My wife and I ordered Burrito bowls, hers Vegetarian and mine with Chicken. While all the ingredients seemed very fresh all the ingredients were extremely bland. It seemed as if they do not use any seasoning. Compared to Chipotle who's chicken is moist and tasty and the rice which is equally well seasoned. In addition, they charge extra for Guacamole on a vegetarian bowl and Chipotle does not. I like supporting local businesses vs national chains but in my opinion, taste-wise, it doesn't come close. read more

I've tried. I've given up. I order online for the ease but twice now they screw it up. We drove 20 min to pick up dinner and then hit our favorite ice cream shop after a really long day. I get home and open the bowls to there being 2 burrito bowls instead of a chicken keto bowl and a ground beef burrito bowl. I was so excited to see they offer keto options and am sadly disappointed. The quesadilla was very fresh and flavorful. It came in a delicious tortilla which was thick and crispy. They make everything to order. We ordered it with chicken which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We added black beans - also fresh and tasty. Pico de gallo was clearly made fresh as well. They have several delicious hot sauces out including their own brand, Cholula and others, a nice touch. One star off because our order of boneless wings was swimming in a cup of hot sauce and came with ranch that tasted like a cheap bottled ranch dressing. read more

I own a local business and I buy my employees lunch on Fridays. Last week I had my employees fill out the order forms and I brought them to Bubba's. It took some time but I had nine meals to order ect. I was out of there in an hour for take out. While I was there I had been told to order online next time. My employees opted for Bubba's again. I decided to take their advice and order online. I had four orders in five to go and the system locked up. I called the store and explained what happened and I was put in touch with the owner/manager ? I explained what happened and he told me he would call regarding the app. I said no problem I would not need the lunch until an hour. That's when it went from bad to worse. Instead of offering another way to place my order, he told me that there was a pizzeria next store and I should try that. I ordered from Forte instead. Good food that is why we were trying to go back. They just are not ready for the volume. After speaking with the owner/manager I will never go back. read more

This place is great!!!! I ordered a taco salad and was pretty impressed with it. The selections of meats( and veggies) surprised myself. Also, a wide selections of sauces from sweet to hot to put on your order. The staff was very friendly. Only minor complaint, is the long lines. You can order ahead on there app/website to speed up the process. Beside that still a great please to eat. I like this better that Chipotle!!! read more

When I was looking through some of these reviews I was completely shocked. I've been to this place several times with my family and the staff is so welcoming it feels like our second home. The food is amazing with so many options to choose from! The love chips are mouth watering. They even have a kids menu which is great for my picky eaters! Not to mention the food is prepared quickly which saves my husband and I the headache of my inpatient kids whining about "when will the food be done". I love this place and everyone needs try bubbakoos! These bad reviews don't do this place justice at all!!! read more

Staff is friendly and attentive! Food is fresh and well made, I have yet to receive a wrong order (I order pick up regularly). One time the food was accidentally made way too early and sat for a while, when we arrived to pick it up the mistake was realized without us saying anything, and was taken care of immediately. I've eaten here a handful of times and while my initial impression would have been 1 Star a few months ago, they have definitely upped their game in the last few months and found their groove because the food and the service is much better! It is a bit pricey for a burrito but it's the closest burrito place to where I work, so I usually bite the bullet and pick one up when I'm in the mood for one. read more

Not only were they ill-prepared for customers (no white rice, no chicken, etc) but they decided it would make sense to forgo helping me out after a long wait, in order to complete orders for customers who ordered online. In addition, these guys nickel and dime you for everything. I get charging extra for things like guacamole, but charging extra for grilled vegetables? Really? Overall, I wouldn't suggest this place. After going here for the first time I have recommended it to all my family and friends in the area to try. I love the menu, but you have to go at the right time and get the right thing. Some of the food was just sitting under a heat lamp for a little too long, but if you order the premium stuff its cooked fresh(and costs extra). Love their options with sauces and things to add to your meal. Chips are great as well. If you want fast mexican, the food is good. It is fresh. Although the queso sauce is inconsistant. SOme days its perfect and nice and thick and others its very runny. My Brother, Sister and GF all recommended after visiting during their grand opening. I visited for the first time on March 1st and have been back 3 times since. The employees at this establishment work off one brain cell that is passed down the line as they prepare your food. For example I witnessed two people vacuuming the carpet, two people operating one vacuum typically a one person job. Overall service was subpar to say the least. read more

This new burrito joint is going to be compared with Chipotle, Qdoba and Moes. Overall on price, it is comparable to all 3, although it has a student menu which is cheaper for a decent meal so that might be the edge on price. As far as taste goes, this place probably ranks second behind chipotle which isn't a terrible thing considering how big Chipotle is. The queso is pretty high quality as well as their guacamole. Meats are fairly similar to other chains but it seems they have slightly more variety. Overall can't complain about the food or price but there is better out there. read more
