But they reassured me I would be fine & would not feel anything. & I didn't I was so numb. But I wasn't high like I seen most videos of people being after getting their teeth pulled. So after multiple documented calls, including one with the insurance company on the phone, they drop this on us less than 24 hours before the appointment -- with ZERO apology or accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter has been waiting in pain and with missing front teeth for a month thinking she had an appointment coming up. Now we're back to square one and likely have to wait another month for someone who actually cares. There is no excuse for this. None. This company is a JOKE. They wasted our time, caused emotional stress, and couldn't care less. Everyone we spoke to acted like it was no big deal. It IS a big deal when you're treating people like garbage.
