I have been visiting this location for the past 5 years. They just recently changed management and the new management is wonderful. They keep my favorite items always in stock and are very friendly. I am a customer of this race trac about 5 times a week for the past three years. I have never had a single issue; they are prompt in their customer service, the store is always clean, and the management is great. A crew like the one here definitely deserves some recognition! read more

- Watered down coffee and tea - Overcooked hot dogs and other roller grill items (Fresh food - please!) - Soggy hot dog buns - Dispenser issues with the fountain and frozen drinks - Open packages of product either taped or stapled closed, sitting on the shelves. - Damaged cans and bottles in the coolers - Candy, medicine and energy drinks at the front counter are always dirty - Dirty pump water and squeegees If you pay attention, some of the pastries and other items are out of date but still on the shelf. Other items have multiple price tags, which is clear of redating. Especially when you pull one tag off and find another date underneath. That's not what I want to see when I go to purchase a sandwich. -Condiment bottles not ready for usage - Chili and cheese machine never works - Burnt heat lamp sandwiches and burritos - Dirty floors and counters Unsanitary bathrooms as well - Toilet paper and pee on the floor - Used tampons overflowing in the trash - Dirty sinks and mirrors Most of the time there is no soap in any dispenser. On occasion there has been no toilet paper in either bathroom. Pumps that do not work properly... - Due to dispensing issues or even running your card, no matter what method you use. Even going inside and prepaying has issues. If its not a debit or credit issue happening in the store, it's inorrect prices being rung up. Having to swipe your card more than once at the register when the machine fails to capture your payment and other times it charges you for each swipe made. I've heard some very lame excuses. - "It's AT&T's fault" - "It's the construction's fault" - "It's Verizon's fault" Please, spare me... You're practically ignored when you walk through the door or if you have a concern or complaint. Sometimes you're greeted at the counter, sometimes you're not. On more than one occasion, after a transaction was completed, you'd hear employees discussing the customer who just walked out the door. Talking about them in a very negative manner. The managers are the worst about doing this. I went in to speak to the store manager... (Some tall, skinny bald man.) He put on airs, buttering me up. I knew this kindness to be fake when I heard him speak very derogatively about me as I was leaving. When confronted about what he had just said, he attempted to butter me up once more. This is a store manager?! He then proceeded to throw his employees under the bus. Blaming them for why he was acting this way. I've seen him, multiple times, verbally lashing out at employees and customers. Seriously...this guy's the store manager?! Upon my next visit, he began to act like we were, as he put it, "buddies". No thanks... One customer complained about the quality of the tea. Several employees just walked past him and did not take care of the issue. As for the chilled creamer, if it's not out, they have the wrong flavors dispensing. Most times, you must request hot dog buns because they never have them available. If you're an early morning person, you'll find coffee never at the ready. At other times you will find: - Stale coffee - New coffee being brewed while there is still coffee in the urns Fresh coffee mixed with old coffee...Yum... Regularly, you will have to bring attention to these issues. As well as other issues in this store. Yet when it's a continuing habit, each and every day, you come to realize that they do not care. The tea is weak, and at times, it's in the wrong urns. Even though they are clearly marked. How hard is it to brew sweetened and unsweetened tea? Trash cans inside and outside of the store are always full and overflowing. The parking lot and landscape is never swept and there is always garbage laying about. The complaining employees are the worst part of going inside. Several complain that the store is not busy. When they do get business, they still complain. And at all times, management likes to remind you that it is affecting their bonus checks. The store manager does this the most out of all of them. And the list goes on... - Continuously asking the customer to do "positive" surveys for free items. - Always asking that you purchase more to get a product's "special deal". - "Accidentally" selecting credit for payments on the touch screen when you have to select a yes or no answer for "is this a debit card?" no matter what method is used. BIG RED FLAG - The markup of in store items for "convenience" is ludacris. Especially for the "quality" that is given. There's a grocery store just 1 block away.
