I really hate to leave bad reviews. I know how it hurts businesses. I waited a long time to post this to see if the company would be able to overcome what seems to be severe staffing shortages and communication issues. I signed up for Bubble Factory's 2-week trial period. During the trial, they failed to knock on the door so that I could receive and load up the bag with my laundry. I texted, then emailed to reschedule... no one replied. I called shortly after, and the company representative apologized profusely and scheduled another window for my first pickup. She gave me her personal contact info so I had a direct line for follow-up. Several days later, again, no one showed up... I assume that again, it was not communicated that I was a new customer and could not be expected to set my bag of laundry outside before the empty bag was delivered. Of course after 2 strikes, I cancelled my services before I was scheduled to be billed for my first month. But... I was billed anyway. I gave the company an opportunity to fix the billing issue, but even after apologies and promises, the charge wasn't reversed. I'm going through the dispute process with my bank right now. I half expect they will charge me again in October. I was sitting outside on my porch the other day when a Bubble Factory rep showed up to pick up my laundry. He had STILL not been informed that I'd cancelled services. At this particular point in time, Bubble Factory's management is a trainwreck. I hope they can pull it together because the service and price point, on the surface, sound amazing... but unfortunately it is too good to be true. read more

We have been using the Bubble Factory's excellent service for about a year and couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is excellent; laundry day pick up reminders, notice of potential delays because of weather...and politics, prompt replies to all queries. Pick up and delivery are punctual. Clothes are returned clean & sweet smelling. Sometimes the folding process seems a smidge...meah... but things are vacuum sealed upon return. I never thought I would cave and use a laundry service but having an active family AND trying to potty train a puppy pushed us over the edge for the amount of laundry we were producing. I live in an apartment with no washer and bubble factory is a life saver. Not wanting to spend my Saturday in a cootie-laced laundromat during a pandemic, I called the folks at Bubble Factory. This was WORTH IT. The clothes coming back folded, smelling fresh and clean (but not overly scented) and not having to spend my time in a crowded room with strangers all touching the same machines? I'm sold. Pickup is effortless, just drop the bag on your porch and it has always been returned before I leave for work the next morning. The bag is enormous. I fit a king sized blanket in there and still had room for at least 2-3 more medium loads of laundry. One note- if you're picky about how your clothes are folded, you're gonna have to let that go. Each item is folded a little differently, and sometimes a little weird. I'm a finicky folder, but the convenience of having it done for me was worth the deep breath and 'let it go' moment. read more

Using a laundry service wasn't something I had on my radar until recently. We are a family of 5 with two working adults that work very long hours, two adolescent boys very active in competitive sports and an infant. I decided that we needed help, so I googled "laundry service near me" and found Bubble Factory. I have found them to be very responsive, personable and easy to work with. When the gentleman came to pick up the laundry last night he was very friendly and professional. Our laundry was picked up at about 7:30 p.m. and back on our doorstep, washed, dried and folded, by the time I woke up for work at 5:00 a.m. this morning. I searched around for other services and no one offered a price this low or a turn around this fast. Another thing that I really appreciate is that they use reusable bags, both for transporting the laundry and for vacuum sealing. We are working towards being a no waste household and it gives me peace of mind that we are not creating a bunch of plastic waste while using this service. Now knowing that I am also supporting a small, local, family business, I am even more eager to continue on with the service. My experience has been truly exceptional!
