While I love browsing, as someone with an 8 1/2 wide foot, I don't always find the right fit, especially with boots. I lucked out on this most recent visit, as even though the calendar says January, I found not one, but two pair of flip-flops on clearance for $19.98 each. But wait, there's more! Clearance was a full 50% off. Even though I didn't find boots or sneakers this time, which is, what I went in originally seeking, the vast selection always makes it worth checking out. They have numerous large mirrors and plenty of benches to rest (from all that shopping) or simply to sit down for try ons. With a harder-to-fit foot, I don't typically shop online, but of course, that is an option with DSW as well. Be sure to download the app, as you will get even more offers that way. I always love finding a great deal, especially on shoes!

For many of the workout tops, the largest size available was an XL and I was looking for 2X as a same day gift. He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

They have an area where you can walk to test out the feel I'm guessing before you make your purchase. They have men and women shoes, sandals, socks, accessories and apparel. Brand shoes like Brooks and Hoka are available as well. I also saw a side room with treadmills and other work out sections as well. Staff was friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable. I was holding a capped, almost empty bottle of water, and my granddaughter had a soda. While I can certainly understand that drinks can spill and inventory is expensive, I did not appreciate being spoken to like an obnoxious 12-year-old. I responded that my money could be spent elsewhere, and left. I will NEVER shop in this store again. While the loss of one customer probably won't matter, I will certainly go out of my way to tell my story to everyone I know. I literally want nothing from this complaint I simply wanted to vent about this woman's hateful behavior.
