Delicious place to eat and the prices are ridiculously cheap especially for the serving size. My wife and I come here and order an appetizer, 2 entrees, 4 alcoholic beverages and sometimes dessert and it's cheaper than just an app and 2 entree's at Texas Roadhouse. The bartenders know how to make really good drinks never too strong but strong enough. Definitely get their fries loaded. read more

First timers, no smiles and frown at the greet from hostess. Sat us down dirty table chunk of something still there. We left. Kind of a shame had been looking forward to visiting, restaurant looks great decor. Maybe good help is just hard to find. Maybe will try some other time. read more

Two burgers and all orders were very good we topped everything off with cookie sundae. I do believe we will be back. read more

This is why people are getting sick from eating the food there at Bubba 33 in Wesley Chapel I have a picture of the restaurant at lunchtime, no customers, oh excuse me 10 customers. read more

The pizza was so salty I could not eat it and the food took forever. The waitress never came over to check on us to see how we liked it.

I have come here several times and the service times are awful. Food is never ready and the order is always incorrect, I do not recommend visiting the Brandon location. Though the employees are usually not rude. The service is very poor. Will not be visiting again. read more

Shrimp appetizer was the best. The waitress was excellent didn't miss a beat, drinks were on point. Great atmosphere, comfortable.

TL;DR manager Amanda is disgustingly rude and made accommodations for a white family that she refused to make for my family there for a birthday party - a party that gave forewarning of our appearance at the restaurant. I called Bubbas today at 12:30 and let them know that I would have a party of 8 coming tonight for a birthday party and was told that I should do call ahead seating at a later time. I called at 5:30 and told them my party of 8 was looking to be put on the list and was given an hour wait time. We arrive at 6:15 with 7 instead of 8 people and check in and wait outside until around 6:30 or so. We are brought by a hostess to a table that seats 6 and separated by an entire aisle and a table that seats 2. Our waiter Brandon, who was absolutely AMAZING the entire night came over and we explained that we called earlier twice and that we were here for a birthday and would all like to sit together. We explain we have no problem just pulling up a chair and having someone sit on the end. He comes back and says there was not a single chair in the restaurant that we could have. For the purpose of including all information I'll include we were at a dead end aisle and would not be a fire hazard if a chair was there. I ask for a manager and a woman named Amanda comes over already hot and ready to argue. I explained we told them in advance we were there for a party and that we told them our number. She cuts us off to say she knows the story and that we spoke with Monique earlier that day. We did not speak with a a Monique we spoke with someone with a J name. Amanda had a terrible attitude and told us that we told the hostess we were okay with the seating arrangement. We did not and expressed from the beginning it was a problem we were a family attending for a BIRTHDAY party. She could care less about how we felt about the situation and reiterated to us that they had no chairs in the restaurant to add to the end of the table. Because we were all there and didn't want to deal with Amanda we were forced to sit separate and couldn't even celebrate together. At the end of our meal a family is sat directly next to us as a party of 7... WITH A MAN IN THE CHAIR AT THE END OF THE TABLE. Now, I include all of these details to explain that this situation could have been handled without attitude from the manager who was absolutely disgusting but also to iterate that an all shire family was given an accommodation my mixed/dark family was not. I'm not here to make assumptions - only to include relevant details. I made sure to let Amanda know we were glad she could accommodate the all whites family with a chair in a busy aisle that could have been a fire hazard. Absolutely disgusting service from a manager, our server Brandon was the only redeeming quality he was EXCELLENT. Pictures for reference read more

Bubba's 33 - A family with the accommodation we were told was impossible - Sports Bars Near Me - Tampa, Florida

I ordered two pizzas to go, one cheese & one buffalo chicken. While the buffalo chicken pizza was decent, the cheese pizza was totally inedible - not only was it cold and hard, it was razor thin, you could see the bottom of the pizza box through several slices. I'm honestly shocked that whoever served it thought it would be acceptable, not a good representation of customer service. Totally unacceptable, no more Bubba's 33 pizza for us. read more

Bubba's 33 is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa. My husband and I have ordered everything from pizza, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, fish and chips, chicken sandwiches, etc. EVERY SINGLE THING WE HAVE ORDERED IS DELICIOUS! When we order take-out, we usually have to wait an additional 10-15 mins for the food to be ready, but the food is good that it's not worth complaining. When we wait, the servers are always happy to bring us a drink or water. One time, I felt my pepperoni pizza didn't have enough pepperoni, but it was still so good. I highly recommend checking out this place for good American food, kind service, and a good time!!! read more

I wanted to give the restaurant a try. I walked in the host at the counter was having a conversation with another associate didn't acknowledge me. I asked for a table and asked if I can sit outside. Went outside sat down for about 10 minutes. Nobody came so I went up and ended leaving. Service wasn't the greatest hopefully it's just this one off. read more

Brought my mother here for Mother's Day, she ordered a steak that was brought to her raw, after sending it back and waiting 15 minutes, the steak came back raw again. Not sure how you send a customer a raw steak twice after waiting that long. I think they put in in the microwave after being sent back the first time...She didn't even want to eat since clearly they don't know how to cook a steak. Will not be coming back here read more

Understand that when it comes to restaurants I can be highly critical if certain things don't go right. (41 years in the business). Server forgot our appetizer and when we mentioned it said she would check then never heard anything else about it. Food was good service less than acceptable read more

De Decided to try this place had heard a lot about it wasn't sure about the menu I took a chance anyway ordered the chicken Philly and boy was I disappointed! The chicken was like mashed up chicken it looks like dog food and then a bunch of cheese on it and a lot of bread. The chilly side that I got was cold and the chili didn't taste very good very disappointed won't be back! Food took forever to get to the table don't know why because there was no one in there!! read more

Lunchtime isn't bad. If anyone is thinking supper you had better like music playing so loud you will need to scream just so the person across from you or your server can hear you. I complained to management and they told me they could not turn down the volume as the owner wanted a party like atmosphere. Sorry but I do not need to go deaf at any "party". I will say their food, service and pricing is good. Just cannot relax and eat there in the evenings. Again, lunchtime is good. read more

Came in around 9:45pm and sat at the bar area. Service was really slow! I had a small party of 3 and we left at 11:30. I ordered the chicken Parmesan pasta and my friend ordered the chicken parm sandwhich. Which is pretty much the same thing. When mine came out the marinara sauce was a darker red than my friend's. Their's looked like you'd expect marinara to look like. Mine looked weird. I tasted a few bites and it was spicy! The level of spice is comparable to Chipotle hot red sauce. my friend tasted it too and they said it was was definitely spicy and not the same thing he had. I usually don't send food back but I did because it was weird! The server came back and said the kitchen claimed it to be the same sauce and same chicken breading as the sandwhich. Which was completely wrong. I ended up with the sandwhich and it was exactly how it was supposed to be. Later that night I got food poisoning from eating about 6 bites of that spicy sauce. It was quite terrible. read more

It's extremely loud and crowded with people and TVs so I won't go back with my child but food was good. I don't recommend going with a baby or if your trying to talk and eat. This has a Buffalo Wild Wings vibe. I had a cheese pizza with onion rings. Onion rings were a bit salty but the bubba sauce helped cut the salt. Wait was extremely long . read more

Typically when I go out to eat Burgers are not my first choice. For some reason each stop to Bubba's 33 I enjoy a nice juicy Bacon Cheeseburger. This place was a pleasant surprise. The service was great. I'm sorry I don't remember my servers name, but he was excellent. Didn't have to look for him when I needed something and anticipated needs. Was constantly asking us how everything was. Let's talk about the food. I'm mot a chef, but I can throw down in the kitchen. And I'm usually disappointed or u different when I eat out. If I eat out, it's cause I don't feel like cooking cause more time than not, I do make a better meal at home. The food here was on point. Food hot not warm. Seasoned and tasty. I'm looking forward to eating there again. Everything was excellent. read more

I was a part of the party of 7 on 02/19 that was refused accommodation by the manager Amanda. She was nasty and rude and came up to us already ready to argue. To top it off the accommodation they refused us was given to an all white family directly next to us at the end of our meal. All we needed was 1 chair and what we got was a horrible manager with an attitude problem that was willing to accommodate someone else. Our server Brandon was excellent and really impressed us it was a shame that we were treated so terribly by someone in charge. read more

Stopped for some dinner on the way home at a different restaurant and couldn't get waited on so left and remembered the great meal we had earlier in the week at Bubba's 33! First 2 times we went was 10/10 but everytime after it just kept declining. Half my chili was onions. Might have exaggerated a bit there. It was 1/3 onions thats lukewarm and pretty sure at the danger level for temp. Also took us 40 mins to get our food which was 18pc traditional wings and 2 16" pizzas. I really do love the food there and would still go back but really wish itll be better read more

Horrible experience, don't recommend this business what so ever, food is mediocre and waiting time are even worse, wait more than 1 hr just to get seated it's plain stupid read more

The first time was so good I wanted to get the same thing. The quality was not the same the second time. The chorizo queso dip was lacking pico and the jalapeño sauce. It was almost hard and the chips were clumped and under cooked. Upgraded to the fried chicken salad and it was great but had many pieces of lettuce from the core of the head of lettuce. read more

Their hamburgers are awesome. I would recommend the bacon cheeseburger and the French fries

First time going to Bubbas. We were excited to try it. Walked in to a seating area half full of patrons and were told that area was closed because they didn't have enough staff. Only table available was a high top with 6 barstools in the bar which was also only half full. We walked out and won't go back. read more

SLOW FOOD TIME - and lack of Food or too much salt. My husband and I arrived 9:50om and didn't leave the restaurant till 11:30 pm. I ordered the southern fried chicken and my husband the ribeye. We ordered fried pickles as appetizers. 30 mins in and we still didn't have our appetizer until asked about them. The fried pickles were EXTREMELY SALTY. Another 20 mins went by and the food comes out. We had to ask for silverware. I got just chicken in my plate with no mash potatoes and gravy or white gravy for the chicken. The waiter 5 mins later comes to the table and indicated the restaurant ran out of the mash potatoes. Asked if I wanted anything else and I ordered the Mac and cheese. While I ordered the mac and cheese he indicated he will bring out the white gravy for the chicken. 3 mins later he comes back and they didn't have the white gravy either. ( at this point I was extremely disappointed) due to the fact I am 6 months pregnant. I ended up having to order a side salad and that took them another 15- 20 minutes to bring out. By than I didn't even want to eat my food and was two seconds from literally walking out. Our waiter James seemed new and a tip was left but seemed a little overwhelmed. The co workers: are the majority of young adults and were playing around hanging from the roof , and horse playing. As my husband and I walk out, their was a busser sitting on the floor behind the host podium having a " funny conversation" ( very unprofessional). Management needs to do a way better job for the kitchen , and staff flow. Will not come here again. Sadly. read more

It's a gem in hiding. It appears to be a regular sports bar/ restaurant with all the tv's hanging on the walls. Our group of 4 were in town for work, and they said to try Bubba's 33. We were all glad we did. We were greeted with a smile, and promptly shown to our booth. Our server (Adam) was prompt and polite, and we ordered our drinks right away. Got our drinks and ordered our food. Started with onion rings, large, great tasting, and nice light batter. We ordered chicken Parmesan, a pepperoni pizza, and lasagna. The food came quick, and hot! The chicken parm is great! It comes with a thick piece of chicken with elbow macaroni, and the sauce is awesome! One guy was crazy about the pizza, he said he had a taste explosion in his mouth, and he was also impressed with the lasagna! I am definitely coming back next time I'm in Tampa! read more

I arrived at the restaurant at 1245 and did not get any of my food and I waited for a whole hour. Disgusting service from the kitchen.
