My wife's steak arrived cold and had to be sent back--not once, but twice--before it was finally served properly. We are not the type of people who return meals, so having to send a dish back twice says a lot about the quality of the experience. After two disappointing visits, The Living Room has unfortunately made our "do not return" list. It's a shame because we really wanted this to become one of our favorite local restaurants.
