I should've left a review the first time but I didn't. First time I went there, they messed up my order, never called back, second time I went there food poisoning. I paid like three bucks or whatever for those cheesy bite things tater tots I think. They gave me like cheesy jalapeño poppers and I know it was the incorrect thing specifically on their part because I ordered it through the app so I could see that it was wrong. I did try calling them just because obviously the jalapeño poppers are cheaper and I really didn't want them at all just to see if I could pick up the right thing another day, no one ever called back. And I tried to send a message through the app which was honestly just terrible and I never heard back there either. The second time I went there this year, was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving ironically enough. My boyfriend got the impossible whopper I got a regular burger because I liked the toppings better and I figured I hadn't had a beef burger from there or anything like that in so long. I tried his food but he declined to try mine. Well guess who got food poisoning. And I do study nursing and can confirm for a fact it wasn't the stomach bug or anything like that. I also had not eaten really any meat the day before either. We only went there bc it was like 11 PM and we had not eaten yet, that was the first thing I ate that day. The exposure period of 1 to 6 hours was about accurate since I woke up 7 AM with food poisoning that lasted the entire day with residual symptoms for the next four days after that. The worst of the symptoms were for 12 hours straight the following day I won't go into detail. Anyways I never called about this because no one's going to call me back and I'm not sure that it does anything to tell them but I'm pretty sure that means the meat is bad or they didn't cook it right, but it was late at night so I guess we'll never know but I will never ever ever ever ever be going back there now. For many years my hubby has been a die-hard fan of the McDonald's Breakfast Burrito. He'd buy in increments of ten at a time. In NYC, he'd eat some on the way home and then share the rest when he got home. For years, it was all he ever wanted for breakfast. However, recently our children introduced him to the Burger King Eggnormous Breakfast Burrito and the unthinkable happened. He announced his breakfast burrito of choice has now been changed. Now, he gets a BK Eggnormous combo (which comes with a drink and a small order of hash browns) and he's satisfied. Personally, I'm not a burrito person but I like these too. They are very filling, not like the small, skimpy burrito from the Golden Arches. The rest of the family just love them too. If you haven't yet tried it, definitely try it and you'll see for yourself. Also, whenever we go to the Golden Arches on route 46 and route 10, they're consistently making errors with our orders and I'll-mannered. You'd think they'd be more cautious with a big order for 7 people! If I could give this location negative stars I would. The SLOWEST ordering process of all the equivalent chains. The most disgusting presentation. Rude staff. From order to execution - this location gets it wrong at every stage. If you want a good BK experience go to Madison, NJ. Fast service. Polite Service. On Friday 24 2018 I entered this BK as I have dozens of times. I go in for a take out order because the drive thru is in the habit of screwing up orders when you have a coupon. They have graduated to screwing up orders when you go inside now. I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese meals large size. I neglected to check the order until I got home. There was only one whopper. I gave the one to my wife to eat while it was hot. I returned to BK and explained my problem and showed the receipt. I got an argument because I didn't bring the whole order back . I explained that the other burger would cold then. Hot and juicy becomes cold and greasy all too soon. It seemed to sprain their brains that I didn't know which whopper I left home. Not once did the staff including the shift manager offer an apology for my inconvenience. Far better training is needed before this becomes epidemic . read more

We just went through the drive-through for lunch after shopping all day at the outlets up in Pennsylvania we stopped at this Burger King on our way home. I asked the woman at the drive-through speaker for extra ketchup it came up on the screen, "heavy ketchup." When we went up to the drive-through window and paid the young man that was there I made it a point to repeat it, please make sure we have extra ketchup. We leave and pull over somewhere to eat because we had to go to Walmart and do some more shopping we open the bag and there is not one packet of ketchup there, despite the fact that I told the woman on the speaker at the drive-through for extra ketchup and when the kid who was staring into space at the drive-through window gave me my change I said make sure there's extra Ketchup. Not one packet of catch-up I don't know how difficult this can be when you do not haveIndoor restaurant so nobody's taking orders inside so to me that should be easier not to mess up ketchup! Have the kid at the drive-through window who takes the money to focus more and pay attention!
