My bought a couple of forth of July shirts and they did not fit to the sizes we wear. When trying to return we are told they only allow 2 return items per receipt. What a joke. Maybe get a dressing room if you want to sell clothes and this BS return policy. Not that they care but I spend between $500-$600 in food also to take to customer. This store has very clean restrooms, a large assortment of items that travelers like, pretty good food and a great ambience. However, I was disappointed to find that they have disabled their business phone and also do not list any customer service email address. I discovered this after purchasing a brisket sandwich that contained 60% fat! By the time I found all that fat in my sandwich, I was twenty miles down the road! I love this location!! Right now they have $1.99 per gallon of gas, which is awesome considering prices as of late have been $2.50 per gallon! Inside, they have the best fresh breakfast croissant bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches that are to die for, for only $2. My girlfriend and I were on a road trip to Arlington and we had never been to Buc ees, as there is not one in El Paso, Texas so we went 30 minutes off our route to stop by and I have to say, it was 100% worth it! First and foremost, when they say Buc ees has the cleanest restrooms in the US...they aren't lying! Now when it comes to their food and snacks...I could eat there breakfast, lunch, and dinner! My girlfriend and I had lunch there that day. I got the sliced brisket sandwich and the turkey bbq sandwich. My gf got the shredded brisket and the pulled pork sandwich. 10/10! We also shared a bag of beaver chips! The prices at Buc ees are insanely cheap for what you are getting! We will definitely be returning to any Buc ees we come across on future road trips! We also bought some beef jerky, beaver nuggets, their bottled bbq sauce, their bbq seasoning, and other goodies for ourselves and my parents at home! The only downside is that they sold out of their Buc ees stuffed animals while we were there (obviously not their fault as the stuffies are SUPER CUTE!) so we weren't able to get one but that just gives us a reason to go back and get one! Lastly, their customer service is top notch! As a Texan, born and raised, you get that Texas hospitality the minute you walk in! I can't believe I had a bad experience at a Buc-ee's. Paid for a car wash at the pump and never got it. Went in to complain and the supervisor sauntered back to the office to pull the receipt. He then handed me the receipt with no car wash code on it. I asked what he's doing and he said "You want your receipt right?" I said no, I wanted my car wash! He then tried charging me for the car wash at the register. I asked for his manager. Enter Megan, one of the rudest, most uncaring people I've ever come across in the service industry. She told me I would not be receiving my car wash code even though my bank clearly charged me for it. Then I threw down the bag of popcorn on the counter demanding a refund. Megan then charged me AGAIN for the popcorn I had just bought. So THEN we had to do a FOURTH transaction to refund my popcorn charges twice. I adore Buc-ee's, always have. Every time I'm in TX I make it a priority to get over there. Delicious homemade fudge, & everything else you can think of. My go-to treats are always their packaged Pecan Log (divinity fudge log), it's literally mouth-watering, & their fresh hot glazed pecans & cashews. DELICIOUS. I have loved Buc-ees for over a decade. We have beaver stickers, key rings, ornaments, travel mugs, coffee cups, numerous tshirts and apparel plus all the food we have purchased etc.but Sad to say the Denton location and staff fell waaaay short and my love for the cute beaver. First the bathrooms are usually the first stop and they looked clean but I must have gone in he popular stall because there was no toilet paper. Four dispenser, 3 or 4 rolls per dispenser. Crazy! The fudge was good but the poor server got flustered with three customers in her line. The bbq was well staffed with 4 or 5 crew members I was shocked when I got their attention and asked for pickles and onions and was told they no longer serve those what bbq with no pickles and onions? I'm out! I am sure the staff is exhausted from the long holiday season so I understand there inattentiveness but it wasn't the caliber of what I have grown to expect from Buc-ees across Texas. read more

So happy to have a Buc-ee's closer to Oklahoma than Austin! So much anticipation for this one and it did not disappoint. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. The food and snack selection is world class and the employees are so friendly. I love stopping by because it's a one stop shop for road trips. I usually fill gas and then head on in to spend $50 on snacks and this is not to say due to the prices! Buc-ee's snack are big in the variety....like any snack you want, they got! Have time to linger? There's plenty of eclectic, unique items in their retail section. One of a kind gifts at reasonable prices. Last but not least, competitive gas prices and you will literally never wait to pump your gas. There's always an open spot! P.S. the only thing about this one is the car wash is very overpriced for what it does. Just a few miles up the road in Corinth is a much better, cheaper one. Take a HUGE deep breath before entering this massive building, then get your eyes ready for the feast that is inside. There is literally everything in this gas station...I kid you not, everything. You want pulled meat sandwich, soda, and baby clothes? Check, check and triple check. You want jerky, check that too. You want gifts for someone, oddly check that too. I'm certain that my hubs and I did more shopping in this "gas station" (err..mega station) then we did for our whole trip to Dallas. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and there was tons of stalls. Once again, I was glad we pulled off here for a pit-stop. I am soooo happy I have a Buc-ee's in my neck of the woods! Of course the famous cleanest bathrooms are always on point, food I'd always hot and great. You can go to Buc-ee's and not need or want anything and STILL walk out with buying something. I love the candy and nuts selection. Their BBQ sandwiches are awesome, sausage on a stick, the cinnamon almonds are addicting. I love that they have old time candy, like the burnt peanuts. Those are usually hard to find! This is a traveller's paradise. I was driving with family and someone suggested Buc-ee's for our next rest stop. I was happily surprised by the enormous variety of food choices, snacks, drinks, clothing, tools, gifts, and just about anything a traveler needs. My sliced brisket sandwich was delicious, I had just seen the meat sliced and it won me over immediately. They have all kinds of hot food and deli choices, jerky and desserts. The bathrooms are impecable, and roomy. Nothing like a regular gas station. Which brings me to the point, they had all kinds of fuel, different grades and types. Came here because all the co workers talked about this place! This place is huge maybe around 100-200 gas tanks! The inside is like a Walmart! Lots to look at! They even have a bbq joint there, which was damn quite good! They have a huge variety of beef jerky's to choose from, a bit pricey. They mascot is a beaver.
