add checkers back! read more

This is an older Target, so its nice quite as churched up and fancy as the other new ones, but that adds to the charm a bit. The layout here is not my favorite, but the staff and items are. Especially most recently they had 20.00 christmas lights mismarked for 8 bucks each, and they honored the marked price for 4 pairs. I was quite happy with that! read more

Went for a few school supplies that I couldn't find elsewhere and there was very little assistance. The inventory of school supplies were appallingly limited. Target could have done a better job with stocking they're shelves with school supplies. All I needed were plastic prong folders, USB cord with a lanyard and earplugs and I walked out with not one item. Highly disappointed. read more

Horrible store. I went to this Target from 20 miles away to buy a Christmas present for my son that Target.com said was in stock. It was not in stock and I was told they've been out of stock for nearly a week. I was the third person who has come in looking for the same item and they still haven't done anything that correct the mistake. Had to return something I bought on line. It weighed over 100 pounds. Asked a clerk for help and he called Jordon. He was great. Got a flat cart, unloaded it from my car, took it to the counter and helped the clerk return it. Great customer service. read more

I bought some furniture on Target.com. I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with a company in my life. The order was wrong and everyone I spoke with to rectify the situation continually promised things would be done and there was never any follow through or corrections made. I was on hold for many hours through the process, have had multiple unordered deliveries and several different companies dispatched to pick up my returns and none could actually transport the size boxes being sent. I continually spoke with people I could not understand and I am confident at this time they did not speak English well enough to understand me. The saga continues as I have now had 1 of 3 boxes picked up because of incorrect information being given to UPS. Please, do not ever use Target.com. This will only benefit a company that continually has screwed me for several weeks. I'm sure I am not the only one. I am confident my refund will never be given as this company cannot figure out shipping, receiving, or customer service. Horrible experience!!! read more
