I have never had a bad experience with Buc-ee's in all the years we've been going there until this. First there are no Coke products in the store, no fountain or bottles/cans and no diet substitutes for Diet Coke. Picked up tater tots and they were cold, sausage egg biscuit had no egg. People cleaning and restocking were unkind which is weird since I'd never had an unkind experience. Do better in Amarillo Buc-ee's read more

They got big clean bathrooms and they sell condoms yuh yuh yuh yahooooo 8============================D

Fun experience, always a safe feeling gas station and or travel stop. Love the hot and ready food and outstanding kindness. 11/10

the morning of June 7th, I was visiting the buccees in Amarillo Texas, I went in to use the restroom and to get a iced coffee, I used a white foam cup to put condements in. the coffee attendant asked me what I was gonna put inside the cup and I said iced coffee and she said I had to use a black cup. I've been declined to get the black cup instead I went to get a can of ice coffee. the coffee attendant then told her manager Sarah that I got iced coffee in a white cup. sarah decided to harass me and follow me up to the register and proceeded to charge me for a ice coffee and a can of coffee, but I only got a ice coffee. I asked her to go look at the film to prove I didn't have any iced coffee in the cup.after her reviewing the video and came back with the assistant manager Lena and they tried to explain to me why I was charged for everything I asked for the number, general managers name, and the coffee attendants name. Lena and Sarah refused to give me the names or the number to the store. lena then proceeded to harass me acost me out of the store in front of at least 70 other patrions with no justification they deliberately excalated the situation and intentionally tried to embarrass me over a iced coffee I feel like because I was black that they felt like it was okay to treat me unfairly. read more

My husband and family love Buc-ee's. I have a meat allergy, so it is a little more challenging to find a warm meal option when we stop. A great big shoutout to the Amarillo team for having a cheese and egg biscuit assembled without the sausage patty, and it was delicious! We also learned that they do provide a veggie taco option at lunch. We look forward to stopping for lunch on our way back! read more

I used to love going every morning and getting a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, because of the taste of quality fresh ingredients. I guess the rising cost of products finally caught up with buccees also, because between what is basically bacon flavored paper, and the premade egg patties, this is now a breakfast sandwich from any shitty gas station. The Brisket sandwich is fantastic . It was packed due to holiday travel. They had numerous cashiers, didn't have to wait.

What an experience. They have everything. No comparison to the other chain travel stops. From now on, we will choose Buc-ee's over the other chains. We just got snacks and drinks. The restrooms - Awesome. read more

All I can say is WOW!!! I am from California (yah I know YUK!!), anyway, while traveling to visit family Buc-ees is a must stop! So glad they built this amazing, convenient location. We were blown away by this place! Driving cross country via I40 and hapoened to see the Buc-ees signs as we approached Amarillo TX. Heard about this company but never had visited. The sandwiches were hot, plenty of options and my personal favorite was the chopped brisket while my wifes was the carolina sliced. Another nice touch was the sidesof sauce, chopped onions . We liked it so much that we went back in and picked up sandwiches for dinner too. And yes, the bathrooms were spotless and there must be 70 gas pumps so never a line. We also liked the back parking lot where dogs could be walked and poop bags were available. As we continued our journey we stopped at the Springfield MO Buc-ees as well. Just blown away at the business and so want them to open up a New Hampshire location on rt 95. read more

The staff greeted us when we walked in! They have so many amazing things to look at! It was its own experience. Bathrooms were clean as well read more

Places is huge good prices on gas be warned. You'll spend a lot on souvenirs and food pretty expensive.

Stopped here for a few hours in an rv to catch some sleep trying to get my mom home from the hospital. Freaking woke us up and made us leave. There goes my business, you won't get anymore money from me. read more

I hate Buc-ee's. It was my first time to visit. Buc-ee's has 128 pumps but only 8 squeegees to wash the dead bugs off your windshield. And the squeegees are hidden 50 -100 - 200 ft away in the grass behind a row of parked cars, far away from the gas pumps. I suggested to the manager lady that they have squeegees at the pumps like most gas stations. She just kept repeating "if you have a comment or suggestion, go on Bucees.com". I asked her if she could pass on my suggestion. She just kept repeating the same thing. And when I told her the one squeegee was extremely hard to find, she kept repeating; "Use your eyes" ... "Use your eyes" ... "Use your eyes". She was incredibly rude. I tried calling store. They never ever answer the phone. It just has a recording that repeats over and over to go on the website. It's weird that it's impossible to call a Buc-ee's store. Try calling it: +1 (979) 238-6390 Screw Buc-eees. Never again. read more

Cost $$ Just a had to stop at at least ONE during a 1900 mile drive hitting Route 66 spots. Food was good . We had Buc-ees BBQ sandwiches. My three meat was excellent! Servers were friendly . Prices were a LITTLE high but above "normal" gas station quality by far .... I do recommend ! read more

Purchased gas and food. Salad had multiple black rotten pieces in it. Two different managers (Kolin & Latoya) said they were only authorized to exchange the salad with a like salad. No refunds and no other food substitution even though I asked about that as an option, which they said they were not authorized to do, per their policy. We found that most of the salads in the case were also bad. Went to food case with the manager to show her that most all of the other salads in the refrigerated case were also bad and we did not want to chance getting sick from a rotten salad. They did not offer any other option other than to exchange my rotten salad for another rotten salad and my only remedy would be to complain at their website, also a joke. Neither of them offered to go look in the back for a fresh salad. This is not about the $6.99 salad. It is about the principle in this situation, regarding basic customer service and the fundamental rules of basic personal and business conduct based on policies and training, and a manager's discretion and common sense to be able to recognize a failure on the part of the business, and not having the ability or empowerment to make a decision that is good for the business and the customer. I have contacted BUC-EE'S via their "contact us" location on their website on 3 different dates, 12-14, 12-22, and 12-27, and have not received a response. It may be because once you submit the form, it says to check your email for a message to confirm your email address, but nothing ever shows up in my inbox or spam. Based on many other bad reviews I have read, I'm guessing that is by design as it appears BUC-EE'S has a poor reputation for resolving food quality issues and their stated policy on their website does say they only do exchanges, no refunds on food items. But in this situation, it makes no sense to lose a customer over something that could have been easily corrected on the spot after speaking with 2 different managers. read more

Buckees locations have always been top notch, but this time they had a problem. While we were checking out i asked if it was permissible to catch some rest in the back of the lot before continuing on. "Absolutely, no problem, you're good". 3 hours later we're being told to vacate immediately by the night shift. Apparently it is company policy not to allow any extended parking time, and we have no issue with that. But, they need to get their shift training all on the same page. While all the employees were pleasant and cordial, getting booted out in your sleep was not a pleasant experience. I made thes comments to the company through their web page and so far have had no response. I this point, have to think that they are only interested in the money. read more

Always stop at buc-ees when traveling. Just spent $175 on fuel and food. Went to take a quick nap before leaving and someone beats on door, "get moving, no sleepers". Fucking 60yo and felt like a bum. Never been run out of truck stop etc. Will never spend 1 penny at any buc-ees ever. I know they don't give a crap. They sell food but you have to eat in your car. Not that friendly when you really think about it in comparison to every other travel stop read more

Gas station is huge easy to pull in and out of if you have a motorhome, travel, trailer, truck and boat any of that however do not bring your dog inside- (and before you think, I'm a snobby entitled a hole I rescued her and she has mad anxiety so I take her everywhere) So I brought my little 4 pound emotional support animal inside this humongous store which is a very nice store lots of options ! As I was shopping -four staff members saw my dog three of them complimented me on how cute she was and then a fifth staff member followed me around until I had my hands full of items and told me that I wasn't allowed to have the dog in the store so I was a little frustrated as I always make it a point to run into a staff member at the beginning of my shopping experience that way if I can't have the dog in the store, I leave it with my son in the car so I think if this is a rule, every staff member should follow it. Super nice store super nice gas station has really amazing sandwiches food those candy pecans that you get at fairs which unfortunately I couldn't buy but the one thing it does not have is electrical tape and wire nuts I needed to fix the lighting harness on my trailer and was looking for those items and that's something they don't carry. I know they're odd items but that's what I was looking for Anyhow hope this helps somebody I guess with their dogs at least. read more

Busy, busy, busy. Food was good, but I do have to give it only four stars. Rice was undercooked on the burrito we got.

I'd give no stars just based on the customer service I received. I needed to exchange a shirt I had gotten a few days earlier. I was rung up for all the other things i was buying but was informed the cashier needed a manager and it would be a different transaction for the refund. Ok, training moment. The refund was completed, I was given back all 3 receipts, walking out I noticed that the refund was given back in CASH, not the card I had used. I walked back into the store to the cashier, who told me that I was confused, and the refund would go back on my card. I mentioned the receipt had nothing about my credit card info and said "cash". She told me again that i was confused and it will go back on the card I used. I know better but I gave it a few days to see if the refund was in my account. Of course it wasn't... i called the number on the receipt, go to the website. I've put in 2 complaints about being owed money..... no reply or response. It's been almost a month; I will not be back to Bucees. I'm confused and concerned how many other people they have done this to. Someone owes me money and no I will not be going back to Bucees Amarillo. I am not confused on that. read more
