Brisket sandwich, banana pudding cup......omg!!!! It's like an AM/PM Gas Station/convenience store supersized. They make fudge in front of you, make the brisket sandwiches in front of you, you can shop for basically any snack or drink you want.....lots of house decorating Knick knacks, clothing, etc.....so much fun!!! And you can get gas and a car wash too...... read more

Not sure what to expect! An indescribable experience ! Food take out great! No tables? Could have missed them?

Reviewing Buc-ees sliced Brisket. It tastes great. HOWEVER, there's about 39 to 40% Fat in the meat. I won't buy it again. Reviewing the chopped brisket at reviewing the chopped brisket, at Buc-ees. TO MUCH FAT AND TOO MUCH SALT. Won't be buyin that one again either. If all the Buc-ees food is like these it's NOT a good place to eat. PLUS, you have to take the food to your car. They don't provide tables ANYWHERE! read more

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Buc-ee's in Athens, Alabama, that I feel compelled to share. After breaking both my feet in an accident, my husband and I traveled to Alabama for his work. Since I was new to traveling with a disability, my husband placed my wheelchair in the bed of our pickup truck without covering it. When we arrived at Buc-ee's, it started raining heavily. We still had a couple of hours to drive to our hotel, so we decided to fill up the tank and asked an employee for a garbage bag to cover my wheelchair. We were referred from one employee to another until we were finally directed to the manager. The manager made several excuses and insisted on coming with us to the truck to deliver the bag, despite the fact that I was visibly sitting in my wheelchair. We agreed, but in the end, she refused to give us a garbage bag and instead tried to sell us an expensive poncho. By this time, I was in pain and very frustrated, so we decided not to spend any more money there. One would think that after filling up the tank and buying snacks, we would be granted a simple favor like a garbage bag to cover a wheelchair. Unfortunately, it seems that hospitality is not a priority at Buc-ee's in Athens. We went out of our way to avoid getting gas there on our return trip and will continue to do so in the future. Buc-ee's, no matter how large your gas station is or how superior your manager thinks she is, you left a terrible impression of Alabama on visitors from another state. read more

Everything you need under one roof to break a long road trip. Bathroom are superb. Best jerky bar I have ever seen.

getting gas here at buc-ee's is easy peasy, never have to fight over any pumps because, well, there are about 1,000 pumps. buc-ee's is always clean, well-managed, and there's something for everyone. though none of the deli/food items looked too appetizing for me but i do love the prepackaged nuts, spices, condiment, and candy selection. they're in the process of adding a car wash and i'm sure it's going to be solid. i don't think the athens, al location is as large as the one i've been to in texas, but still cool to visit. read more

Great place for gas, bathroom breaks, snacks and doggie walks. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff super friendly, and Bronny loves to stretch his legs and catch some fresh air in the area they have designated for pups. read more

What can I add to a review of this mega store. Controlled chaos, awesome sandwiches, , chips and believe it or not chicken burritos. We make the stop and end up just having lunch from here. Some of the cleanest restrooms , I mean where else can you buy a piece of art work you seen in the restroom lol. read more

Buc-ees is a nice place but a warning to those with a nut allergy. They make a lot of nut products out in the open. Also, their hot food sandwiches may Contain cross contamination with nuts Those with an anaphylaxis reaction to nuts should not order the pre-made hot sandwiches. read more

Very clean restrooms. Lots of variety snacks available. Gas pumps work well. I don't go there for their "stuff."

It's a great place to stop and grab some food for the road. They have a lot of delicious food for a roadside gas station but the huge number of pumps makes it anything but ordinary. Just beware of their fuel prices. Earlier this month regular fuel was twenty cents a gallon higher than other station in the area. It sort of stunned me as previously I found they were very competitive. read more

Awful for the 3rd time. To spend $8.99 on a sandwich for it to be full of fat, gristle, and for it to be cold too, is such a disappointment! For all the talk about this place, what a let down. I have stopped at the one off of I65 in AL twice and once at the one off of I10. The one off of I65 is terrible food. Nice people at check out. Food is awful. Meats are tough and full of gristle! Yes, I am super annoyed I gave them a 3rd stop. read more

Tourist trap. Brisket was awful and it was PACKED. The bathrooms are the only good thing. Don't waste your time, it'll just put you behind and leave a hole in your pocket. read more

There are no squeegee's to clean your windshield at any of the multitude of pumps. When I asked the manager why, he said there are a few on the backside of the building. How would anyone know?‍ I have MS and have dizziness at times. There aren't any chairs at all to rest in. They sell awesome food but no chair/table to eat it at. You need to either stand and eat take your brisket to your car. Not very customer friendly. I really give it 2-1/2 stars. read more

Plan to spend some time just looking around. The Jerky is fantastic, favorite is Teriyaki. The beaver nuggets are highly addictive.

Very clean bathrooms and good options of food if you don't mind delaying where you are going. Tons of people but they are prompt and courteous. To me, this is a one time deal, good to have been to Buc-ee's even if just to say I HAVE BEEN THERE! Cool place to see. read more

Absolutely love Buc-ee's! The staff is always so friendly and the food variety is amazing. Love the home goods section as well.

went there looking for Texas kolaches. only cinnamon rolls sold. well, tried a few different items. Fudge was wonderful. Buccee snacks were nice and crunchy. Pralines were like hardened pecan frosting and Brisket sandwich was dry and hardly any sauce. So,it was an ok experienc, but overpriced. Jerky good, but Ive had better. Ill be returning for Buc cee snacks and fudge and to use their lovely bathroom! I may try a BBQ sandwich, but request a fresh made one. Dont expect authentic Texas BBQ or pastries. The people that worked there are nice and make you feel welcome. read more

Gas pump cutoff after 1 gallon & purchase of a car wash. I had to buy a 2nd car wash to get discounted gas, because they would not restart or make up the 1st car wash in any way. read more

Grossly overpriced. Was not impressed at all. The well known beef sandwiches . Would not make a special trip of 30 miles back.

Food is excellent! But this is not a restaurant! You have to take the food out to eat it. Buc-cees is known for their beef brisket sandwich which decanting! Delicious meat and lots of it. There is an area that I call grab and go that has cut fruit, puddings, salads, snd other fresh food items . All of these items have. Been good, fresh and ripe. read more

The best brisket sandwich ever for the $$. What a cool experience! Even-the hour drive down south was super easy.

Just discovere Buc-ees this year. Clean bathrooms, so many good food options and yummy treats. Easy to get in and out.

We stopped by here twice in one weekend. We were instantly greeted by friendly staff each time we walked through the doors. There is SO much to look at in this store. Stop by with time set aside to truly enjoy everything it has to offer. We tried the brisket sandwiches, chicken fingers, and sweet and spicy jerky. All of it was delicious but WHEW that brisket sandwich was on its own level. I would go back just for that. It was very clean and organized. read more

Awesome place, awesome service, awesome food, I am an ICEE lover and they have many flavors. Always a good stop. Thanks Buc-ee's

This is the craziest largest gas station I have ever seen. Highly amusing, and the banana pudding is pretty good. But seriously, there are grocery carts in this gas station!!? read more

I like to go to this place just for the experience. The sandwiches are great, the drinks are fun, they are fast and friendly.

Been to three different Buc-ee's locations. The one in Crossville, TN, Calhoun, GA, and Athens, AL. All of them quite large and very busy. They have good gas prices and everything you need for a road trip. They have plenty of junk food and snacks galore! They also have a gift shop with t-shirts, swimsuits, sunglasses, home decor, grills, coolers, etc... The restrooms are very clean and have large private stalls. Prepare to spend money and look around for an hour or so. read more

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms with attendants that were cleaning the bathrooms as well and well organized store with lots of options.

The place was crazy. Don't know that I would stop again way to busy. To wait a 1/2 hour for a gas stop is not worth the wait in my opinion.

Everything!! My family and friends were in Nashville for a few days so we rented a car for a day and drove for an hour and a half to the Crossville location. This was the second visit for three of us and the first for the rest. Everyone was in heaven with the shopping, food, and the clean bathrooms. We all loved the atmosphere and got our picture taken with Buc ee. We would love to see Buc ee come to the upper Midwest some day. read more

Buccees is not a truck stop and they will have you towed while you shop as well as deny your purchase and kick you out if you have a truck

My daughter's first visit to Buc-ees, and we will be back soon! Everything was so clean, and the service was incredible!

I am.very disappointed in Buc-ees, I tried to call to see what exit they were off of I-65 and all I got was a message that said to leave a comment on their website. Not at all helpful! read more

WOW what a great place! Great new location. Plenty of gas pumps, doggy park, groceries, fresh food, souvenirs, this place has it all. Super clean restrooms. Delicious sandwiches, my favorite is the smoked turkey, OMG so good! Can't wait for the car wash to be running. I'm from up North where Kwik Trip reigns supreme, but down South Buc ees is the best hands down. read more

I have been waiting a long time to go to Buc-ees. My brother told me last week about this one in our area. I finally made it there Friday. It was not as big as I thought it would be. Although I was still impressed. I got the pulled pork sandwich. It was one of the best I've had in a while. I brought 2 Italian hoagies home. The costumer service was outstanding. Everyone was kind and helpful. I figured since I heard they had everything they would have Buc-ees souvenir spoons. When I asked one of the employees. I was shocked they didn't. Overall I was finally happy we got a Buc-ees in our area. I will be going back in the near future and many times after. read more
