So I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. A week before the appointment, they randomly called asking for the insurance info again -- weird, but I gave it. THEN, the night before the appointment, I get a call from a nasty, unprofessional woman saying they don't accept the insurance after all. So after multiple documented calls, including one with the insurance company on the phone, they drop this on us less than 24 hours before the appointment -- with ZERO apology or accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter has been waiting in pain and with missing front teeth for a month thinking she had an appointment coming up. Now we're back to square one and likely have to wait another month for someone who actually cares. There is no excuse for this. None. This company is a JOKE.
