Then after work one day he brought me with so we were able to get more details and I was able to tell the sales associate all the details I specifically wanted in the pool (since I was ultimately the one making the decisions) for a more accurate quote. She said she would look for the guy we talked to, about 15-20 mins later we walk inside after waiting and see her sitting with her feet up at her desk talking with workers and scrolling on her phone. We say whats going on. "Oh he left". Great well can you or someone else help us? She refuse to. Her excuse was she couldn't give us a quote, he already gave us one. How does this make any sense. We are looking for different features now. Sit down and give us a quote. Do your job. Talk to us? Help us? Something? Not only that she looked us dead in the face after we already spoke to her and said "wait so WHY ARE YOU HERE!?" SOOOO rude. Her tone with us and attitude was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We immediately left and decided to take our business elsewhere that night we called a different company after hours they answered and literally showed up to our house at 8pm and made a deal with us.
