As they've done so,prices have risen and service has fallen. Enter Murphy USA and an expansion out of their usual Wal Mart association to stand alone units. This brand spanking new location has discounted gasoline products plus, most things you need inside. Honest competition is good for everyone. I find it refreshing to have a new kid in town. She raised her voice to me and said i need to come to the station before handle tge money to her. Yes, she is right, but the way she told me was very mean. She would say it better such as would you mind to sanitize your hands please. I would feel better than that. Then i tore the tickets and discard them in front of her eyes. I hope my tickets would not be the winner ones. I took the picture of her and the location to talk to her manager later

The manager wanted to meet to charge me for the cops I explained to him that if he did so I would never come to 7-Eleven again and never spend another penny in the store. He lacked so much customer service sense that he charged me for the cops and lost my business forever. So 7-Eleven basically will not allow enough just a child a copAnd would rather lose a customer didn't give away a one cent cup for free

I had to pay for air to fill up a tire. Which, in itself, is kind of ridiculous. I just moved here,…read moreso maybe I'm not up to speed on how things work here, but this is the first time in my life I've encountered air that wasn't free. I only came over here because the free air at quick trip wasn't working. The machine did not produce enough pressure to air up the tire, it could not even exceed 8psi. It advertised much higher. I went inside and asked for a refund since I did not receive what I paid for. The guy at the counter said he couldn't do that. It was literally just $3. I didn't argue, I just left. Paying for something that's usually free and it subsequently being the lowest quality I've ever witnessed is very on brand for Frisco. I can't wait to move back home.
