The machines work well. It is clean and comfortable. The digital payment system works and takes ApplePay. There are bathrooms for customers and WIFI. There are snacks and drinks for purchase in a vending machine inside. You can also purchase laundry supplies from a vending machine. The prices are standard for a laundromat. This laundromat is newly owned and the owners are amazing! I walked in and was greeted with a great smile. I told them I haven't been to a laundromat since I was a child and didn't know what I was doing. He was quick to help and show me all the settings and where the atm, coin machine and soap machine were at. I would like to say these machines are also brand new and high tech so the price to pay for each load is more than fair. They have different sizes for different prices. I was confused on which coin slot was for which dryer and again the owner was happy to help me. I highly recommend this laundromat! read more

Ignore old reviews. This business has new owners. The name has changed to Buck's Laundromat. Everything is new, high tech, and they even have a TV with sports going. Hungry? They even have machines with good drinks and snacks. No quarters needed. Use their card machine and then use the card to swipe the machine of your choice. Very friendly owners as well. read more

This laundry sucks! If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Their over priced ($10 dollar/machine) the owners are weird. They stare at you like they have a problem/ beef with you. This is a cash only establishment. I have to drive about a hour one way to get here. It is a very small laundry mat with over 75% of the machines not working. I've washed my laundry three times here. I believe it is to control the use of machine break down. The machines that are working are nice industrials silver machines. It was weird that they do not let you use the restroom or wash your hands and any type of sink. The beverages and snack machine were out of order too! read more

Thought I'd get it all done at 1 time. What a laugh. This place has 40 washers- various sizes, & 40 dryers. 4 washers work, and I was rushed to get mine out because "We have people waiting " and 3 dryers. I only went to do a ton of towels. When the wash was done the towel were still holding way too much water, so it took much longer to dry at $.25 for 4 minutes. People were coming in, owner was directing then to the snakes washers cuz the were the only ones open. I told them not to bother, they last. I wish I had. The owner is a blatant azzhat. Very few machines working. Washing machines leaking there's no public bathroom. I didn't feel like it was a clean space.

All top loaders are broken and the people at the counter are rude. No parking. And the place is dirty

Literally everything is broken. I spent 40 bucks on what amounted to a basket and a half of laundry: when I was here a year ago the lady that worked there was rude, a lot of the machines were broken but it was still worth the visit because I was still able to do what I showed up to do...my laundry. Today felt like a con job, it makes no sense to run a laundromat with no functioning washers and dryers. They seemed far more concerned with not using any of your own change on anything but washers a dryers. Today I left feeling ripped off and angry. I won't be returning. read more

Truthfully I wouldn't even give a star if I had the option, been going here out of convenience because it's so close to where I live, but it is pretty pricey... it's also frustrating that so many machines are broken.. washers and dryers! On Sunday 2/18 32 out of 40 dryers had the "sorry" tag indicating they are broken or "broken" i didn't count the washers but I should've, only a handful were available and there is 3 or 4 rows of washers. I also noticed I have to come home and fabric febreeze my clothes or use 3 or 4 pods in the washer AND a couple dryer sheets otherwise they have this really odd smell as if they aren't even that clean after they've been washed. On Sunday 2/18 one of the owners/managers was basically the washer monitor which I understand regulating functions to make sure things run smoothly. His logic was "Sundays are busy we gotta keep it moving" I've been there MANY Sundays and I never see more then maybe 6 people at a time. Mind you it wouldn't feel busy if machines worked properly on a regular basis. He also came off very condescending and disrespectful. Especially to those who didn't speak the best English, he made comments under his breath about a zipper or something metal attached to one of the jackets (I think) some One had put in the washer. Maybe that one person couldn't hear or understand you but those around you still can. And even said if the reviews were 1 star for him and not for the place he was ok with that. I respect him taking ownership over the business but the place needs some major TLC and repairs and upkeep. He also essentially demanded we give back our quarters in exchange for cash back because they are low on quarters... and people exchange the cash for quarters and take it to the prison.. 1. How do you know that ? 2. If people put their cash in and get quarters do laundry and have left over what do you care what people do with them? They put in THEIR OWN CASH. And typically we bring cash get quarters and the left over quarters go in a bag or a jar at home and we bring them the next time we come to do laundry which is usually once a week. It was over all aggressive and really off putting, before then I never had a bad experience with their demeanor but that was kind of the final nail in the coffin on me never returning here. I understand if people are abusing the process and using too many washers or dryers and disappearing for extended periods of time, but again fix the machines. Have more machines functioning correctly on a regular basis. Maybe do a change order more often and keep rolls of quarters in the back to ensure the machine is full enough, swap out the cash at the bank once or twice a week with quarters? And just because some people abuse it doesn't mean you treat other customers disrespectfully. You have the right to refuse service to those who don't follow the rules at the establishment. I don't see this place lasting very much longer if this continues to happen. read more

I don't give this place any stars at all. Just a few washers were working and the ones that did were heck of expensive $7.50 for a 3 loader and .25 cents to dry but only get 4 minutes and there was probably only 9 dryers working. This is definitely highway robbery $80 to was my family's clothes. I'll take the drive to Goodyear it's cheaper. Don't even want to give it 1 star. read more

First time here only because I'm from another state and ended up staying longer than planned. Well, glad it's here, just bring A LOT of quarters because it is expensive. I just had a weeks worth of clothes , too much for a single load washer which, cost $4, I went with the newer, less likely to steal my money, double load washer for $5.50 for 22 minutes. They have 6 carts, all being used when I was there, so getting your wet clothes across the place to the other end to dry them, could be an issue. The place is semi clean, but could use a lot of updating and maintenance . It advertises the " Desert car wash" which I assume is owned by the same owners of the laundromat. Seeing the laundromat, there's no way I'd get my car washed there. 2 stars may be a bit harsh but I can't give a another half , so consider it 2 1/2 stars. read more

Doesnt even deserve one star. Rude employees. Walked in to do a load of laundry at 7:02 PM and the woman working there wouldn't allow me to do a single load of laundry because they close at 8 PM? I was planning to stay there and wait for the load to be done (would have taken 20 mins), but she gave no leeway. I understand they stop loads at 7 PM but it was 7:02??? It was 2 minutes past the cut off. Loads here are also EXPENSIVE. They only own about 5 carts so none are ever available. No bathroom use allowed, even though they charge customers an arm and a leg. Do better. I'll drive 20 mins away to take my business elsewhere so I don't get yelled at by an employee. I had the worst day today and was looking forward to getting some laundry done instead of being yelled at and spoken down to. read more
