I like that the clothing is in size order, then color order. The shoes are on top of the clothes racks and all of them looked almost brand new. No old stanky shoes here. They used endcaps to highlight particular items and or have displays. They also had sale items for $1 each the day I was there and all the sale items were on racks at the front of the store where you don't have to dig through the racks for them- loved that. Their dressing rooms are open and large enough to change easily in. They have cute hooks to separate your clothes while in the room. They also have chairs right outside so anyone waiting for you has a place to rest. Pricing seems right on. I was impressed with the reasonable pricing for some of the more designer items. I visited here looking for designer jeans and sadly didn't find anything I liked. however I did try on quite a few things and the experience overall was good. I was dropping off some donations and couldn't help myself and left with a beautiful wooden stove cover that can also be used as a giant charcuterie board in my opinion, a cast-iron cross, an outdoor candle lantern and a fruit bowl. Great finds! I was really impressed with the high quality of the furniture that has been donated & for sale at really reasonable prices. I'm afraid if I had a truck I would've left with much more! Haha! The shop accepts donations of light furniture, decorative household items and collectibles. A much better option to donate your gently used home decor, collectibles and light furniture because you know EXACTLY where the funds are going from the sale of your donated and purchased items. The store is super clean & the volunteers working the store are the sweetest! Tax receipts are given for donations and purchases upon request.

Keep in mind that they do donate them after so many days. I can't remember exactly. It is donated they keep 100% of the profit and it's just donated to their store. Today I mixed up my appointment time. I couldn't get it to pull back up and I came an hour early they would not accommodate me so I had to drive around for an hour which just frustrating because of how gas is pricey then when I did come back for my appointment. I was only in there for three minutes. I brought in over 40 items of clothing and two boxes and they only took about five items. It was very frustrating to say the least. I wish I would have just accommodated me if I knew it was only gonna take them three minutes to go through my clothing when I originally came in. It's also important to note the items I brought in were brand new, never worn items. This is not, including the home decor that I brought in. They do not take home decor it's only clothing. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love it here due to the customer service However, they are not doing well with sales, and this experience was very unpleasant. It's hard to continue to want to do business with a consignment store when you're only getting seven dollars for 40 items and then when you make an appointment they only take five items in out of over 20 you bring in.

Anyway…read moreI looked around and bought more than my online order and I went to the counter and Angel had me move the things I set down with my online order and must have been having a really bad day. She was aggressive during check out, rude about the pen pad, like I'm not 200 and can read, and then packaging my items. I put the receipt in the bag with my doormat and she corrected me that it's heat sensitive and should not go on the rubber back of my doormat. It was so freaking weird, I just stuttered and said oh oh, okay and left. This young lady should not be dealing with the public, and I'm well versed with people with social struggles, so this was next level yikes. Guess I'll stick to the rivers and the lakes that I'm used to. Woof.
