No matter when I go, I'll place an order at drive thru and it will come out wrong one way or another. Wendy's customer service at this location is atrocious compared to any other. May 20th 11:05pm *My tone was polite and gentle, I was talking on the phone with someone who witnessed the entire situation. *My order was cold and the burgers were so sloppy and not done properly. *I wasn't comfortable myself being spoken to as such. I asked the lady her name and if she was the supervisor. I assured her I would reach out to corp. **MY TONE WAS COMPLETELY POLITE *Kat the supervisor kept my debit card and took multiple pictures of the front and back of my card. *Debbie, an employee from the back, also held my card and constantly yelled she was not giving my card back. *I kindly asked for a refund due to my order being incorrect and the supervisor Kat being nasty. I didn't want her to spit in my food. *They wanted me to give back the drink I was already drinking out of for an exchange for my debit card. *I gave them their drink back and they refused to give my card. *THATS NOT RIGHT *I asked MULTIPLE times very kindly for her to give me my card back. This is zero stars, bro I stood behind these three Spanish speaking people talking to the Hispanic guy taking the order. I speak a bit of Spanish so I understood a lot of it, they were talking about cheese for 30 minutes straight, I am standing behind them just standing there, at one point the guy behind the counter asked me "do you need anything" as if I was just standing there listening to these guys record their podcast. I said "yeah, to order" to which he promptly turned and started talking to the same people again. I ended up walking right out and never got to order. Honestly, I wish I could do 0 stars but yelp doesn't let you. I'm not a spiteful person but dang stuff like that will bring out the worst in you lmao. read more

They routinely get my order wrong. I don't mind as its usually minor.... tonight they got my drive through order wrong so I went back in. I ordered spicey nuggets not regular. The person at the counter flitted her hand at me and said just take the other ones too. I said patiently that I understand mistakes happen and offered to return their mistake order. She said "nah girl you can have em".... Bad service. They made a mistake and should apologize, not act like I'm trying to get food for free. Busy at drive through, cars wrapped around to the street. When I received my order $5.42 I gave them a $20 and the young man forgot my change. I didn't receive a receipt either. I asked politely for my change and he quickly came back and gave me what looked like the correct amount but as I started to pull away I looked at my change $13.58, they shorted me s dollar. We arrived there hoping to get a good quality burger, however, we have been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes with a cashier standing there don't know what to do. Basically he was ignoring us and on top of that, there was NOBODY in front of us at that time. We were literally standing by the cashier and he just didn't seem like want to help us with our orders at all. He chose to look at other people who were doing their jobs and leave us hanging there. Like many people I don't usually review fast food unless I've had a bad experience. I sometimes bite my tongue but a family member was up to visit and had the same bad experience. Service, especially via drive thru, is painfully slow these days. Looking inside seems like there's someone working there who slows down everyone else. Took over 10 minutes for a drive thru order on a Friday around 3 pm which is after the lunch rush. Also I asked for a burger without cheese (twice!) and you guessed it- got cheese. I've complained to Wendy's corporate but never heard back. If you're shopping at the ITC and want something quick, try McDonalds instead. If you really want Wendy's, the one in Chester always has fast, reliable service. Ledgewood is okay too. read more

Was a pleasant trip. The gentleman who took our order was very personable and food was ready and hot within 5 minutes.

The first experience I had with this Wendy's was them giving me the wrong drink and I didn't realize it till I got home and took a sip. I called to let them know about the mishap (especially since I paid extra for a strawberry lemonade )The manager said oh well what do u want me to do! I attempted to try this establishment again today 5/15/18 and the drive thru line was very long. I sat in this line for a total of 20 minuets and if it wasn't a down pour I probably would have just went inside! I ordered my meal and go up to the window and was told they didn't have the salad I wanted. I took the salad off and and they handed me my food! My large fry wasn't in the bag and when the cashier told the manager he huffed and puffed and came back to the window with a bag of fries! I pull off and realize the fries were burnt but the worst part of it all was the baked potato I ordered! It was completely black. I have never in my 30 years of life saw a potato like that. It made my stomach turn! I had my husband take a bite and he immediately spit it out and said to toss it in the trash!! Every time I go here they mess up my order, and forget trying to call about it because nobody seems to give a damn about it. Also considering it's called fast food I've always had to wait 10+ minutes for my food, weither I go inside or drive thru. I prefer Wendy's over most fast food places but this one is just a joke.
