Tried it once and I'm not impressed. French fries were either floppy and undercooked or hard and burnt. No middle ground. The pizza was soggy in the middle and the toppings were scarce. My nephew's onion rings were missing and the broccoli was dripping wet and mushy. There seems to be a common theme here. Soggy mush. I could not enjoy my food tonight. I tried to get it fixed but was denied. That's fine. I won't spend another dime here. Not worth the hype. read more

Tried the nachos, smothered fried chicken and pizza. Food arrived at the table in a reasonable time and server was great. All of the food was rather average and mediocre. When I eat out I want my food to taste better than something I could make at home or at least as good. The nachos had a nice flavor but the toppings were skimpy. And I think the pizza at Costco food court was better than this place served. Probably won't be back. read more

This place has everything you could ever imagine. If you ever wanted to take a long winter stroll along a mountain side in Utah this is basically the exact same thing. Bubbas is not a bad spot to eat I've had there pasta twice it's ok but nothing to go out of the way for.

Stop by Bubba's on Eureka Road in Taylor to try them out for the first time. We had an awesome waitress named Sierra. Actually she was more of a food guide or an ambassador for Bubba's 33 because she was awesome. I had the shroom Burger, and it turned out to be one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fire fries were killer and the lemonade was awesome too. She recommended I get the bottomless lemonade which has a number of different flavors. Each one was better than the next. Our party was totally happy with our experience and the food! We definitely will come back again and again. I'm going to try that shrimp poor boy sandwich next time... Thanks Sierra read more

If you're the only one at your table ordering an appetizer, expect it to come out with your entree. It was my first time here for a kid birthday dinner. Everything on the menu sounds good, I changed my order in my head 5 times when I seen a plate of food at another table. I decided on the fries for an appetizer and their creamy pasta as my entree. I received them at the same time, so no way I could eat them at the same time, so I had to choose. Since fries is nasty reheated I decided to eat those and to box my entree up, which I DID NOT want to do. The chicken in the pasta looked like it came in a can even though the waiter said it's just chopped up. Knowing that I was NOT going to eat the pasta after being turned off by the chicken I decided to order a burger to go. 2 entrees and 3 adult beverages came in under $50. I can't vouch on how the pasta tasted because I gave it to a homeless person. The burger was delicious. Initially I wanted to give them less stars because of the pasta, but me paying extra money for more food (burger) somehow made up for it. I got the chicken tenders and they were Blah. I think it is a chain. Meh. Better off getting Tenders from Fat Daddy's.

Let me start off by saying the customer service is great every time I go into this place I've eaten here about 12 times now and the food has been good every time and the drink specials are nice the pizza is by far the best thing to order here and the burgers are pretty good too I've ordered other things like their fish, fries and slaw, very good but the pizza is top notch! read more

The experience here for my first time was outstanding with my family. The wait was over a half hour. Got a drink at the bar during the wait and the manager AMBER ysat us right away. Followed up with the server NICK was fantastic. His service on point, knew the menu and was to the T on everything. Recognized his efforts with the manager and praised him. We've been waiting for this burger place to open. The food was good. We had three different burgers and the shrimp po boy with regular fries, tater tots, and sweet potato fries. You get to choose your side with no up-charge. I wish they would do fresh cut fries rather than the frozen, battered variety. The service was very good: friendly, attentive, and responsive. The only reason I knocked off a star is because, for us, the music was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation at our table. When mentioned to the wait staff, they even acknowledged that it was difficult to hear. We would love to go back but we'll have to determine if the music is worth it. read more

Went there for carry out for my family. They give you the option to pick your time for your order so I chose 4:30. Arrived 2 to 3 minutes early and my food wasn't even warm. It was more cold than anything. Our first time going and probably our last. That food had to have been done for quite some time for it to be as cold as it was. Waste of almost $30.00. My daughter loved cheese sticks but the cheese was even hard on the outside of the crooked fries. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the curb side worker was polite. I had heard great things about this place. My family and I decided to give it a try for my brothers birthday. There were six of us. I ordered a burger. Asked for no tomato because I am allergic to it. Food came and tomato was on it. So they made me a whole new burger. The manager gave me a card for a free burger the next time I dine (expires in 90 days) Burger was good, not the best, not the worst. I got tots and they were sooo yummy, cooked extra crispy like I asked. My brother got a grilled chicken salad. It was just so so nothing special. There were large pieces of the thick core part of the head of lettuce. After picking those out there wasn't much of a salad left. He isn't the type to send back food. I went here to today with family and the vibes and food was amazing. The restaurant is really nice and spacious and even though it was packed we got in without a wait. Our waiter was super nice and attentive to all of our needs. For drinks we all got the bubba blue lemonade which is like a blue raspberry lemonade and it was pretty tasty. For appetizers we got the wing sampler with Parmesan garlic and barbecue wings. Both flavors were delicious and they were nice and hot. We also got the garlic knots. The garlicky flavor wasn't super strong but they were still really good. For entrees the table got the bacon guacamole burger, add mayo with the fire fries, the fish sandwich with fire fries, and the kids cheese pizza. The burger was amazing while the fries on the other hand could've been a little hotter in spice and temperature but still good. The fish sandwich was fresh and crispy, and the pizza was devoured by the little one. Overall the food and service was really good and I would go back. read more

Bubba's 33 is a new pizza place opened about a month ago on eureka near south land mall... the service was pretty good and I like that they're opening new businesses in the area. The reason I gave the 3 star because the meat lovers pizza wasn't very good at all.. the knots were good but the pizza wasn't tasty.. I wouldn't recommend the pizza here which is sad because I think it's mostly a pizza place. read more

We waited 45 minutes after ordering for our food, which was a burger, chicken fingers, and a grilled chicken salad. Upon the food getting to the table the manager was directly behind the serving staff asking us how everything was. We did not even have a chance to taste our food at that time. The fries that were with the burger came to the table after the burger was nearly gone. When the fries arrived to the table they were barely warm. Then we paid our bill with the kiosk at the table. Shortly after paying, the waitress came to our table to tell us that the kiosks were misplaced and that we paid someone else's bill. The waitress took this issue back to her manager. The waitress then came back to the table with a new receipt with random food items on it that made up the difference per the manager's calculations. This was how the manager decided to fix this issue. The manager did not come out to our table, offer any compensation, apology, or any acknowledgment of any kind. This restaurant is clearly ran very poorly. If I ever go back I would think things overall would be better since they failed horribly on this encounter. Also, it was not busy as it was a Monday at about 1pm on a very cold wet day outside. I wonder what happens when this restaurant gets busy. read more

This is regarding the new restaurant that opened in Taylor MI. Ordered on line last week. Order was 15 minutes later than the time they outlined for pick up. The order didn't have any of the condiments that were ordered. No crackers for my chili, no ranch SPECIFICALLY ordered for the onion rings, no cocktail sauce for my fried shrimp, no extra dressing specifically ordered for the salad. On a positive note, my wife and I found the food to be tasty and well cooked. Just very unhappy with not getting everything we ordered. She actually sent the business a complaint and never even got a reply. Not going to make it in this area if this is the type of service we can expect. read more

Jordan & Lauren are amazing managers, they try to get around to everyone, not in a quick manager appearance kind of way, like some restaurants do for show, but in a real caring way, they actually want to know how your experience is. Kendra (my wife) & I have been numerous times now, at this location, from the staff, to the cooks, to the fun atmosphere, to the management and to the wide range of quality foods to order from (most foods that Bubba's 33 offers is freshly made every day, from their Pizzas to their Burgers to their Chicken Tenders (a definite favorite for sure!). The consistency is there, hot food, great tasting, freshly made, in house, from quality ingredients! Did I mention the melt in your mouth appetizers, particularly the parmesan garlic knots! Give them a go & my bet is that you'll not only be pleased, but that you'll keep returning like we do. read more
