I was surprised by the price of the small shaved ice ($6.19), so I decided to give it try. It turned out to be not the authentic Taiwanese shaved ice because the texture was more smooth. We ordered a honey lime flavor, and you can substitute the topping to other popping bobas. I switched mine to tapioca. The food was decent, but the serving caused so much trouble and mess since the ice was tall compared to the size of the container. A lot of the shaved ice fell out as we were scooping on it. You also don't get to eat it with the topping until you finish the top portion of the shaved ice. Another thing we ordered was wheel cakes. They have always been one of my childhood favorites, and I think they served as pretty good carving snacks! The custard tasted a little burnt to me, but my partner liked it. The food was hot and came out really quick, and the service was nice. Overall, I like the food! You can also collect stamps with them for a free drink in the future! read more

This little bubble tea place is located inside of pan-asia and honestly the placement is genius. I like to go to this location while I am doing my grocery shopping because I can just drink my drink while I walk around. Of course the bubble tea there is awesome as is their boba. I would recommend this place for bubble tea beginners because their menu is easy to choose from and there isn't a crazy amount of options! Their slushes, teas, and milk teas are all awesome! (Also their little cups are adorable!) read more

I love coming to Bubblecup Tea Zone since it's so close to my house. The tea and milk tea are decent and you can always adjust the sweetness level. However the last 3 times I stopped by, at different times of the day, they were out of boba. It is kind of disappointing. Hopefully next time I'll catch them when they're not out of boba... read more

Hopped here after finding out about this place. It's small, a little homey which sparks off good vibes so far. Decent amount of seating, it's like any other bubble tea place. Like I said, small. It's located in an asian supermarket after all, not separately. Bubble tea was decent, only average in my opinion. The little design on the lid was printed off, threw me off. The toppings were nice to snack on but the texture of the actual tea also horribly threw me off. I never tried their shave ice though, I should do that when I come back. That doesn't ruin my entire experience though, so I shouldn't continue to weep. I do hope to come back to this place and give it a better review. I know this place can improve! read more

I went to Bubblecup Tea Zone today with a friend. There were different flavors, teas, slushes, and toppings to pick from that it took time for us to decide what we wanted. We ended up ordering a classic milk tea and lychee tea. With the lychee tea, my friend liked that it's customizable to the sweetness level and amount of boba she wanted. As for the classic milk tea, I loved that it was non-dairy! It satisfied my taste and the sugar level was exactly what I needed to feel energized. The employees were nice and friendly. One of them was informative and knowledgeable of the ingredients in each drink. There were two employees working behind the counter, so expect there to be a wait time if you go during a busy time. We waited for approximately eight minutes before getting our drinks. They were such uplifting drinks to have while we were browsing through all of the aisles of the Pan Asia supermarket. We both enjoyed our drinks, and were glad of the addition of Bubblecup Tea Zone to the supermarket. Boba drinks do make our shopping experiences more fun! read more

Finally a boba place out in the burbs! Accidentally stumbled across this place before they opened for business and decided to stop by for their soft opening today! They are conveniently located inside Pan Asia, so you can do all your Asian grocery shopping here and treat yourself to some boba after. I opted for Thai milk tea cause I'm basic but hey a classic is a classic. Sadly their boba wasn't ready at the time, and I couldn't wait for it due to time constraints. Regardless, the drink itself was pretty good! They didn't have separate ice or sugar options, so I just asked for less ice and less sugar. The drink was good, but it was a bit too sweet for me. Will I get it again? Sure. But I'd like to try something different and with boba next time! I also saw that they have different desserts other than boba, so I'm excited to try those too. read more

I love this place! Sometimes they do get busy but they get the drinks in and out pretty easily! There's also a way to get some thing yummy and tasty before shopping for whatever that you need for dinner or your meals. The kids and I enjoy it I personally love the coffee jelly and the Thai slush. If you are not sure of what you want if you know kind of the base of what you want they're also really good with coming up with some thing that you will definitely enjoy! Would recommend to go in and try it. They also have a Loyalty punchcard which makes it fun so after so much time of going you can get a free drink. read more

I recently had their Thai tea with boba and enjoyed it. I like my drinks sweet and this one didn't disappoint. The employee who answered my questions seemed to know what they were talking about and they were so helpful and also efficient at making the drinks. There were a few people ahead of me, but I got my boba in no time. To be honest, I wouldn't go out of my way just to get a drink since Pan-Asia is 25 minutes from my house, but I'm super excited it's there so I can treat myself whenever I do make it out to Pan-Asia! read more

At first I couldn't find this place, then looked at Yelp and saw it was inside PanAsian Supermarket. It has a super cute storefront inside the market. The lady at the counter was nice but not overly friendly. I ordered an Original Milk Tea. I found out their teas don't come with boba, you have to add it and it costs extra. I didn't add. The milk tea was ok. but not something I would make a trip out specifically for. read more

The taste of mike tea is good, I almost buy them once a week, but could you at least wipe the milk tea cup when you hand it over to me? Every time I bought the milk tea and the outside of the cup is almost stained with milk tea then makes my hands sticky. It's really unbearable. read more

Very solid new bubble tea place located inside pan Asia super market. Have ordered like 6 drinks here now. Overall most of them have been good, we usually order 50 percent sweetness on most drinks and they are still decently sweet. Definitely would recommend not coming during a prime time hour or weekends, they get slammed with orders and seem to have a lot of new hires so it's a pretty long wait. Other than that, hope they figure things out and hash through the production process read more

Good bubble tea, friendly workers. It was pretty busy when I went on a Sunday evening, and I was surprised to see how quickly they got out an order for an entire family who ordered behind me-- but it wasn't for another 10 minutes until my own order made its way out. The total wait time was more than 15 minutes, which may or may not be reasonable. I think they were just understaffed at the time for how busy they were. Great that it's inside the Pan-Asia so you can grab some bubble tea when you run your errands. read more

Decent experience. The boba tea I ordered was not the best I've had, but it was still enjoyable. The tapioca pearls were cooked properly and had a good texture. The milk tea flavors were also decent and sweet, with a few unique options to choose from. The service was satisfactory. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere of the shop was also nice, with a modern and inviting design right inside of the grocery store. It's not the best I've had and wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but it's worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Every time I'm here they are out of boba and tell me it will be a 20 minute wait to make more. No matter what time of day it is or how busy they are. I've been in there when they are super busy and when there was almost no one in the store and no boba. They are also extremely slow. Just go to St. Louis Bubble Tea instead. read more

Ouuuu I've been going here for a while actually and it's sooo good. It's inside of an asian grocery store called Pan-Asia. Great place to go as your dad's getting groceries and you're a tubby middle schooler. The ice cream inside the drink is . The brown sugar tea is good but definitely for people with a sweet tooth. Awesomeness bubble tea. Clean. Fast and friendly service. Located inside a Asian supermarket.

Service personnel were unsanitary. Witnessed hair unrestrained and personnel running hand thru hair as well as scratching head. Also witnessed 2 staff members scratching a band aid on the back on one's neck. No gloves, no washing hands. Didn't drink my order. read more

The best Boba place in town! I was visiting from San Francisco and really craving for boba (need that boba fix haha). BTZ was the first option I see on my google search. I wasn't expecting much from it because nothing can compare from Asia. I ordered Jasmine milk tea with 30%sugar and light ice. It totally threw me off guard. Surprisingly good, just like the one I always would get in San Francisco or even better. Apparently, all the ingredients are imported from Taiwan, the boba origin! If I am ever visiting my friends, I would definitely go again. - From a true boba connoisseur :D read more

My girlfriend and I are on the hunt! (Still) for the best bubble tea place in the STL area. Today we decided to try out Bubblecup tea zone! Right off the start there was a very wide variety of options on the menu, and the service was very quick and the employees were very nice! In addition to this they also have a punch card to get one free drink for every 10 teas you buy! As for the actual drinks I got a peach milk tea with regular boba and my girlfriend got the passion fruit fruit tea with regular boba. Personally both of these drinks exceeded my expectations and even though they didn't have anything out of the ordinary that made them stick out these teas were classic and delicious which ended up with us giving them a rating of 5 stars! read more

Yay!! So excited to have good bubble tea in our neighborhood! Very convenient that the kiosk is located right next to the restaurant inside Pan-Asia Supermarket. There are a few bistro tables to sit and enjoy your drink, but it's convenient to walk up and take your order to go. The service was friendly and speedy even during a lunch rush while they're still relatively new! The product is delicious and there's a wide variety of popular flavors as well as unique and seasonal offerings. We're excited to keep coming back! read more

Helpful tip, Bubblecup Tea Zone is located INSIDE the Pan-Asia market! Drove around for a while and couldn't find it, finally went inside and there was. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the store front of the supermarket. As for the restaurant, service was quick and friendly, tea was delicious. I got the peach tea, and it was exactly as I was hoping it would taste, delicious flavor, not too sweet. A bit pricey, but would definitely love to try all of the many items on the menu!! read more
