Asked for the 2 for 6 dollar filet o fish with extra tartar sauce. He proceeded to charge me for extra sauce @ 2.18. I said not one Mc Donalds has charged me for extra sauce. I said forget it I don't want it. So I go to pull away he than says it's ok and charges me normal. I get to next window open the bag and there is a spot the size of a dime of tartar. I went wow! I just had a very negative experience at this location. I picked up my food and another order for my wife as well. They only gave me one bag, which had my food and my daughters. No problem, Ill go back and get my wifes that they forgot. Well they said they were waiting on new fries with no salt. We didnt order no salt so I mention that but they insist we ordered no salt. I show them the receipt and nowhere on there does it say no salt. Then they insisted that they did in fact have salt. So I tested a few fries in front of them and they absolutely did not have salt. So they lied to get me to go away. She then comes back out with a handful of salt packets and tells me to make sure we order correctly next time. Extremely unprofessional. I decide it isnt worth the hassle and go home. Only to realize they didnt give me my wifes lemonade either. And to top it all off, we picked the toddler toy for my daughter who is 2 years old and they gave her the regular toy. Terrible service. The inside is absolutely disgusting floors were nasty and covered with dust and food crumbs. And as all the rumors state yes the ice cream machine 75% is broken. I just went a couple minutes ago for the 6th time and attempted to order a chocolate milkshake and the ice cream machine was "broken". Not only that, the first couple of times I had went to McDonalds they are notorious for messing up orders. A week ago a ordered a double cheeseburger just for it to be burnt to a crisp with a small dot of ketchup on it. Not only that the burger it's self is thin, with even thinner cheese. After repeating the code on my app to the drive-through person about five times I was pretty sure that it was recorded. I guess the joke was on me. When I pulled up to the window I asked him if he credited my account. The employee had to get his manager. In this time where I am watching every penny getting a free meal or a free burger at McDonalds is a very big deal. I will not be returning to this McDonald's I feel like the employee had poor training and the manager was not very helpful I was told some tale about the Wi-Fi not working that has never been an issue before. Maybe things are changing at MickeyD's that I'm not aware of, but this is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to? There's a big double-sided screen that you can scroll through to place your own order. There are numbered table placers so they can bring your food to you. Team members come up often (but not in an annoying way) to ask if things are okay or if you need more ketchup or whatever. They're friendly and dressed nicely. Like? What an ace experience. JUST visited this McDonald's drive thru. The young man who took the order never stated how much the order totaled when the order was placed. I found this ironic since there is a large sign at the payment window that says "Thank you for having your payment ready." Hmm . . . seems that would be easier if the patron knew how much it was. The most disappointing thing was not one employee in the three step process said 'Thank you'. Sad.
