This company scammed my family out of over $200 by allowing another customer to use our credit card to purchase supplies for their hot tub. When we sold our home, they gave the new home owner access to our account and all of our financial information. We saw a credit card charge show up and when we inquired about it, we were told that it was procedure to change the name on the account and leave all financial and private customer information on the account. For over a month now, I've fought with them for a refund and the credit card company is even having trouble. It's been a nightmare to deal with and maybe a bad review will wake them up. have had a Hot Springs Spas for several years and pleased with product. But recently had an issue requiring service and it was incredibly poor. On two occasions, a date was set to come and repair but no one showed up despite me waiting all day each time. Earlier this year we made the decision to purchase a spa. After visiting and calling others we decided on a hot springs unit. The employees were very helpful in the decision making and the setup worked out as described. We did have a little hiccup in the hookup process but the company came out and assisted and we were up and running. Update: The owner reached out and discussed each of these issues. The standards he holds his company to were lacking, he agreed, but he also explained how things were supposed to be. Our sales rep made statements during the purchase process that she did not fulfill, hence why we felt "dropped" afterward. Once delivery was made, we were not shown how to properly use the chemicals to balance the water, as was promised. The sales rep had swapped out chemical packs for itemized chemicals when they were out of stock, without telling us, so I had to go there two separate times with two different checks just to get it paid for. She also did not order the spa lift we chose, and then when she did order it months later, we were not told. Delivery was scheduled, and then changed, without any notification. Then we were charged full price plus an install fee for it, when it wasn't our fault it was left off of the original purchase order. These may seem like small oversights, but when you invest this much, you expect follow-through. The obvious care and pride of ownership Dennis shows makes a difference and he said he will work with each of his staff members to ensure this hopefully won't happen to anyone else. He gave us the original discount on the spa lift, and waived the delivery fee. Changed rating to 3 stars, with it all, it was a good experience, but not above average, only due to the lack of follow-through after purchase. Original 1 star review: Beware. The reason you see so many positive reviews is because they ask you to make them during the payment and contract signing, and then once they have your money, they'll drop you. They will give you a great showroom experience, and then as soon as you sign the contract and pay, your assigned customer service rep, who is supposed to be available any time to answer questions and claims to be there when the install happens, totally ghosts you and doesn't show up. Then within the first few months of use, if you call with any questions, they will only help you if you sign up for their white glove service ($$!). If you just want a deep clean and haven't signed up for the service, it'll cost you big time. Then if you mentioned an accessory, like steps, during the purchase process, but didn't order it yet, they'll order it for you behind your back without consent. Then if you bite the bullet and just go along with it, they'll schedule appointments without telling you. When they come to install anything after the main spa install, they'll charge you service fees without telling you. If we would've known all of this nickel and diming would happen, we would have shopped elsewhere. read more

My wife and I had always dreamed of owning a hot tub, but never made it a priority. After moving to Lebanon, TN we constantly passed Hot Spring Spa of Music City on 109 and joked about "maybe someday." Well, "maybe someday" finally happened. I stopped in on a lazy day and met Adrienne. She showed us around and invited us back with the whole family to try out a spa and see what we liked. We took her up on the offer and came back - suits and towels in hand - and tried out their premium spa offering. Very, very impressed but that spa wasn't right for our smaller frames -- so Adrienne had us exit and jump into another spa, which ended up just right. That's the spa we ended up purchasing. And let me tell you - it has been the best "luxury" purchase we have ever made. We use that spa just about nightly and it has improved our relaxation, our communication and my blood pressure! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of our Prism spa and strongly encourage anyone considering a spa to stop in and have a look. We wish we wouldve selected Hot Springs years ago... this whole process with Hot Springs Lebanon was simple from start to finish. We jumped through no hoops, they're not pushy or rude (like most folks these days). The sales staff, the owner, Dennis, his service department, fantastic people, to say the least. Dont waste your money, go see Hot Springs on Hwy 109. Save yourself time, money, stress, and migraine headaches... ask for Megan or Anne, and you will be taken care of. I walked in, cut a check, got my receipt, walked out. EASY PEEZY lemon squeezy... The plumbing hoses, the spray foam insulation, the pumps, the motherboard control unit, top notch, high quality materials and parts went into building this spa, and you can tell. I researched hot tubs up and down, reviews, consumer reports and ratings, and felt confident in spending this kind of money on Hot Springs product. Because Hot Springs Spas uses industry leading parts in their spas and dont cut corners. We had a healthy budget, and wanted to buy the best, and we did. Megan, our super awesome salesperson, helped us select the Flash Model. She was with us every step of the way, and still is. She knows these spas better than anyone I've met. (And I know a ton of spa professionals). But more importantly, she specializes in sales and service before during and after the sale, which is extremely rare nowadays. Glad she was our spa guide, she helped us when we were lost and had no idea what we wanted... The cradle cover is so easy to use, you can open and close the spa with one hand, even if you're a baby back bi- ... umm.. even if you're a small, weak human... The lights inside and out of the spa and under the water are magnificent.. the water fall is fully adjustable, from a small trickle, to shooting across the spa! The foot spa is incredibly therapeutic after a hard day's work. The control panel is easy and simple to use, and it's not a touch screen, like our last one, which we hated.... The hot tub cover is engraved with "Hot Springs"- so classy... the outside cabinetry paneling is solid and strong, because it's not cardboard like all other spas on the market, it's made of wood... go figure? Our professional electrician needed help hooking up the spa, he made a phone call to Dennis. 2 mins later, he no longer needed help, and didnt have to wait on hold for 3 hours, like some other spa dealers make you do when you call. And that's if someone even answers... Complaints- tried to find some, and couldn't. So I picked this spa apart trying to find something to complain about.... the control panel doesnt have a clock on it. There you go. My only complaint. Lucky for me I wear a wrist watch... too bad my Wifey cant bring her smart phone in the hot tub... now she has to pay attention to me and listen to my bad jokes... poor thing... This spa is a great tool to increase family time and bonding. My son forgets all about fortnite when he is in the spa! Cant put a price on that, worth every penny! Over the top customer service, knowledgeable, found just the tub I was needing, even continues the service long after the purchase. I have sent text on Sunday's, and Adrienna answers in no time. The tub has every feature I could every want! The light show is better then some of the concerts I've attended, and the refreshed feeling I get from the tub is like nothing else! Set-up was a breeze, and the adding of chemicals is laid out in an easy to understand brochure the store made. Due to health issues, I was in need of hydrotherapy so I began searching for spas and their prices. I found a spa series I loved (FreeFlowSpas) so I located the nearest dealer, HotSpring Spas of Music City, their nearest store being about an hour and a half away. After corresponding with Megan at the Lebanon store and getting a tentative price, I visited Adam at the Brentwood store to see the product in person and to negotiate the final price. These two individuals were super people to get to work with. Both were very knowledgeable of their products and were extremely helpful in the purchasing process. About a week after the purchase, Andy and another gentleman delivered the hot tub to my home. They were also superb professionals who I enjoyed getting to meet. After setup and the water temperature finally warmed up later that night, my wife and I began to enjoy our new spa. After much searching for the right spa for me, I contacted Hot Spring Spas of Music City, Lebanon, TN. I knew I did not want to purchase from one of the spa superstores. Via phone, I spoke with Adrienne D., Sales Manager. She was extremely helpful and assisting me choose a spa, and even referred me to another brand that I had not considered. I planned to visit the showroom the following Saturday. My weekend mornings always start off with breakfast at my favorite local breakfast restaurant. I shared my upcoming visit with the restaurant owner, and it just so happened he was an existing customer of the same place I was headed to. He said they were the best around, the most knowledgeable, but more importantly, always took the time to answer any questions or provide any after-sales service that might be needed. I loaded up several breakfast plates and delivered them to the showroom for the staff, met Adrienne and the owner, selected my spa...and there the story starts. I have had a few questions since delivery, and have never had a problem getting an answer. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, from the sales staff to the guys working behind the scenes. I would recommend HotSpring Spas of Music City to anyone (and actually have) that is considering a spa purchase.
