The service here is impeccable. For the moment you walk in the door, you greeted by the best hostesses. Getting seated wasn't too hard, especially on a football Sunday. Service was friendly and very accommodating. Hostess asked if we had been there before. 2 of our party said they had while 2 of us said no. She explained what we could look forward to in both food and atmosphere. She wasn't wrong. Our server was great! She took our orders and didn't have any difficulties with the special requests for my meal. Her attention to us continued through the entire meal. Service was amazing. Staff second to none. But the food was not all there. Ordered Tater tots and they were as soggy as a wet rag. Completely disgusting. Maybe the cook was not having a good day. Lets continue....i ordered wings and they were incredibly bad. The bones disintegrated when i bit the meat telling me that they were probably frozen for a while. I went to my hotel room feeling like trash after that meal. Next day i was in the bathroom regretting ever going to eat at this place. Beer and drinks were great, staff was the best, however the kitchen needs to be assessed for changes. Don't let your business fail because of a bad kitches staff. Wish things went different. We need one of these in the Redmill area! This is a BAR and what I imagine watching sports while having great food, drinks, and atmosphere. It was my first time going as my family has a tradition of doing a burger in honor of our Dad. I was pleasantly surprised walking in by how much was going on. We just so happen to catch it on burger night as well. The menu had lots of items I wanted to try at very reasonable prices, especially with the food quality. Great drink specials along with weekly specials to satisfy most needs. I ordered the burger to keep our tradition going and when it came out, I was shocked at how big it was! Two Patties with thick-cut bacon and melted cheese plus hot crispy fries that were on point! I destroyed that burger and was not disappointed especially being such a special moment for us and only 10 bucks. It was really good in a very cool, fun sporty but relaxing environment. Unfortunately...the only negative is I felt they needed better service. It felt a bit like a bother that 6 of us came in. They gave us a booth in the back corner and with me recovering from back surgery, I said I couldn't sit there and walked to what I felt was the heart of the place and where I prefer to hang out... THE BAR area. I saw people leaving from a long table and asked if there was a reservation needed and she said it was first come first serve. So, I stood there and asked if we could take this table. They made us wait up front as they cleared it off and then we got seated. Not to get sidetracked, the server didn't seem to know much that was on the menu or any questions I ask such as if the burger was off of a skillet or grilled, what type of bun, etc. I figured she was new so I gave it the benefit of the doubt by looking at how other foods were that came out. The service was spotty and delayed to get things along with my sister having a cocktail that was too sweet for her to drink and ending up having a very negative interaction with the manager over it. Also, all of our tickets were messed up with items being on other tickets and all over the place which I had a feeling would happen when I was asking questions in the beginning. Again, great food, great atmosphere, and great specials but could use a couple of tweaks with the overall service and this would be an awesome place that I would love to bring the wife to! Service was fine. Ambience too loud and too busy for me. It is a sports place after all. The food was OK, waiting time too. But the overall cleanliness is what makes me not want to return any time soon. The floors inside the restaurant are greasy as well as in the women's restroom. One stall was out of order. It smells like urine in the entire restroom. The soap dispensers are barely holding onto the wall. The floors are so dirty, there's dirt caked onto the edges and corners and the stall walls look like they've never been cleaned at all. Well Well! I am a frequent visitor twice last week. Several visits throughout the year, countless $$$ spent. Ok on my last visit I took some family members with me from out of town. SOLID Spot! My go to order- Side Salad w/ ranch, Wings and veggie Pizza of course! The pizza is close to some of the best I have ever had & I'm not a big pizza person. The crust is just crispy enough, not tooooo much sauce and the veggies are fresh. The Salad has these crispy potato chips straws on top and they just do something to my soul. We tried Bubba's 33 for the first time tonight. We walked in the door right at 6, and we're offered either open seating in the bar area or a booth in the main dining area. We chose the latter, and our waitress, Ellie, greeted us promptly. She was very friendly and helpful, and explained the restaurants thing is all food is made from scratch in house. That's a big deal for a chain, so we ordered some fried pickles and ranch. The pickles were good- crispy and not too much breading. First off, staff was awesome the day I came. literally from the hostess, server even the manager came by to check on me. Felt very welcomed. Clean establishment. I think they said it's linked with Texas Roadhouse so you get similar vibes as far as a good alcohol selection, plentiful seating and lots of tv's. More diverse menu though. Good for larger groups. Food was good. I usually look for vegetarian options and this place came through with this huge black bean and quinoa burger. Got it spicy so it came with this crispy cream cheese patty on it, lettuce, tomato, avocado and a sauce. They work hard and keep everything stocked and filled at the bar. Nothing too spectacular about food and drinks. But it's good! I love this place for very casual hangouts with coworkers and friends. You got your beers, cocktails , bar eats, and some cool entrees. Pizza is amazing! So is their Chicken Mac and Cheese! Lots of cheesy goodness! The boom boom shrimp appetizer rocks! They had an average selection of beer and cocktails, sitting at the bar gave way to entertainment with the servers and bartenders gathering to chat. Bubbas is now opened for indoor dining! They have multiple hand sanitizer stations, which is a great thing. They are also taking curbside orders. They leave tables empty between patrons so people can dine at a distance. The menus are printed on paper, so maybe they throw them out after one use. You can also scan a QR code to see the menu on your phone. I would give their COVID-19 prep a 5! As for the dinning experience and food, I would give it a 4. They have large TVs on the walls showing games and movies. The wait staff was friendly and our server had a warm personality. The food came quickly. I only ate the fried pickles, which were OK. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good enough. My friends loved their meals. The salmon looked perfectly cooked, and I'm told the salmon salad was really good. We waited about 30 mins after our reservation time to be seated because we were a large group (25) and we were told that they were understaffed despite having called hours before to give them a heads up that we would be there following my nieces graduation. The customer service was something that could definitely be improved. We had some staff that were friendly and others that made it feel like we were inconveniencing them; coming from Hawaii, where hospitality is a huge part of our culture, my standard is pretty high but I think any place whose success is dependent on the patron should prioritize service. I can forgive subpar food if the service is excellent, however it is a bit more difficult to overlook bad service no matter how great the food is. The food itself was great. I don't typically order steak out at restaurants but since I have dietary restrictions I went with the signature ribeye. I was intrigued by it because it is marinated in coffee. My husband and I ordered the same thing and both of our steaks were cooked perfectly. My husband didn't care too much for the sweetness of the steak but I didn't mind it. Great food. The burger was terrific and the meat was seasoned perfect. The chopped onions and tomato were great. And the fries, not only were they delicious, the serving size was huge. The chicken tender meal came with 5 tenders and they were wonderful. You can tell they marinate them because they were so juicy and tender. The Mac and cheese was good just needed a little seasoning (salt). The mashed potatoes and gravy threw us for a but because they served it with white gravy. If you're looking for a great lunch or dinner restaurant with great food and service you have found it! A friend recommended this place so we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was around noon and the place was pretty busy so we opted to sit in the bar area. Denisha promptly came over and asked if it was our first time visiting and when we said yes she went over the menu and drink menu with us telling us her favorite items, we felt like we were her only customers!!!! We decided on drinks, and an appetizer of Shotgun Shrimp, sadly I forgot to snap a photo but it had a nice bite to it and it was served over bits of potato chips which seemed odd but it was so good and at $8.99 a decent portion. I decided on the Blackened Blue Burger and if you love blue cheese the sauce has chunks of it all throughout, yum! I decided on the seasoned fries for a side and they were ok, they have many other choices to choose from. The burger was huge and so delicious and totally worth the $12.49. My husband chose the Fried Fish sandwich with onion rings as his side and he couldn't believe how tasty and huge it was! Another great item at $12.49 and those onion rings were 10 out of 10...he shared!!!! The name Bubba is a nickname of the founder and 33 is for 1933, the end of the prohibition.
