Decided to trust the reviews on Beaulieu and I got my car towed by Frantz. Frantz is a very down to earth guy and he really knows what he's doing. He responded really quick and got my car towed in no time. The towing price was very reasonable. $65 to hook up and he will take you anywhere within 5 miles. Got to the location where I was at on exact time as they promised. Rates that I got is pretty reasonable. Better at that the guy who picked me up to take me to pep boys was very friendly and made me felt very appreciated. Definitely recommend the service if you need towing around the area. I checked yelp to find a reputable towing service and was led to Beaulieu Towing. I called to get a quote to tow my car 40 miles to a shop to get serviced. At the beginning of the call they quoted me $50 for the hookup. At the end of the call it went up to $55. Not a big deal so I let it slide. I then call my mechanic to make sure he has space to take my car. I call back to Beaulieu Towing 20 minutes later and the same guy who I previously talked to picks up. I try to confirm the appointment and all of a sudden the hookup fee goes up to $85. I ask the guy why the price went up and he specifically tells me that I am liar and that he would never charge someone $50-$55 for the hookup fee. After hearing this I hung up and gladly took my business elsewhere. read more

They came to the rescue. The gentleman was very professional and hooked my car up and off we went. I felt very comfortable. Many thanks to Justin, who took such good care of me and my car last night when my beautiful new vehicle that does NOT provide a spare tire got a flat in Santa Clara and I needed to be towed over the hill to Aptos. Justin was poised, efficient, and reassuring beyond his years as he swapped my bad rear tire and good front tire so he could tow me and got us over the hill in the dead of night in good order. He also kept me apprised of what he was doing so that I knew that the car was not being damaged despite the noise it made as he eased it over a small curb out of the parking lot and into the street. On top of that, since I had had to wait almost 3 hours for the tow (due to a mix-up that was not BTS's fault), I was in great need of a restroom. He cleared it with his supervisor (my thanks to that guy, too!) and went out of his way to find me an establishment with a public bathroom, which wasn't easy since it was so late in the evening. This business really does care about its customers, which is not to be taken lightly these days. read more

Called this place to locate my vehicle. The person answering the phone was rude, had a lot of attitude, and was not willing to help. I got into a car accident and my car got towed from one towing company to this one. My car got declared a total loss but I wanted to see if I can take some possessions out of it. When I called, the guy gave attitude and I was starting my sentence with "It was at Bob's Towing Company .. " and he cuts me off saying "This is not Bob's Towing" and I tell him "I know that, it was there and they told me it got towed to your location." He asks "When" which is a legitimate question and I told him "I am not sure" and then he proceeds to say "You know we transport more than 300 cars a day." Did I ask? The last thing I need is someone boasting about their business and how much cars they transport. I was just trying to locate my vehicle. A more professional answer would have been something along the lines of "Please find out when" rather than giving a story about how many vehicles they move. Like I care? Is it even relevant? 1 star. read more

This review was a long time coming. I was stuck outside my gym because my Beemer wouldn't start up, basically no power at all and a jumpstart wouldn't work. The owner, Frantz, (I didn't catch his name at the time) arrived within 15 minutes of my call. I'm very careful with my cars and was going to start following him around the car like we do when we think someone won't be as careful as you. He was fast and knew exactly what to do. Also, he drove carefully so that my car wouldn't jostle around too much. The price was not cheap but it was fair - especially considering the care and quality of service. Oddly enough, like someone else mentioned, I enjoyed the experience, lol. Frantz is like a traveling no-nonsense, therapist, wiseman. During the ride to my mechanic, several miles away, he calmed all worries of what I'm going to do now, what I'm going to do later, particularly regarding my car but translating into a general life perspective. :) Like I said - awesome, funny, and instructive. I would use BTS towing again, and wait to make sure it is Franc heading out. LOL. I've recommended him and his company to my family and would recommend to anyone who needs a tow. Cheers! read more
