The hot food section had so many tasty options available that I honestly couldn't decide what to get. Everything looked fresh, hot, and delicious. No matter what you're craving, they probably have it. The store itself was super clean, well organized, and surprisingly efficient considering how busy it gets. The staff kept everything moving smoothly, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. If you've never been to Buc-ee's, you need to stop at least once. Miah then insisted on stressing "store policy" and that she could lose her job for making an exception. But isn't store policy to satisfy your customers and provide them with an experience that makes them want to return. That's hard to believe that taking care of a customer over a clearly defective $20 item would be a fireable offense. Come on guys, where is the use of basic common sense. The most disappointing is that I've been a loyal Buc-ee's customer. Every year before visiting family overseas, we spend $100's of dollars on Buc-ee's merchandise, snacks, and gifts to take with us.
