Tire Swapper: this was the finest mechanical repair experience of my entire life by at least a factor of 100. I cannot think of anything else that even comes close. Rogue (Owner) a Marine veteran, got out a rounded Allan pinch bolt on my Ducati 821 Monster fork and cut a new bolt to size. Put on new tire. Changed air filter. I'm not going to tell you how much he charged, but this was the first time in my life I had to argue with someone to charge me MORE. And it was still criminally cheap. The "customer lounge" is 1000X better than anything you have ever experienced. The garage is beautiful and well-organized and in a quiet, peaceful spot. I wear a heart rate tracker and recorded my lowest ever heart rate. Only downside: it's two miles of rough road with half a mile of hard packed dirt at the end. Well maintained. Your bike will get dusty, arrange to clean it after.

I waited a month to get my UTV in that only ran on one cylinder. I told them my guess was the rear…read morecylinder out of time or the TPS (sensor). After they got it in, (date to start was 4-2-26, I picked it up 4-22-26) I waited about a week after the date they were supposed to work on it. I was told the Mechanic started on it, but had a family emergency. Another week gone by. Was told it runs but for only 10-15 mins. It gets hot and starts smoke white a lot. Won't start till it sits for quite some time. I got it home and ask myself why it is getting hot and starts smoking. My simple mind says the thermostat is stuck, No water circulation, or the fan is not running. I check the fan and it will run, I start it up and bleed the air out of the system. I ran it straight for 40 minutes straight. Tune it off and starts right up every time. Now I take off the radiator cap and see bubbles. That tells me a blown head gasket. I call them back as I don't get paid $150 per hour and want it fixed. I was told they would not replace the gasket's as they don't tear down engines. Do not go there!

I have discovered that many of the good old-fashioned motorcycle repair shops here in Tucson are no…read morelonger in operation. Motorcycle dealers will only work on bikes newer than 5 years old. So I was delighted to find this shop run by a very capable, honest and reliable man, who can work on any model of bike or car. This guy is very thorough, and makes sure to do the job correctly. Of course, if you want to just slap your vehicle back together so you can limp on down the road, you have that option. Just let him know at the outset whether you want it fixed right or you just want it good enough to get by for a little while. He saves all of your parts and will go over each of them with you, so you can see why they needed to be replaced. You can have the old parts back. He works diligently on getting you quality replacement parts at the best price. In my case, I know he put more man-hours into getting the right parts and into actual labor than he charged me for. I am lazy, so my bike is always filthy, so anyone going within 10 feet of it gets covered in oil and grease, and yet Robert didn't even complain about that. He even gave me a bike cover he had on hand, so I can attempt to keep it cleaner! I'm really happy to have found this mechanic, and I will return to him whenever I'm in need.
