If i could give 0 stars I would. They are lazy and neglect the dogs. Maybe not all of them are bad but unfortunately our normal groomer who was great left and we were stuck trying someone new who apparently was 'Good." She was terrible and we will no never go back. Knowing what i know now i wouldnt let them wash my laundry much less take care of our pets. Our dog had an appointment, we didnt walk in. 3.5 hours later we got a call saying he had some mats they couldnt work with and we could pick him up or shave it. So I thought to myself thats odd, what has my dog been doing all day long? She said because he had longer hair and would take a long time to work on she put all the others ahead of him so he had been locked up all day. Our poor guy had been stuck in a small metal crate for 4 hours in a small area with dogs barking and was noticeably upset when I picked him up. When i arrived and asked about it i made it clear i wasnt happy and let the manager know what happened. All i got back was a bunch of excuses & attitude from the person at the front desk. Terrible business DO NOT USE THEM if you value your pets well being. read more

Wonderful service... Pup always looks cute when I pick him up!

So glad I found this place when I did several years ago! Had some real bad experiences with other Pet groomers in the area. Our poor Coco would come home very scared and nervous! Since Coco started going to Ann, she has helped Coco relax and not be scared of the grooming process!! Ann's the best!!! Thank you!!!! So thankful to Bubbles and bones and their friendly and helpful staff!! Thank you Patty and Mike And Coco read more

terrible. last time our cocker came out shaved completely with big feet.....she was unrecognizeable - she is old but has always been groomed with no problem until whoever they have grooming now butchered her our cavalier came back bathed but that was about it. couldn't even tell she had been groomed. took her back not for a redo but anothr appt 6 wks latr and told them this time please groom her and they said we asked just for a light trim last time. wrong. then they said she was now matted so all they could do was a summr cut. no way they were going to butchr another of our dogs. so picked her up. brushed her and surprise - no mats were found. intended to take hr back but after i could find only 1 mat i decided the groomer was a liar. these dogs have been groomed their whole life and they aren't young. don't know if they have changed groomers or the one they have is just incompetent. this is a lazy groomer that needs another kind of job. read more

Steer Clear from this place. First off the Owner Aletha is extremely rude Did not honor the price that she had online. When calling her out on it she basically said it is what is and did not do anything to compensate for her false advertising. Just a tip how about you specify your prices on your website and actually give in detail what they are for. Instead of just giving a range of prices and then lying stating that you gave a quota over the phone when you clearly did not. On another note how is the Customer supposed know that you charge based on the kind of coat they have and the length of it? Which I think is ridiculous, who does that? You need to specify that on your website. Also, You don't need to have a business if you don't understand how customer service works. Pretty sure its key to running a sucessful business. In Addition she claimed my dogs were biting the groomers. Mind you my dogs never bite anyone in less you are harming them. Later to find out my dog was cut skin deep and was bleeding on his arm. That would probably be the reason he bit you if anything its called Defense. All in all I will not be coming back and will be telling everyone I know to beware of you guys. May God help you read more

Sent my two Yorkies to Bubbles and bones for grooming on Saturday and they are both covered in cuts and were both shaved raw. They put a bandana on both dogs and they were tied so tight I am surprised my dogs could breathe.. never again!!!! Butchers! read more

The team here is amazing. we finally found these guys after jumping from Groomer to Groomer because we just couldnt find the right place for our dogs. We've been with these guys for a few months now and they are absolutely amazing. Our dogs enjoy it there and this is the best our dogs have looked since we moved here to Texas three years ago. HUGE thanks to you guys. we've never seen a facility as tech-savy as yours and you really are a great group of people. thanks for keeping our dogs looking great! read more

We've been taking our two dogs here for several years. They always come home looking and smelling great!

My Boston could always tell when I was about to take her there. It was fine the 1st year but got progressively worse. She hated this place but I kept taking her. The last time I took her there she was terrified! I get a call within 20 minutes telling me they are taking her to the vet because she had a seisure. I'm not blaming them but if I had a redo I should have listened to my instincts and her fear. She died later that night. If you're in doubt observe your pets behavior especially if they are nervous about loud noise and had bad experiences there before. read more

I wish I had better things to say about our experience with Bubbles N Bones. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional, but my miniature schanzuer's cut was so atrocious I couldn't bare myself to take her there again. read more

We've been going to bubbles n bones for 5+ years. Louie and shelby love ann! We love it and will continue to go!

This place always does an amazing job! Super friendly staff and they were able to get Charlie, Pomeranian, in super short notice. He looks beautiful and I've even had strangers comment on how cute his cut looks! Jenelle is one of the groomers and she always does an amazing job and is great with all dogs. He comes back with this silky gorgeous coat and i know he loves her too! I know he is in great hands when I drop him off. Will be back read more

I cut them some slack at first but now the consecutive mess ups are out of hand. They will butcher your pet, cut them to the skin til its red and charge you full price for a half ass job. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else. read more

I dropped off my dog today after talking to a Manager and making an appointment on Saturday. He really needed a bath and cut so I waited today to take him while waiting on irrigation repairs at my home. I dropped off my dog and spoke with both of the Groomers that were present. I asked for the more experienced groomer to do his cut since I had prior bad experiences with other Groomers. Both of the ladies agreed and I showed them pictures of the standard Teddy Bear cut I wanted for my dog. They AGREED. I live 3 miles away and left my baby in good hands (or so I thought). An hour later I get a call from management stated that no one wanted to cut my dog's coat because of my prior experience with another salon. This is B.S.!!! Why didn't anyone say this at the time I dropped him off. This is not the way to manage a business. If you make a pet owner complete the paperwork (which I did), inquire about the cut the owner wants, accept the pet, etc. then you should perform the service. Don't waste consumer's time an hour later. I will NEVER do business with this salon again!!! DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE FOR SERVICES....... read more

Absolutely horrific customer service, and sub par grooming... Not sure what the point of an "appointment" is with this place, as I was told that my dog was not ready by the promised time as "some walkins came and needed their dog done quickly". My complaint fell of deaf ears, and after dropping my dog off at 8:30am (appointment time) I finally received a call at 5:45 pm saying he was ready. When I arrived to pick him up, the groomer explained that my dog was "being difficult" and she was only able to trim his legs and not body or face. I have been having my dog groomed for 3 years at other establishments and have never heard that he was "difficult". I expected her to give me a discount after the mishap in scheduling and their inability to perform a full cut, but was told that I still needed to pay the $55 full price. Never going back and hope that this review informs others of the hassles they will run into when doing business with this establishment. read more
