There was multiple people standing behind the counter and you have no idea who to place your order with. At times the older ladies (I assume the owner or manager) would snap at the younger ones. It was Very unprofessional in front of customers. So for my last trip to holy grounds I got my usual bacon egg and cheese on croissant with mayo and tomato. It comes out falling apart, cheese wasn't melted and no mayo, no tomato which I can forgive and asked them to add it. When it came back it looked even worse. I noticed the cheese was basically kraft singles still half melted. I just couldn't eat it. Kraft singles just don't belong in a restaurant especially when they have good quality meats. Even if you run out of cheese send one of the employees to Walmart grocery right down the street. Sorry to say I won't be going back. Not even for a milkshake.

Sweet Frog is sort of Cold Stone Creamery for frozen yogurt. Then you get to add 30-40 different things...from fresh fruit to fresh brownies (one of my favorites) as well as iced cookies, candy, Hershey slivers (another favorite), and on and on. The fun part is that you get to make whatever you want, without having to tell someone else how much of each item or paying some extra fee for a 6th topping. The end result is normally tasty and if it isn't, your poor choices are to blame. ;) I haven't tracked it but it seems like the frozen yogurt flavors change as do the toppings (one time they didn't have my slivers!). I do wish they had regular nuts (they have syrup-ed nuts but I don't want much sweetness, which is why I would add nuts to cut the sweet). They seem to do a pretty good job of keeping everything clean (which is a big deal for me) but might do more about cleaning the outside trash cans because they seem to attract a lot of wasps or bees. There is plenty of seating inside and outside and they have nice long hours so they are open when you really want it at 8:30 at night. The ability to control your own weight normally results in it being the same or less than other places. I think Sweet Frog might have been the nail in the coffin for our local Cold Stone Creamery as it was about half the price. If you like ice cream, give it a shot. I know it is frozen yogurt but you won't mind after you try it. Heck I didn't even realize that my flavor was fat free and pretty low cal until I looked at the sign after having had it 3 or 4 times. What a happy surprise since I loved it based on taste alone--island banana.

Keep up the quality. If your expenses increase, don't do what many restaurants do and cut back on quality. Raise the prices if you need to. People will pay for quality.

Sometimes the fries come out a bit overcooked, so this time I asked for them to be undercooked -- thankfully I did, because they still came out pretty crunchy. I ordered my usual crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and extra mayo. Unfortunately, it only had two pickles and didn't taste quite as fresh as when I get it earlier in the day. My kids ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken tender kids' meal, and those were made correctly -- they loved them! One thing worth mentioning: there were no kids' toys included in the meals. I'm really glad I checked before handing them out, because I have two autistic girls (ages 5 and 4), and missing something like that can really throw them off. I mentioned it to the manager, who kindly offered each of them a small 1 oz pack of Nerds or M&M's instead. That small gesture made a big difference, and I really appreciated her understanding and kindness. My oldest even said, "I really wanted a toy, but Nerds will be awesome!" Overall, the service is consistently slow, but the staff is friendly and the food is usually reliable. Out of the local Sonics, this is still one of the better ones.

They are perpetually short staffed but I cannot fault them for that. Because of this, they have drive-through only except for a couple of spots. But you need to order with the app. I pulled in, installef the app, and placed my order. It was out fast enough, and it was exactly what we wanted. It's nice to get an order that's accurate the first time from a fast food restaurant. We said in this beautiful weather with our windows down, enjoying our burgers and tots. They have outside seating and people were sitting there and eating too. They have redeemed themselves and are getting five stars.

The other person couldn't bother to look up from their phone. After about 7 or 8 minutes of mumbling amongst themselves, they combined 2 table for us. The server got our drinks in a reasonable time frame, but took 3 reminders for one of our party to get the bbq sauce they requested. I'm never did get the ranch I had asked about. Food arrived in a decent time, nobody had any complaints, so that was good. The only other time we saw our server was when she asked if we needed anymore drinks? By that time we had finished our food and were waiting on our tickets. We seemed to be the people in our section, so not sure what the issue was? Oh well, guess that is why we don't go here often.
