We hired Jermery to move a hot tub for us Because he came recommended. But we noticed once when he pulled up the hot tub was bowed from where he had it strapped so much that it messed up the screen from all the pressure. Would not recommend him to anyone! read more

I had offers of "my husband and son can move it on their pick up"...etc. But I knew it was a much more involved job than that and I didn't want any mishaps taking place. Enter the Bubble Factory Guys :) (found them on craigslist-didn't have any personal recommendations for them) Brothers, Jeremie and Gene Kirkland could not have pleased this picky person more. They have ALL the correct equipment and skill and allieveiated any of my reservations of having strangers move this beast out of my patio (see pics) and on to the new owner. They disconnected it, drove it across town, and set it up smoothly and without a hitch. They were respectful of my space and tended garden. They were smart, strong, clean, knowledgable, respectful, and nice :) and reasonably priced to boot. They also sell spas, and I would reccommend them to anyone looking to buy or move one. We purchased brand new 8 person spa from Costco that was delivered to our drive way. We contacted the Bubble factory to have hot tub moved from our drive way to our back yard slab. The two of them showed up on time with the necessary moving equipment. They were efficient, quick, precise, and totally professional. I would use them again for certain!! Arrived on time on the scheduled day and unpacked and moved the spa within about 15-20 minutes. They even cleaned up all the packaging debris. I bought a hot tub from Bubble Factory Spas. Initially I was told that by the owner that the tubs are practically refurbished. I was provided a 90 day warranty and what I thought was a really good deal. I was satisfied with the tub for several months and have recently has issues with the pump. I told the owner about it and because the tub was past warranty I had to pay $99 an hour plus the cost of parts to fix it. I agreed and we scheduled a time for maintenance. There were no set times for our appointment just, "I'll be there sometime in the afternoon." He showed up and took pictures of the pump. He said he would come back another day to install it. On the date scheduled he failed to call or show. When I called him he didn't answer. I sent a text and he replied that he was not going to be able to make it. I called a few days later asking when he would arrive to fix the tub. He gave me another date. When he arrived he discovered that the pump he bought was the wrong one. This man is supposed to be an expert on hot tubs and owns a business that deals in hot tubs, but couldn't tell which pump to buy... He then installs the correct pump, fils the tub up with water, leaves it unplugged and leaves me instructions that he will come back the next day to finish the job. This was during an ice storm where temperatures were below 30 degrees... I have been asking for two months for a pay off amount and he keeps telling me that he will give me one. Meanwhile I am paying him interest. My hot tub is still broken and sitting in the cold waiting for a return phone call or text. I paid him $100 which according to him his bank never received. My bank shows the check cleared. Don't do business with this man. read more
