Everything was fine the repair took about 30 minutes I paid him and left with my phone. The next day I open my camera to see that my camera lens is cracked. I checked my phone and the lens is fine on the outside til i noticed a finger print on the internal part of the lens and i realized it has been replaced with a different camera. My phone indicated to me that a new camera was installed and i never requested a camera replacement only a screen replacement. I will never go back here again

I was seen very quickly, had diagnostics done within 5 minutes, and he suggested alternative solutions while discouraging me from doing unnecessary repairs on my phone as it was in good health, despite that costing him business and income. Can't help but appreciate his honestly since a lot of shops in this same business don't have that quality. Called and expressed concerns for slow battery charging. I inquired about time for diagnostics and the guy on the phone quoted 15-20 minutes. Soon after I came to the shop and the guy saw me within a minute of stepping into the shop and did his diagnostic testing within 5 minutes. He told me that my phone charged well on his chargers and suggested that it might be due to my charging cable. He recommended I order a new one and also offered some in store but wasn't pushy about his stock in particular. I also asked about my battery health of 86% and he said it's in good health and I should hold onto it for a little longer before considering a battery replacement. Super pleased with my experience even though I didn't end up doing any business. I WILL be coming back to this location when I do have issues with my phone.

As requested, my uncle decided to hire my stepmother to help me fix my MacBook before it's too late. At the beginning of May, the day had come to send my device to the iFixForU shop where only 2 boys were working. My stepmother asked one of the workers to see if they wouldn't mind fixing my device. But instead, they accused me of ruining my device by adding one last sentence "nobody's gonna help you", which sounded like my life is already over. I'm sorry, but that treatment they gave me was unfair and unacceptable, and I have never trusted that smile the worker had; it's humiliating. Having had enough, I can tell that their service didn't do me a favor, so I had no choice but to send my MacBook to Di-No Computers in the following month. Since I vowed never to visit that shop again, the technicians working for iFixForU get 2 choices: Improve their treatment or get fired. Hardware diagnostics (*#0*#) showed a 'dbias capsense' error, meaning the sensor was likely misaligned or damaged during the battery install. When I went back, the owner refused a partial refund and instead insisted I leave my phone for several days to 'look under the screen'--a high-risk move I didn't trust after a 'simple' fix already broke my phone.
