Awful customer service: AGAIN! I tried to return my Amazon…read morereturn at Kohl's, a store where my family has shopped and worked and actually managed over the years. *No readable signage up front, no employees to be found, so I followed the signs for returns and exchanges. * There was a long line: two of three service clerks left, although there was a line. * I finally reached the clerk: she said I had to go to the back of the store to return the items. No apology. The people behind me were also upset because they had been waiting in line also for the same reason. No apology. * I told her the package contained all the info she needed to process the return. I was in too much pain due to (I listed the issues) after the wait, and the walk to continue, (still no apology or help) left the package for her to process with all the info needed, and went home. * It disappeared. Amazon did not receive it. I called the store, explained the situation, and they said they'd look into it. Amazon still has not received it. I received a phone call message marked 'spam' from an unlisted, unknown number with someone who said they worked for Kohl's. Although the number was unidentified, I called anyway. *The person said they found it, it was in the back of the store, and I could come back in and process it. They won't process it, although all the paperwork is there (bar codes, shipping label, phone codes, etc. He will have to ask management if he is allowed to provide customer service. Yes: a few years ago, the management was much better, they cared about the customers, the clerks were trained in customer care and service. No more. I recommend Wal-Mart for better service or shop online. Yes, I am seriously old-fashioned. I believe in customer service, or at least people who understand. I can see why the masses are moving toward more online stores.

This really has to be a two part review. Men's Wearhouse as a corporation screwed up royally. I was…read moremeasured for a suit for my sister's wedding in Arlington Heights, Illinois for a wedding that took place in Littleton, Colorado. Since you can only pick up your suit two days before your event, I asked that my suit be sent to the Littleton store. My suit was sent to the Arlington Heights, Illinois store. A suit with my measurements was then sent overnight to the Littleton store. When it arrived it came without socks or a suit jacket. The socks were easily replaced. The suit jacket had to be sent overnight to arrive the day before the wedding. The suit jacket that arrived was too small. Like I said this was error after error from the corporation and Arlington Heights store. Everyone (and I saw most of the staff) in the Littleton store did everything they could to make everything right. They quickly replaced the missing socks. When the suit jacket came in too small, they found a suit off the rack that would work with the style of the wedding. They even offered to give me a full refund. Thank you for bending over backwards to make sure that I would have something to wear for my sister's wedding. I truly appreciate everyones efforts in helping solve these problems.

This Target is our go to. A down home, small town customer…read moreservice store. We always find something extra on sale The pharmacy goes out of their way for us. Calls us to explain things. Calls us when medication is out of stock. The Starbucks in this store is the only one we go to. Staff are so friendly. Know us, laugh with us. At the check out stand there are three particular staff we try to go to. Chaz being our preferred staff. I have been treated with such kindness. I have my Service Dog and all the staff know us. This store was not only hard to find, but thinks video games are neglible to carry product. Barely any games in stock, and all of their Nintendo Switch 2 games are "Game-Key Cards," so they're basically fake physical games that require download space. The only games worth buying is Cyberpunk 2077 and Donkey Kong. Even the Playstation section is notably smaller than even Nintendo's own The toys were at least packed out, the LEGOs had some cool sets when you see them all stocked that you can almost buy an entire series in one stop, which is good.

I was searching for an over the counter product. Spoke to a lady in the pharmacy and asked her where to find a product. She pointed in front of her and said, it's on that shelf. I looked and couldn't find it. I asked could you please see if the product is in stock. Her answer was, "No, sorry that's not my job." I walked out of the store and won't be back to this location. Most employees have a way to look up items and can tell you how many of a certain product is on the shelf. She made no attempt to assist me.
