Great experience at this location due to I had got the covid vaccine. The pharmacy was very fast and efficient along with very professional. I made my appointment online and the site was very easy to navigate and had lots of choices for dates and times to choose from. Inside the store it was very organized and clean. The cashier was very polite and got me in and out. Definitely would recommend this place for pharmacy and other items for not having to go to a grocery store. read more

Regarding a recent pick up order. I ordered 5 items and picked it up without checking. When I back to home, I found there were only 3 items in the bag. So I called the store just to double check probably they missed something or Items are out of stock. The staff named Jenell called me back, she insisted that she checked it's 5 items and handed them over to me. She said she doesn't know what happened to me, but she checked it for sure. The store manager apologized to bring the inconvenience but the staff Jenell did not. Her words sounds like I did something wrong! This the worst experience about an pick up order ever. And I don't even want to go to the store to get the refund. I hope they have a camera to check what happened. That's ridiculous! How can you have a pharmacy that is closed on Saturday. Limited hours on Sunday. If you need to use a Walgreens as I do. Our insurance dictates we use Walgreens use the on on Preston and Lebanon. Open 24/7 and the staff is friendlier and much more knowledgeable about their trade. read more

Download the Walgreens app to check the status of your prescriptions!! They are SUPER slow at filling things, but it was convenient to periodically check the status of them, so I didn't have to wait there or call them. I also got my flu shot there this year and needed proof of it (oops lost receipt), and I was able to find it using my name, birth date, and other identification factors. I went to the CVS Minute Clinic and they called in 3 prescriptions (amoxicillin, albuterol, and Tessalon). All of these are super common meds, and I was so confused why it was taking so long. Yes, it was on a Saturday, but I waited about 2-3 hours for it to be ready. I was even making jokes to my family that I could count my own pills. Staff was friendly and fast and already had my insurance on file. If you have daily meds and have refills, you are able to request a refill through the app, so you don't even have to walk through the door or call until you pick it up. App is great, but wait times need improvement. Maybe an extra pharmacy tech would help, especially so many people are pre-pharm these days! read more

My son had a Covid-19 test scheduled for this Walgreens. He received an email confirmation and a email reminder. When we arrived, we were made to wait close to five minutes without being greeted. When they finally came to the window, we were told that they were out of testing supplies, that we should not have come because they had called us yesterday. They had not. My son went inside to show the email. They insisted that they had called him. Rechecking the list, they found that his number was not on it. The lady very rudely told him that there was nothing they could do since they did not have the test. Not even an apooogy. I am warning people to not use this Walgreens because of the extreme professionalism of the staff in the pharmacy. read more

This Walgreens is right by my apartment and I was a little frustrated that my normal stop-in place (CVS) wasn't near by. However, this Walgreens has turned around my opinion of the company because their staff is SO helpful. I'm never ignored in here, have had the best experiences with the pharmacy staff (joked and laughed with my little girl while filling our prescription), and even had an employee rush to the front of the store when she saw me wrangling my toddler to open up another register so I didn't have to wait. This store is always clean, well-stocked, and they get the prescriptions and photos done when they say they are going to. They have definitely earned a faithful customer in me, and I am now happy to stop in any Walgreens with my fingers crossed for an experience like the one they provide at this location! read more

Worst customer service and manners ever. I called in to see if my prescription was ready. I waited ten minutes on hold and no one picked up so I gave up. I tried back later. I sat on hold for 4 minutes and a woman picked up saying "I'm slammed with people can you call back later?" No hello, no thank you for calling, now how can I help you. Just an "I'm slammed." Lol Did she think it was someone other than a customer calling? They really need to work on their phone etiquette at this store. read more

Ok we had an ice storm with 2-3 inches of snow. But this Walgreens has been closed for 3 days and my husband couldn't get his diabetes medications scheduled for refill. The roads around here have been clear and ALL businesses have been open for 2 days. Easy decision to take our many prescriptions and transfer to CVS. My review is based solely on the pharmacy. I'm guessing that by the looks of the most recent comments on the pharmacy, they're trying to turn things around. Here is my experience... I had some dental work that left me in some pain. I left the dentist's office at 7 pm and found this Walgreens nearby. I had never visited before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I decided to park and just walk inside. I dropped off my prescription and the lady told me it would be about 15 minutes and that I could walk around and shop and they'd page me when it was ready. I immediately looked at my watch to estimate the time. I looked around the store for a bit and heard my name called 8 minutes later. I was fearful that something was wrong. Nope. My prescription was ready. The pharmacist rang me up and answered questions that I had. She also asked me to fill out an online survey if I found a moment. That says to me that they are trying to turn things around. I'd say if you've been burned by them in the past on wait times, maybe give them another try. My visit was after 7 pm on a weekday, so probably not one of their busiest times, but a prescription in eight minutes was very much appreciated. read more

I took covid vaccine first dose here and was schedule on Nov.13 (second dose) and I came they have a sign that Pharmacy closed then I reschedule by online for Nov 23 @ 7:40 PM (I arrived 7:05PM) and they have a sign said temporary closed. (Even though I have a reminder) I do not know why I go to this bad service location. I do not recommend this location to anyone read more

Took almost an hour just to get a flu shot at 10AM on a Sunday morning, and 99.9% of that time was spent filling out personal info, making corrections due to typos by the pharmacist, and waiting. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. They can't handle checking people out and the heavyset black women that was "acting" like the pharmacist on 2/4 at 6:00 was rude and tried to blame their mistake on me. I had signed up for their express pick up. They let some lady use that line for regular pickup and she had been there for at least 15 minutes. The regular line opened up so I asked the cashier if I could use express pass she said yes just bring it over. Then she proceeded to check me out as if I didn't have express pass. That's when the RUDE pharmacist came over to open up the cash register or something with her magic card. I asked her what's the sense of having express pick up if she has to hand write down the prescription on a piece of paper and then asked for my identification as well as payment which I already made through express pass? She said it was my fault because I was in the wrong line. I said I had been standing in that line for 15 minutes because they allowed someone without express pass to use it. She just decided that the customer (me) was going to be wrong no matter what, even though she was. If I was her boss and saw her treat a customer that way she would be fired be fired on the spot. I'm officially over this Walgreens location. If it's not the pharmacy, it's the photo center, if it's not the cosmetic counter, it's the front cashiers. Overall, customer service here is simply nonexistent. This is not being said after one bad visit...this is consistent. I've lived nearby for a few years now and stop in occasionally, and 9 times out of 10, it's disappointing. Pharmacy can't even be reached by phone..when you go down there, they don't even greet you. I've placed online orders with the pharmacy only to have them not ready yet or simply not received at all. Items ring up the wrong price constantly. If you want to use a coupon, prepare for it to be done wrong then spend too much of your time waiting for them to figure things out. t's seriously just a mess of a store and I'm sure management is the reason. The store manager or at least someone who claimed to be is so unprofessional and barks at his people in front of customers. Honestly after writing this, I'm embarrassed I even go here.
