    GENERAL TSO'S CRISPY CHICKEN BURRITO
    Chris T.

I'm not sure about everybody else but man was this place good. They had so many different options to choose from and I ended up going with the General Tso's Crispy Chicken Burrito. I will say it was more rice than I would have liked but still very enjoyable. And the size of the burritos are massive. I'm a pretty big dude and I had to save some for later because it was that stuffed. Now on to the dining room. I don't know about you guys but interior is everything to me and the lime green just fits the aesthetic so well. Everything was clean and calming staff welcoming and friendly. Definitely gotta go back. You can't beat there prices especially for what they have available.

This is the Crispy Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito, as you can see there really isn't much sauce on it, making it look quite dry.

My friend ordered food for me from Bubbakoo's, I've never had it before and I was feeling really infuriated throughout the day, so my friend decided to get me something to cheer me up. What caught my eye with Bubbakoo's food was the interesting flavor profiles and interesting menu. I order the Crispy Nashville Hot Chicken burrito, Burritodilla, and the Taco Trio. I had thought the Nashville Hot sauce would be the Nashville Hot Honey sauce, but it was the original Nashville Hot sauce. The flavor took me out of the fantasy, the burrito--although quite hefty was meh, I didn't see any options on the "killer creation" list to add a sauce to this burrito or to at least have another sauce as a side. If they had allowed the option, it would've given the burrito a little more oompf, the only sauce that they had was queso and sour cream. I didn't get the queso because I assumed it was the Nashville Hot Honey, and I didn't think queso would mesh well with that, but even still, if there was queso on it I doubt it would've contributed much. The chicken wasn't crispy as advertised on their menu, I figured it was because they added a lot of sauce to the burrito and it was a 35 minute drive to my place, but for me there wasn't enough sauce inside the burrito to warrant the breading on the chicken to be so mushy. The second item I ordered was the Burritodilla, this thing is friggin' tasty, they seasoned the chicken very well and it has a lot of cheese, the only thing that took me off guard is that the chicken is dry, but the upside is that it's soft. Last item on my menu is the Taco Trio, and these too are meh, that's because the ground beef is not seasoned well enough and they put way more rice than they did beef. Plus there wasn't that much corn salsa on either of my tacos, I had thought they would've balanced the ration of the filling. But this is my first time ordering from Bubbakoo's, so I didn't really know what to expect. I will most definitely order the Burritodilla again but one item is not enough to keep me as a customer when my other items were so meh. As for service my Door Dasher; Robin was AMAZING, he arrived at my house quickly despite having to travel from Sugarcreek to Xenia! Well done, Robin!!

Always love this place, we have one back home and I'm a huge fan! Taco salads are legit! Service was really great, the guys seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. Nice to see. Ambiance was quiet, casual, and climate controlled. Get the scorpion sauce

Not very good. Rice was hard. Steak over salted. Guacamole was brown. Salsa was just tomato juice. Weird flavor. I had it to go, so I won't blame them for it being cold. Won't eat there again. Not for me.

The place is a spin-off of chipotle. Their sauces are very good. The staff are exceptional and very polite and friendly. Coming to the food: The loaded nacho fries were very good. The quesadilla was very good ( I would get this). Finally we got the chiwawa with chicken. The chiwawa was a bit dry and lacked flavor in it. I would not recommend it. The chicken was good. Overall a decent place.

Can't beat this place. Been here a few times with the family since they opened. Great food and amazing service.

Nice twist on Mexican. Way more choices than chipotle. The queso blows chipotle out of the water. Great service would highly recommend

It was exciting to see this chain opening in our area. The hype seems unwarranted- ordered the chiwawa with chicken- the complaint would be that not much is fresh. The chicken was dry and not cooked on site. The rice was dry and chewy. Same with the toppings. Being new, the manager was circulating asking how the food was. I gave him some feedback and he said it's supposed to be that way. I did not finish the meal. Again, not awful but not worth coming back to compared to Hotheads or Chipotle.

A breath of fresh air, this recent addition to the build-your-own-food scene in suburban Dayton is a most welcome one. Choose your base (burrito, bowl, quesadilla, tacos, taco salad or "chiwawa"--a delicious ball of rice, lightly breaded and deep fried), add protein (many chickens, pork, hibachi steak and/or shrimp, queso, salsas, sauces, pico etc.) Food is COOKED in front of you, with bright, fresh flavors. Nice folks run the place, which is spotless and bright with a skater/surfer vibe and great tunes. We'll be back frequently.

This place is fantastic!!! My wife, my son and I all enjoyed a fantastic meal from this place a couple days ago. I had a quesadilla, my wife had tacos, and my son had a crispy chicken spicy burrito. It was all delivered quick, hot and delicious.... We can't wait to order from this place again!!

Got drinks & an order of chips and salsa since it's not included like most Mexican restaurants. We left after 30 minutes when they still had not taken our order or checked back! Watched the waitresses at the grill window trying to get all the orders fixed. We never got food, we won't be going back! Update 1-16-26. Decided to give this another try, was close & in the mood for Mexican. It wasn't busy, 1 other table seated. Walked in & sat myself, looked over the menu while I waited for staff...and waited...and waited...and waited. Aaaand waaaaited!!! Seriously, nobody else there and after 5 minutes hadn't even been greeted much less served. The service here is terrible!!!

All three had flavor, personality, and just enough mess to prove they don't skimp on the good stuff. (If your taco doesn't drip, did you even taco?) For dessert, I went all in with the Cheesecake Chimi. Imagine cheesecake got invited to a cinnamon-sugar carnival and decided never to leave. Crunchy, sweet, and dangerously addictive. The service was fast, the place was clean, and my only regret is that I didn't order extra napkins up front. Verdict: Come for the tacos, stay for the chimi, and wear a shirt you're not afraid to baptize in salsa.

We each had different dishes-- Green Chile Stew, Three Sisters (I asked for a combo of chorizo and beef and they said, "Of course!"), Sandia Sopapilla with shredded beef. All were excellent and were attractively plated-- it wouldn't have mattered, but it was those little extras that really elevated the experience. We were also given a bowl of their latest salsa to try-- sweet and mildly spicy watermelon! We are regulars here and always enjoy the food and the pleasant ambiance, but this brunch was truly exceptional. We ended our meal with a plate of puffy Sopapillas with honey to share. Delicious! **This is New Mexican and NM-inspired food, not the same as Mexican or Tex-Mex.** If you're not familiar with it, you may ask for samples of sauces and meats before you order! NM cuisine is less about piles of cheese and taco shells and more about the flavors of their regional peppers (which they fly in fresh here!). It's a blend of Mexican, Spanish and Pueblo Indigenous foods, not American-Mexican. Our server was friendly and provided great service. I started my meal with a beer. They offer many popular Mexican Lager style beers on draft and in cans. They also have rotating drafts. I opted for an IPA draft. The beer paired well with the chips and salsa. I struggled making a decision as many brunch items looked great. I landed on the Hueveos New Mexican. This was different from most brunch items I tried but it was very good. The green chile pork had a bit of heat for me but I still enjoyed it. The tortillas, sauce and queso were all excellent. Whether you are looking for brunch, lunch or dinner I recommend giving Chile Verde a try. They are three for three in my limited sample size.
